for the price we paid we felt we had overall a very good experience staying at this hotel. The room was lovely and the balcony area was big enough for 2 sun loungers and a 4 set dining table which got the sun from about 11am onwards (Sept time). My only negative point would be the cleanliness of the pool. All over our stairs was black mould which at times would float about and the grout was badly needing scraped so i felt myself dodging this when i was going in the pool which is a bit off putting. The pool did get cleaned once when we were there (12 days) which made it a bit better but not for long. Otherwise the room itself was very clean. The other downfall was at the swim up suites the bar was closed!? so no music/drinks which we were not told about when booking.

This holiday was just what we needed after 2 years of lock downs. We have stayed in many all inclusive hotels across Greece, Spain and Cyprus, and can honestly say this hotel is the best we have ever stayed in. The room was immaculate, and kept lovely and clean everyday by the amazing cleaners. The staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly and attentive. We especially liked Max’s enthusiasm around the pool and the night that Christos gave us all an amazing dance to Zorbas song in the reception bar!! Simply amazing!! All staff deserve recognition, and all seem very happy carrying out their jobs. We are quite a fussy family, and normally only eat the breakfast and lunch at the hotel, and choose to eat out in a different restaurant in the evenings. There was no need to do so here, as the evening food was exceptional. Good quality meats, lovely fresh salad and vegetables and love the fact that it’s a different theme every evening. Hoping to return later on in the year. LOVED the place.

We stayed 10 days all inclusive at this lovely hotel. Great location on the beach and only 25 minutes walk into the harbour or 7-8 minutes by the local 611 bus. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel and only costs €1.50 and runs every 10 minutes (don’t forgot to wear a mask though!). The hotel is very clean and rooms are of a good size. We had 2 rooms, one a sea view and one land view. Both were large and spacious. Each room has a large flat screen TV, hairdryer, iron, 25 coat hangers, bath robes and slippers, mini toiletries, a mini fridge (1st drinks are free and then you pay) , beach towels are provided, small balcony and complimentary wine on arrival. There is also plenty of draws for clothes, a mini safe, expresso machine, tea/coffee making facilities, a telephone and 3 pin plus sockets plus USB sockets next to the bed for your phones. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Food was plentiful with a good selection. There are 3 a la carte restaurants which are definitely worth trying but book early. Our favourite was the Adonis. Staff were really friendly at the Adonis and were very much on the ball with impeccable service. The location is lovely as well as is outside facing the sea and a small water pool. On the main restaurant (Atrium) lots of choice and they do themed nights. The best is the Cypriot BBQ night. Staff here were very good apart from one member called Maria who was a maitre D at the entrance to the atrium. She was very miserable and looked hungover! Also we asked to be seated outside one night and she said there was no room despite there clearly was. The people who came in after us argued with her and got to sit outside. Maybe that’s what we should have done? Anyway she was just the one bad egg so to speak. There are 2 outside bars and one does snacks as well. This was the Helios and the staff here are very good and serve you quickly. Yummy ice creams too. When there was a queue building up more staff would start serving which was great. The Nectar bar was were spent most of our evenings. The staff here were the best. Always looking out for you asking if you want more drinks and making conversation. Special shout out to Jeremonyn. He was a great guy. You are given a card to order your food and drink on. Just give to the member of staff when you order. Beach was bit rocky. There is a jetty but we visited other local beaches. Coral Bay is best for sandy beach. Take 615 bud from harbour. Mini golf and Aphrodite water park were only 15 mins walk away. The pools were lovely. Really clean and warm. Probably.one of the best pools in a hotel we have visited. Also a small kids pool and a water slide. Entertainment team were good and did various activities. Singes every night outside restaurant by the pool and in the Nectar bar. We hired a car for the day. We used Alpan car hire which wasn’t the one the hotel normally uses. This is because they would deliver a car before 10am but we wanted to drive t

We had ten days at the hotel advertised by jet 2 as all inclusive. It’s not it’s full board with local drinks which I found out when I asked for a mojito and was told it’s not in your package which I replied the clue is in the title ALL INCLUSIVE, the manager then gave us a mojito ticket for the rest of our stay. The food became boring and when we saw a couple having calamari we were told you have to pay extra (so much for all inclusive) We only had one al a carte meal at the Greek taverna were the manager took great delight in telling us what we were in for. Oh boy the lamb dishes were from the cheapest cuts of meat you could buy and we had a ravioli dish which I assume was concocted by the person who washes the dishes IT WAS DISGUSTING. Once again there was no calamari and I asked about dolmades and was told that was on the menu last Thursday. I had a meal booked for the Asian restaurant but cancelled after reading some of the reviews. Positives the hotel was impeccably clean and the staff couldn’t be more polite but we won’t be going back any time soon

It's a great hotel for young families. We went with family for a wedding. We wouldn't go again as there were too many young children there for our liking. We would probably go to the Leonardo Plaza next door which is for adults only. We are in our late 60s so it was too noisy for us. Otherwise the room was nice and the food was good but too crowded and noisy in the restaurant. The pool was lovely but again it got too crowded in the afternoon but you can use the spa pool for a proper swim. Also the lounge bar area in the reception was very nice to sit and have a coffee or a drink with Aircon for comfort from the sun. Not enough toilets downstairs by the pool and restaurant so they were dirty most of the time. Bus stop outside is very convenient and cheap for trips out.
