I went to reception for the keys. Which was booked 4days ago and they dont have idea for it while asking for the room they are asking did you booked room bcoz all rooms are occupied. I was very disappointed for this statement and room was also very untidy and filled with used matchsticks and cigarettes. I request you to not to repeat this again.FromMXN263
