Note that it is not the Shinkansen parking hotel to pick up and drop off. Hotel room is a very old fashion like 90's but the cleaningless is acceptable.
One thing which is unacceptable is the water in the room. The water came out from the shower or from the tap is only hot water. No matter you use cool water tap or hot water tap, only hot water came out. I asked the reception staff, they told me to turn on the water tap for 10 minutes then some room temp water might come out. We had tried and some times it worked but sometimes it didn't. This is the only thing we were not happy.,
