The apartment is a bit old and the cleanliness was just okay. Since our expectations were pretty low, we weren't surprised that no staff came to clean from check-in to check-out, so we had to clean it ourselves daily. The staff's service attitude was also quite mediocre. However, the location is incredibly convenient for getting anywhere; it's very close to the train station, museums, art galleries, and major shopping malls.

The overall experience was good. Saw other reviews about artificial smell and mould but did not see them during the stay. A nice place that has historical vibes. Good location, easy to go city centre. Cafes and restaurants nearby. Drive further down a bit will have free onstreet parking for overnight.

We had an amazing honeymoon stay at Pullman Sydney Hyde Park! The room was gorgeous and the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They helped us sort out sightseeing plans around the city and even recommended an online same‑day Hunter Valley wine tour, which turned out to be a highlight. The location is fantastic! The subway and bus stops are right nearby, and for those who love to shop, the malls are super convenient. Hyde Park is just downstairs, and there are museums and churches in the vicinity. The room itself is great too – they even have a capsule coffee machine! Housekeeping was timely, and everything was clean and hygienic. Excellent value for money!

The elevator is a bit slow, I wonder if it's because the hotel is a bit old? I encountered two or three minor elevator problems during my three-day stay. The room is relatively large and the kitchen facilities are complete, but the hygiene is not very good. The single bed I brought with me became swollen when I put it on. The attitude of the front desk is OK, depending on the person. There are two front desk ladies who are very nice and enthusiastic. I only stayed for three nights and there was no room cleaning. I had to get towels myself or call. There was a collection point in the corridor where I had to throw away the garbage myself. The location is not bad. There are wws and coles nearby where you can buy food and so on. Overall it's not bad

While the amenities within the apartment suffices for our 2 nights stay, we would say that generally this accommodation is rather outdated in terms of the interior furnishing, appliance and lightings. While it's location is walkable to eating places and the thai food restaurant located below this apartment is great, parking can be quite a nightmare if you drive as the on-site parking is extremely narrow and it's a very steep slope up and down. The on site parking is chargeable at 60 Aud per stay.

Really cool spot to stay! Short walk from Kings Cross station and road with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. Super friendly staff, with a couple free drinks from the bar. Small but comfortable room. Shared bathrooms are fine, separate toilet rooms and shower rooms.

Great location 4 mins walk from the train station. Supermarkets are 3 to 5 mins walk. Restaurants and bars and cafés down the street. Plenty of options.  T4 line, 1 stop from Martin Place CBD, 2 stops from Bondi Junction Westfield and buses to the beaches.  Well equiped and very clean room with super comfy beds,  Some rooms have limited view but it's all mentioned at booking.  No lift but the receptionist was very kind and helped me with my suitcase.  Wooden floor so you'll hear people upstairs.  Staff is very nice and helpful.  if needed hotel has a shuttle service for the airport from $23 to $28/pers  Good value for money.

My favourite hotel in Darlinghurst! Great location close to all public transport. Less than 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross station. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. Good bathroom - ask for a room with a bath!! No lift as the hotel is 3 stories. Staff are always very helpful.

When I first read the reviews, there were no comments from Chinese people, only from foreigners. Most of them were negative reviews, saying that the hygiene was very poor. I was very worried, but the order could not be returned, so I brought disposable sheets. I booked a suite with a balcony. But when I arrived, I found it was completely beyond my expectation! The balcony view is very good, you can also see the Sydney Tower! The pictures are all real shots. The room is also clean and hygienic. There is no need to bring your own sheets. Although the facilities are a bit old, it does not affect the use. The room is quite spacious, with one bedroom and one living room. In Sydney, a city with high hotel prices, especially during the Spring Festival holiday, this apartment is extremely cost-effective! Moreover, although the swimming pool on the top floor is a bit small, the view is superb at night! It should be noted that the name of the hotel where you check in and get the keys is not the one you booked. It is in the same building as the hotel. Maybe my requirements are not high, but overall, I am satisfied and I will choose it again if I have the chance! Be sure to choose the room type with a balcony!

The hotel fully met our expectations and deserves a high rating, with one significant exception. It's not suitable for groups or multiple guests sharing a room because only one key is provided per room. This same key also opens the main entrance door. If the person with the key steps out, the other guest is completely locked in and can't even leave to use the restroom. This is a huge problem that the hotel needs to address immediately.
