Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Tariq at reception made check-in quick and seamless, which was a great start to our stay. A big thank you to Luay, the duty manager, who truly went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the location was ideal—within walking distance of coffee shops and local spots.

We stayed at Hilton Jeddah as a couple from 18th to 21st January and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was elegant, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made our stay feel relaxing and special. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made a great impression on us from check-in until departure.
The amenities were excellent and well maintained, and the room was spacious, tidy, and comfortable. My overall stay at the hotel was very good, and the suite I moved to was excellent and worth every cent. I appreciate the staff’s cooperation with the room change.
However, I do have a comment regarding housekeeping. The room was only cleaned when I called, and even then, the service took quite a long time to arrive. I hope the response time for housekeeping can be improved in the future, as it’s an important part of the guest experience.FromAU$305

My stay at the InterContinental Jeddah (IHG) far exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely superb, right on the Red Sea coast, and within walking distance of the Corniche. My balcony offered a direct view of King Fahd's Fountain, which was a spectacular sight at night. The room itself was spacious and elegant, with comfortable bedding and excellent cleanliness. The service was professional and warm; both the front desk and concierge were very prompt in their responses. Breakfast was a lavish spread, featuring a great mix of Western, Chinese, and Arabic cuisines. The outdoor pool, gym, and spa facilities are all top-notch.
