Excellent~! except 4 things below. Staffs are SUPER kind. 1. Luggage keeping for early check in I checked out from Four seasons and continuously checked in to Capella. So I asked my luggage from Four seasons to Capella. But I was very disappointed when I first saw that my luggage are stored outside of Capella lobby. My luggage was outside of the building and the weather was more than 35 degrees at that time. My luggage should be cooked. If I knew that you guys will store my luggage outside of the building, I wouldn't ask that kind of request. I would carry them for myself and ask put my luggage inside of the storage before check-in. If you and Four seasons decided to care for luggage service for customers who use both hotel, you need to store customers' luggage inside the building which is cool and safe. 2. Electric blind. Because of malfunctioning of the blind in the bathroom. I had to call for the staff at night. But there were dust and dirt at one of engineering staff's clothes. I understand that he could easily have dirt on his clothes considering that he is an engineer but anyway he brought dust in my room. Moreover, it took some time to fix the electronic blind and it caused lots of dust while fixing and they had to step up my washstand so that I requested to clean. But when the staff came to clean the bathroom, he doesn't look so professional. First, he brought 3 hand mops in his hand but hand mops look dirty(at least not clean, old, too much used, stitches loosen) and his cleaning process doesn't look so professional too. I guess he might not be professional cleaning staff, rather than night watch. I explained him that due to fixing the blind, there were lots of dust there, and he said ”Yes” but he just wiped out washstand and wash bowl. But still lots of dust remains on the water tap which shines so that easily looking for dust. 3. Cin Cin hour Cin Cin hour itself was good. But the qualify of finger food was bad considering expectation of Capella. It seemed that the finger food came from leftover of the morning buffet. The finger food was dried and not fresh. Also, in my experience of both four seasons(BKK Social Club) and Stella, overall interior is better in BKK Social Club. 4. Boat Time Table From 7 pm, Boat arrives and leaves at Pier 1 from ICONSIAM(used to be Pier 3 during daylight). But there was no explanation not only in the time table but also from the staff. So, I missed the boat and had to spend another hour.

My college BFF and I had a reunion in Bangkok to celebrate our 30 years of friendship. We couldn't decide which luxury hotel to stay in since there were so many 5 Star Hotels in Bangkok. We finally selected several hotels including Park Hyatt, Four Seasons, and Capella Bangkok. We also considered the Mandarin Oriental but we decided to go with those three. Our stay at the Capella ranks among one of my best hotel experience, even above the Raffles in Singapore and the Ritz Carlton Kyoto. The Capella was a breath of fresh air from the moment you step in. We were assigned a friendly Culturist named Pac who checked us in with a welcome drink and walked us to our room. The view from our room took our breath away. We had a 180 view of the Chao Phraya river and its bustling boats. The hotel is one of the newest properties in Bangkok, so everything was state-of-the-art. The beds were supremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We went to the lovely bar to enjoy cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres, then proceeded to take the hotel boat shuttle to nearby Icon Siam Mall. The whole experience was seamless way to escape the Bangkok traffic. The young man by the river named Bee was extremely helpful. The next morning, we participated in the Sunrise Yoga before indulging in a leisurely breakfast by the river. We met with one of the managers, Pin, who took the time to ask how we're enjoying our stay. I then went to the Spa for the famous Thai massage, I was warmly greeted by the entire staff, but Egg and Honey took special care of me. Our stay at the Capella was short but sweet. We walked over to the Four Seasons for our next stay, however, we wished we had stayed at the Capella. Four Seasons was definitely a downgrade and did not have the personal touch we so appreciated at the Capella.

Excellent service, memorable stay & experience with Louis Vuitton event & Virgil Abloh FW22 show.. We must commend manager Ben & his immaculate team at the FS Spa. Congratulations for a successful opening. We were the very first clients on 31 May at 10am appointment, greeted warmly by Ben as the elevator doors opened. Our masseuses were warm, engaging and professional, with excellent firm hands for our Oil remedial massage. In addition, the Spa shop has beautiful products for purchase. The concierge service via WhatsApp is convenient, efficient and just what modern travelers find useful. Day to day housekeeping requests, in room dining order, restaurant bookings etc. Nothing is too much to ask for the excellent FS team who is service-oriented and well-trained. We had a river-view room. It definitely adds to our experience in Bangkok, especially adding to our long awaited post-pandemic travel excitement. The view over Chao Phrya river & BKK city, day and night, is beautiful. We enjoyed the main pool at different times of the day, never crowded. Attentive poolside service upon arrival, towels freshly prepared over sunbeds, iced water for all, magazines & sunscreen at hand, what more could one ask for. The water is clean, the pool layout is great, the change rooms one level down is immaculate and enjoyable. Wi-Fi is available in all parts of the hotel. Lastly, the food and ambience. The hotel has a luxurious comfortable feel. The lobby is grand and impressive. Breakfast at Riva has eggs made-to-order, freshly cut tropical fruits, flakey pastries. Daily Thai iced teas for everyone!

We’ve stayed in many four seasons and this is the best city centre one. The beds are so comfortable with black out blinds and feather pillows. Lots of different places to eat, enormous buffet breakfast and loved the takeaway patisserie, our regular cappuccino at the end of the day’s siteseeing became a ritual. As always the differentiator is the staff so Thai so friendly

The Siam is above our expectations - the staff are friendly and especially our butler Khun Gub. Love the deco and ambience of the hotel and the ferry shuttle provided by the hotel makes traveling around tourist attractions a breeze! Will definitely stay here from now on whenever I visit Bangkok. Highly recommend!

Recommend by my colleague, this is my first time staying in this hotel, it was for my friend’s birthday trip and the hotel gave my friend a lovely surprise, we LOVE the sunflower and the decoration!! Thank you girls for taking care of us from the very beginning, the room was spacious and well cleaned. I am a very fussy person and I couldn’t ask for more !!! Love it and will definitely stay again in Stay Plus !!!

This hotel is not expensive. Spacious room Good service staff Give good advice. Not far from the city center shopping area. Parking may be a little small. If you are a tourist, it is recommended to use public transportation. Not far to walk from BTS Skytrain.

Incomparable good service professionally and warmly delivered. Just stayed there for four nights and everyone from the reception and concierge to the restaurant waitresses and managers are great. The facilities are as warm and on a human scale as you can get and for me it is the epitome of Siam and Bangkok. One complaint …we are now spoiled for good!!

Floor Butler that anticipants your need; distinctive guestroom’s amenities and wonderful buffet breakfast as always! Not aware that getting to the hotel from Saphan Thaksin Sky Train jetty you will now need to call the hotel in order for the boat to come to you, which i only realised after a 45-minutes wait at the jetty.

Not! Often! Recommend! Recommend! In Taiwan, you can use Lai to confirm the relevant details of the housing with the landlord (English communication is barrier-free, and the map guide is very intimate to facilitate passengers to arrive ~~~ The room has no difference with the pictures on the Internet, and the overall non-~ Chang~ Big ~ is also very clean! Each room has a private bathroom and simple toiletries, which is very friendly and intimate for friends! The only fly in the ointment is that the pool does not have extra lighting at night, so there will be a little black (but turning on the room light can also be an alternative solution xd If you have any questions during the journey, you can contact the landlord soon, very at ease >< (The accommodation is in a residential area, so it will take a little time to get to the downtown area, and pay attention to the volume at night! Recommended for all travelers who need private accommodation!

The villa is very large, each room has a separate bathroom, very close to the glory, family members who are not used to Thai food can also eat Chinese food in the past, the villa is very quiet in the community, the pool is also regularly maintained by staff, clean and comfortable, If you want to cook your own food, you can go to the big c next to buy vegetables and cook them. There is also a 24-hour Fulian Supermarket nearby.

I felt very satisfied a few days ago, and I was very satisfied with the sanitation, TV, hot water and so on, but I had to check out the next day and renew the fee the night before, I said there was no room. Yes, disrupted the travel plan for the next day, very dissatisfied and very speechless

Hotel breakfast is OK! The big bed room is made up of two single people. There is no hot water in the room. You need to go to the elevator to get hot water. It is very close to Chinatown, and it is only a short walk to other attractions and business districts in Bangkok. The waiter is very enthusiastic! Also help me call taxi!

We had a brilliant stay at the twin towers hotel! The entrance is very opulent, and there is always security and stuff on the front desk . Our room was always very clean and the view out of the window was incredible !!! The air-conditioning worked well and so did the Internet, the rooms are very soundproof and came with a lovely big desk ! The hotel is situated about 20 minute walk to Chinatown and opposite some local food market stalls. there is a 7-Eleven very close. And a short walk to the Metro/ Bangkok main train station. I’m here, it is only a short train into the centre where you can see the large temples and palace or go to the park with the pedaloes are free! Downstairs there is a fantastic outside swimming pool which is a great temperature and a very well equipped gym with sauna! It literally has everything you need ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed this in 2016, and now the hotel room is refurbished the room into ALL WHITE color which is okay. Bright and looks modern clean , though to me a bit boring (perhaps to put one iconic color on the sofa or chair, but maybe that’s the designer concept) . Downside : The design is a bit lack of safety , why they painted the door stopper with white color ? My feet hit it 3 times every time I want to put something in the cupboard , the bathroom door also not safe. Notice also the bathroom does not cleaned thoroughly. Took pic on the shower water knob. Disgusting

I chose to stay in this hotel becuz of the rating and the location… however, it was quite a disappointment. Check in took me a bit time because I arrived earlier than normal check in time… but they let me check in earlier and gave me a room… which was good… However, when I checked in my room, I was doing make up in the toilet and I didn’t hear the bell rang… the staffs of the hotel opened the door with their key and I was shocked… they called the receptionist to ask what was wrong and I could not understand what was wrong… They told me” madam it was okay!” Obviously it was not okay for me! Then 2 mins later, a receptionist called for some gift for another guest they left in the room. I saw it when I checked in but I didn’t touch it…so they wanted to come to my room and get it. I said okay. So they came to get it. At night, I was in the room. I noticed somebody(guests staying next door) was trying to open the access door which really scared me. Like someone wanna break into my room. Luckily I booked just one night… I don’t think I would ever stay in this hotel again. It is not worth the money and also the facilities are very basic.. like they were trying to time some normal apt into a service apt… however… if you are planning to stay for short term, pick a proper hotel!!!

The bed is super comfortable. The room is big and good enough for a couple to stay! Swimming pool on the rooftop is considerably small but good enough for people who just want to get some splashes, and it comes with a nice city view to watch sunset! Clean and tidy with very warm feeling and lighting design, along with the natural sun light brightness comes in from balcony, truly lovely! Plus, the hotel staff are all very polite and friendly, location is super convenient, 6 minutes walk to BTS On Nut and shopping, massage and eating area!

Hotel has upgraded since it’s has built about 7 to 8 years ago. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast spread is decent for the price paid. Very good small perks like free massage and trying out Thai costumes for guests certainly adds more brownie points. Buggy service to main road though and fro is available for guests too. For the price and the centralised location, this hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel was a great place to stay. The utilities were supplied, some of which were requested, and the rooms are tidy. The staff was really friendly and always had great service. Because it is close to the BTS train and bus stops, the location is great. The area is dotted with numerous eateries, massage parlors, and convenience stores. Additionally, we were given a connecting room with a pleasant view on a high floor. For the money we spent, the spread and breakfast are both decent. We will undoubtedly return to this hotel. This hotel was absolutely fantastic! It's located in the center of Sukhumwit, making it incredibly convenient to explore in any direction. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos from the staff. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The pool was really beautiful, provided a refreshing escape from the city heat. We spent hours lounging by the poolside and enjoying a swim. The Cooling Tower - Rooftop Bar on the 34th floor – it was a gem! The mixologist whipped up some of the most creative and delicious drinks we've ever had. Overall, our stay at this hotel was truly memorable. From the convenient location to the excellent service and amenities, it exceeded all of our expectations. Fair price, comfortable bed. Pool, gym & bar by the pool closes at 8 pm which is too early. It’s in the middle of soi11 mess, so it’s a good choice to be there if that’s what you are looking for. The service by the pool need to be improved, the staff is there everyday, looking at his phone instead of actively serve the guests. (See picture attached)
