New and clean hotel near the airport. There's nothing really here apart from tge airport but the hotel shuttle to and from there was useful and quick. Nice pool, gym and very good breakfast.

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Hat Yai. First off, the location is excellent, and the service is always top-notch, making me feel right at home. I'm very satisfied. The rooms are also clean, tidy, and bright, which is why I love it!

Hotel bell boy are very very helpful ! Really ! Check on staff waa nice and fluent in English . Also very helpful ! Room waa spacious and clean . Housekeeping team was prompt and nice ! Location waa good ! On the middle of the night market streets and walking5-7 min to Kim yong market. Nearby have 7-11 and a lot of local delights and massage to rest body and soul ! Overall ! It’s awsome !

1.Nice and friendly for all staffs 2. N times sleep for this budget hotel ( recommended) 3. Convenience to Central Mall which locate opposite main road 4.Lot parking no issue 5. This times, i.get the room high pressure water for shower. But, unfortunately, room air not so cold ( mean i no need blanket when sleep)

This place is very clean, though bathroom is a little small but everything is great here. They come to clean the room everyday as well. It is a little inside so if you dont have cars it might be a little far, but consider not so bad location, there are nice breakfast and some cafes nearby in walking distance. If everyone recovers from the flood situation I think there will be more options of food and cafes to explore.

A superb hotel experience. Ideally situated with plentiful parking and an EV charging station. The front desk staff can facilitate EV charging through their app, there is no hassle needing to sign up a new account as a tourist. The hotel's appearance and upkeep are commendable, and its amenities are satisfactory. Breakfast, though modest, is perfectly adequate. Lastly, a special commendation goes to Ms Benz for her outstanding hospitality and support. The check-in and check-out procedures were swift and effortless.

The location is excellent, with cafés and massage shops right outside, and it’s just 5 minutes walk to Lee Garden Night Market. There are tuk-tuks available all day. The reception was helpful and provided toothbrush upon request. However, the shower gel wasn’t refilled even after I notified the front desk. Overall, a pleasant stay, though housekeeping could improve.

The hotel's location is fantastic! It's very close to shopping areas and several city attractions. Around the hotel, you'll find convenience stores, various restaurants offering breakfast, Roti, made-to-order meals, bubble tea, and all sorts of pulled tea drinks. There are also many Thai massage and spa places nearby. You can easily walk to Kim Yong Market from the hotel, and public transport options are also within walking distance in front of the plaza. Overall, it's excellent value for money. The rooms come with basic amenities like a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and two complimentary bottles of water per room.

This is the first time that I've been in Hat Yai and lucky that I booked this hotel for a reasonable prices and wow the location of the hotel is very accessible anywhere you go. Definitely will come back again to this hotel. And that's for sure.

So far hotel dia sangat ok klau untuk berdua. Cuma tk provide seterika , so klau nak duduk hotel ni bawak la seterika siap siap. So far tempat dia sangat strategik. Smua benda dekat. Lee garden , florida smua la dekat je cuma kene banyak berjalan sikit klau nk jimat. 7e pun sebelah je. Nice hotel tq
