The room is very large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are Spain Nature Biss . I booked the first night on Trip.com. I booked the second night on the official website. It was a double breakfast and a package for playing. When I checked in, I had two different orders for two nights. I didn’t need to change the room. The front desk said that I had to re-brush the key the next day. Just one time, the result was that at noon the next day, I received a bank short message and deducted more than 400 dollars in pre-authorization. I asked Trip.com to ask the hotel. I thought I was going to continue to deduct my one-night room rate, but the amount was cheaper than the first night booked by Trip.com. Go to the front desk to explain the situation and ask them to refund me and say that they have taken it. After the pre-authorization, I checked out for two nights and asked the hotel to refund. I didn’t say that I had refunded it for half a month. I returned to the country and called the bank. The pre-authorization was still frozen. I asked Trip.com to call the hotel. We stayed for 2 nights but wished I only booked for 1 night. Was not aware that hotel didn't include free hotel shuffle so had to pay 30USD return for my own uber. Upon late arrival to hotel due to air traffic problems due to bad weather in miami our room door wasnt locked and bed wasnt made so we moved rooms. Hotel is about 15/20 mins drive from airport. I would not stay here again as location and no free airport shuttle is not appealing for me. Awesome hotel with big rooms and new facilities. The first floor of Building No. 6 we lived in was a mini golf course and inland lake. The view was superb. There are a variety of activities to participate in every day. The bar has free drinks and snacks. The pool is open until 11 pm, and the pool opposite Trump Hotel can be shared, but unfortunately we have not enjoyed the trip. It is a pity. The facilities are quite good for the price. The room is very spacious. But beware, if you're a light sleeper, don't even think about staying here. Planes fly by every three minutes very close to the hotel, and you can hear their engines. If you're a heavy sleeper, this is your hotel. It's the best value in Miami. The room is very large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are Spain Nature Biss . I booked the first night on Trip.com. I booked the second night on the official website. It was a double breakfast and a package for playing. When I checked in, I had two different orders for two nights. I didn’t need to change the room. The front desk said that I had to re-brush the key the next day. Just one time, the result was that at noon the next day, I received a bank short message and deducted more than 400 dollars in pre-authorization. I asked Trip.com to ask the hotel. I thought I was going to continue to deduct my one-night room rate, but the amount was cheaper than the first night booked by Trip.com. Go to the front desk to explain the situation and ask them to refund me and say that they have taken it. After the pre-authorization, I checked out for two nights and asked the hotel to refund. I didn’t say that I had refunded it for half a month. I returned to the country and called the bank. The pre-authorization was still frozen. I asked Trip.com to call the hotel.
