|1km from city centerThis was not the first time I've been at this hotel. It's a nice place to spend a few nights. The breakfast food is good in terms of variety and the staff is nice and helpful. The spa is always a pleasant place for you to relax. However, the buttons of the jets don't work properly, specially the ones that are only accessible when you are in the pool, which can be frustrating if you like to use them and won't be able to. This time, the sauna was out of work, as well, but they were fixing it. They didn't really seem worried about fixing the jets' buttons, though... When I was at the hotel last year, they weren't already working properly, but now I couldn't even get them to work. The ones that would work, wouldn't be active for a long time after you pressed on them. In other Spas, they usually work for a few minutes when you turn them on. In this one, they would only be active for about 20/30 seconds at a time. The room I stayed in, had a different display. You would go through a corridor with the bathroom at the front and on the left you had the sleeping area. I liked it because it would conceal the noises coming from the outside a bit better. All rooms have a balcony, but something that feels that is always missing are a couple of chairs and a table. The balcony becomes useless without them! I couldn't open the bathroom door well (not even in 90 degrees in relation to the entrance) because it would bump on the bidet. Also, the shower and glass covering the bathtub seemed to be at the wrong wall because it was inevitable to wet the entire toilet when you showered. The corners were a bit dusty and the bathroom bin hasn't been changed from the previous guest. I think the cleanliness can be improved.

But the stay was comfortable and quiet, and the hotel was confused because of the hotel's contact with the agent, so the hotel asked to pay the room rate. I contacted Trip.com many times, and there was no result. I didn't get a solution until the two days I left. I returned the booking money, but I felt very annoying and disappointing in my heart.

Good equiped kithcen area, indoor dinner place and outdoor terrace, bathroom is also good for this type of accomodation. Pool was already open in May, but it was a little bit cold for it, but it looks nice. Cozy territory makes you feel in a forest. We stayed there for night on our Camino Way, but I wish I could stay there for longer.

Rummet är stort, sängen är mycket bekväm, bra kuddar, bra förvaring i stor garderob, det finns en liten kyl att ha dricka och annat i, ett litet bord med två sittplatser och en bra tv med flera nyhetskanaler. Badrummet är stort, badkar och dusch, bidé och handfat. Mycket bra läge oxå, nära till stranden och flera butiker och restauranger precis runt hörnet om boendet. Spårvagnen in till centrala Porto och tågstationen Campanha stannar precis utanför hotellet. Området är lugnt och tryggt, ett perfekt boende för den som vill vila upp sig på stranden på dagarna och åka in till stan på kvällarna, eller bara stanna i området och äta på någon av de lokala restaurangerna.

If you are tourist who lack of time, it might be better to choose the accomodation located in the center of the city. However, If you have time, this hotel must be one of the good option.
I visited not only major tourist spots in Porto but also I welt the fish port market town Matosinhos 20 min metro ride from this hotel and enjoy the seafood there.

Nearby, there are delicious restaurants and a large shopping mall.
Breakfast is delicious. The bread is very delicious.
But the ham and sausage are quite salty.
The parking is a bit confusing. It is quite narrow and difficult to get off.
The bedroom and bathroom are beautiful, clean, and fragrant. The receptionist
gave us a warm welcome.
Not far from Porto airport. There is not much traffic because it is not in the city center. The car drives leisurely.
