Charming river front home is perfect for a small family or couple. It is a short walk to the beach. Guests have access to the Quiet Water pool (open seasonally) and tennis court. There is a canoe/kayak launch just down a path that people love to walk on as they explore the large Quiet Water property. We have an inflatable kayak and pump for guest use. The upstairs lofted bedroom has a king-size bed and there is a queen-sized bed built into an alcove wall downstairs. Upstairs off the master bedroom is a small sleeping room with a twin size bed. There are two bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The house has a full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Our guests have a private, covered parking space and access to one additional public space. We have two small smart TVs and full wireless internet provided. We have a 2-day minimum stay. On low tide, beach access is just steps from our backyard!
