Great communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi.
The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.FromSAR 207

Charming hotel in the expansion, in the region of Lagoa da Conceição, near the Mole and Joaquina beaches.
The location is excellent, but it has no panoramic view, it is on a quiet street.
The facilities are extremely comfortable and the first-line accessories. The managers and the management team's attention is imperfect: personalized, requested and helping in all possible aspects.
High points: It was the bed in which I had the greatest comfort in recent years, Trussardi's towels and towels, L'Occitane's bath products and breakfast: soft and boring, with the charm of being able to serve in the room itself. It has the spa service we can't use for a relatively short stay.
Finally, it was a memorable experience and I would recommend to everyone that they should enjoy at least once when they come to Florianópolis.

On arrival, car drop off and check in was hassle free and good. The Rooftop pool was just spectacular and had a really relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was good, lots of options and the staff were helpful. One thing that really bothered me was that having booked 3 days in advance and asking for a good view we received a very disappointing room. When asking reception to move room she said all the better rooms at the rate we paid for had been booked THAT day? Another bad point was the bathroom door was extremely noisy when opening and closing. The only negative point in the hotel is the acoustics, we spent the weekend and had a party next to it, which is no problem, but what disturbed was that we couldn't sleep because of noise, doors and windows don't isolate the sound that comes out!

Quarto: limpo e confortável! Toalhas trocadas e quarto limpo diariamentes. A única coisa que deixou a desejar um pouco foi a pressão da água do chuveiro.
Café da Manhã: Bastante variedade, com opções sem glúten e sem lactose.
Praia e Piscina: Não há recreação nem monitoria na piscina, mas nada que atrapalhe. Serviço de praia foi ok, mas para pegar cadeira e guarda sol nos dias mais movimentados, chegue cedo, (no período que estava lá, estava faltando um funcionário que estava doente, então o serviço de praia ficou um pouco comprometido).
Localização: Bem no centrinho dos Ingleses, muitos restaurantes, mercados, lojinhas na porta do hotel. Só precisa pegar o carro se realmente quiser.

We had a small apartment in the third floor, there was no view of the apartment, but it was perfectly ventilated, they were very well designed from a functional point of view, everything was comfortable, it was an interesting solution: biometric keys. We also use the parking, we also use the screwdriver and it was great, although the price for it is a little high, I wish you a success in this hotel, it is a convenient place to spend a few days exploring Floripa car. We would like to stay here for a longer time.

O hotel fica no centro, e tem boa localização, o quarto é limpo, tivemos alguns contratempos com o chuveiro quente, o café da manhã é cobrado à parte, então não tomei, não posso avaliar, e estacionamento também é cobrado a parte, logo torna a estadia pra quem está com carro, mais caro. Foi uma passagem pela cidade, então foi apenas uma diária, como sugestão seria bom melhorarem os lençóis pra inverno, estava frio.
