The perfect balance of price, scenery and service. First of all, the location is very good. If there is no self-driving, it is only a few hundred meters from the nearest terminal and bus station. There is a big supermarket within a few hundred meters, so it is convenient to buy everything. The hotel has a perfect view and is located by the lake. You can enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Como from the hotel lobby and the hotel garden. Most of the rooms should have a very good view. No other plan to enjoy the view in the hotel is very satisfying. The overall facilities of the hotel are also ok, 4 stars are no problem, and the bedding is very comfortable, which is considered an excellent level among 4 stars. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with the scenery of the restaurant, very enjoyable. Finally, the service is good, and the staff are very helpful.

The hotel was really cute right on the water with access to a good car park. Absolutely loved the bar area and restaurant which were fantastic experiences overall. I would highly recommend the hotel for commuters. Reception staff were adequate if a little cold compared to some of the other hotels we stayed at in our journey but still good enough service to not put us off the experience. My only criticism was that the reception staff could've been a little friendlier but like I said previously they were fine overall. The room was ok, would have preferred a king size bed rather than 2 single beds stuck together but the view and cleanliness was excellent. We would potentially stay again if we were in the area.

The soundproofing and bed are better than 99% of the hotels I have stayed in. Small details such as the coffee machine kettle is not clean enough, the TV remote control battery is insufficient, and it is easy to splash water when washing your face (the washbasin is a little short), but these are not enough to cover up the advantages. Because the soundproofing and bed are the hard core strength of the hotel. This hotel has both the warmth of a family hotel and the quality of a group hotel.

Comfortable bed, clean room, good breakfast, excellent location. It’s just right next to the duomo and 5 minutes walk to the lakefront. There are 3 of us. So I booked a duplex room which has two floors. There’s a king bed on the upper floor and a sofa bed on the lower floor. But there’s only one toilet on the upper floor. So it’s quite inconvenient. It would be wonderful if there’s one more toilet and wash basin.

There the stairs was OK, but the things about the room service is really bad because we ordered food after midnight and they bring it. It’s already made and it’s dry and really bad. The chicken was too much hard and it’s just a club sandwich. But overall the place and everything in the Cleaning and they are friendly nice people, but the first guy who has welcome us. I think he is too much rude.

The hotel is just super! The view from the infinity pool on Lake Como is amazing. Gifts in the room (bag, sunglasses and flip flops for m and f) Breakfast is very tasty and varied! There are Russian speakers in the hotel. Special thanks to Andrey, he told us everything, helped! Friendly staff. We will come back!

Amazing staff and the hotel is so beautiful.great location, central to everything. Funicular is just 2 mins away and the station is just next turn. Located just overlooking the beautiful lake como. A must visit to this place and hotel try and book the room facing the lake. Unfortunately when we tried it was completely full. Breakfast is really good and all staff were extremely courteous. Loved loved loved it

I chose this hotel after hesitating for a long time. I paid 50 Euro more to get a lake view room. Italian hotels are generally old. Although this one is older, the facilities and rooms feel relatively new. It was very comfortable to stay in and the breakfast was delicious. I can rest assured to book this hotel next time.

A nice hotel overall with excellent service, and a great breakfast. Although we didn't try the bistro, it looks very promising. The building is old and outdated however, and beside noisy plumbing, it's not a big issue.

The service is definitely the best!!! However, the location is not that great, so it is difficult to access without a car ㅠㅠ It says that it is within walking distance from the station, but it is not easy to find the way. Google Maps also guided me in the wrong direction, so I had to go around and around with my trunk. Considering this, this is a hotel that I can recommend to travelers who want to experience a great breakfast and service in Italy. The food and service are the best. The meticulous attention of the staff is the best that you can never find anywhere else. I would like to give it more points, but the distance, location, and facilities are mixed with sports facilities, so I personally think it is a bit of a minus. However, if you have a car, this is completely fine, so please keep that in mind~

It is a small hotel, with 18 rooms, the front desk is very small, and there is always only one person. The price of 5 stars, the room is about 3-4 stars, and the service is about 3 stars. But we missed a mobile phone after we checked out. The hotel found out and contacted us by email. We replied to the email and asked them to arrange for DHL to send it back (fees at their own expense). They dealt with it in a timely manner. Thank you very much.

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Como tram and is very close to the city center. The 24-hour Carrefour is also about 10 minutes on foot. The facilities are old, but it was fine for a night's sleep. It felt new because it had an antique feel.

The room was arranged on the first floor, facing the road. There were two emergency exits hidden behind the curtains, and one of the doors was not closed. The soundproofing was very poor, and I could hear people chatting and traffic outside at night. This was the worst hotel to stay in when traveling in Europe. It felt like I was living on the side of a main road.

The hotel is well located near the city centre. Convenient car parking at hotel premises. I was disappointed that booking for one person gets you only one single bed in a very small room. For such a price paid (cca 150 euro/night) this was very disappointing. Breakfast was basic and fine. Very friendly staff.

The location is great - 3 minute walk from the Como Lago train station, and walking distance to the lakefront. Lots of nearby restaurants. Stefano is easy to communicate with, was always available and provided great service. The bathroom was huge!
