The towels and bed sheets are not very clean, the quality of the toiletries is very poor, the shampoo and body wash have a strange smell, and they disappear after a few presses, and the toothpaste is also poor, so I don't dare to use it. In short, the low price is justified. I changed to a hotel near the airport mainly to catch a flight. The appearance and environment look good, but the room quality is not as good as that of Hanting. If you have requirements for hygiene, it is recommended not to consider it.

We recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests. 1. Room Consistency & Communication Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved. 2. Villa Room Maintenance On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression. We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback.

Everything was great but please learn to delivery ”no” message to your customer instead of stalling tactic. We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room. But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

The room is nice, but the single bed is a bit narrow and the pillow is too high, everything else is good. Each household is equipped with an electric car to drive, which is a very good experience!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Banyan Tree Bintan to celebrate my birthday and Mother’s Day. While the resort itself is lovely—we especially enjoyed our seaview rainforest villa—it was the people who made our stay truly unforgettable. The service and hospitality were incredible. The staff went above and beyond, from enthusiastically helping my husband coordinate birthday surprises to providing exceptional service at every meal. We were consistently impressed by the team members who delivered and beautifully set up our room service, the housekeeping staff who kept our villa pristine, and the thoughtful team who surprised my son with a fantastic turndown treat. The genuine care shown by the staff is the primary reason I would return, and I truly hope the resort continues to value and foster such an amazing team. Regarding the amenities, while the resort does show its age, it didn’t detract from our experience. Our only suggestion would be to refresh the villa pools, as we encountered some issues with water clarity during our stay. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would certainly recommend the resort for its world-class service. Shout out to Winny (reception), Daus, Lilik, Darwis, and Hamid who made our stay (and my birthday and Mother's Day) truly magical! I also want to compliment the staff of all three restaurants: Treetop (they made my son his favorite orange and carrot juice every morning), Saffron, and Cove — food was great but service even better.

Biru is the villa area of Nawan Garden. The environment is very good. The waiter sent us to the door of the room with great enthusiasm. The single bed in the bedroom is a bit small and can only sleep one adult. If there are many people, you can put the two single beds together. The bathroom is a bit simplistic, if you need a comb toothbrush you can call. The overall feeling in Bintan is that people are very good. Even if the communication is not too smooth, they will not bother to explain. My request is to know one or two keywords. The only regret is that I saw a mini zoo in Nawan, I wanted to take the children to the waiter and told me that I was gone.

The hotel is very good. The environment and facilities are very good. The disadvantage is that there is too much silicone oil on the beach. I took a few photos and stepped on the oil. Fortunately, the hotel service was very good. The waiter went to the room to help clean up. We are very satisfied with the service of the hotel! We have lived in villas and beach houses. It is really cozy and relaxing! What I want to suggest in particular is whether Chinese food can be made more delicious, such as hot pot restaurants ... there are too few ingredients ... I hope the hotel can be better and better, because we live in Singapore, we will often go on vacation, and look forward to next time New feeling!

We spent four wonderful nights here and left with nothing but great memories. The resort is brand new (still in soft opening), and it shows in the best way: everything felt fresh, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Rooms: Our Deluxe King room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Housekeeping was attentive throughout our stay. Location: Right on the beach, with the ferry terminal just steps away — incredibly convenient for a getaway from Singapore. The grounds are lush and beautifully landscaped, and the beach and pools are a real highlight. Dining: We ate across several of the resort's restaurants. Port 19 was excellent for a relaxed dinner with great grilled options, Yokatta served genuinely good Japanese food, and Soñada Beach Club was the perfect spot for a sunset dinner right by the water — the setting alone makes it worth it. Staff were very accommodating with a food intolerance, always happy to suggest suitable dishes. Spa: We had three treatments during our stay, and the therapists were skilled and professional every time. The spa itself is a calm, beautifully designed space — a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. Service: Being a new property, a few small things came up here and there, but every single time the staff resolved them impeccably and without any fuss. That kind of attentiveness says a lot about the team. Overall: We felt genuinely well looked after from check-in to check-out, and we'd happily come back. Highly recommended for couples looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape from Singapore.

We had wonderful weekend at HOMM Laguna Bintan. The manager, Mr Kris and staff - Benny warmly welcomed us during the check -in, making us feel at home right away. The FO team was very helpful in arranging our dinner reservations at Saffron and Cove Restaurant at Banyan Tree Bintan, which we truly appreciated. The view was absolutely stunning. We travelled as a group of 6 adults and a baby. They were able to accommodate us to teepees just next to each other which was really helpful for a group trip. Communication via WhatsApp was prompt, with specific numbers for reception, in room dining and in house spa. The resort is closely connected to treasure bay and right next to another resort that shares the bay. Water activities and scooters for rent at 20% discount for guests. Teepee were well air conditioned and barely any creepy crawlies. Groups can hang out at the close by tables near the teepees or in their tents where there is a table, some stools and bean bags + a fan for hot days. Buggy within the resort was handy as well if you are staying far in. Service was immaculate - always so friendly and helpful.

Great resort with lots of facilities: families can really spend time swimming, playing the whole day within the hotel. My only complain will be for the prices. The food within the resort is really expensive. All activities are expensive, even renting the surf board is 220K IDR per hour. Which I think is very expensive. Other than the price, the staffs are friendly and everything run smoothly and well.

The goods sold in the Happy Marts inside the resort property are extremely overpriced which are 3 to 4 times more expensive than in Singapore. Further, the gym in the Recreation Centre has a very strong mouldy smell. The quality of the SPA is not good. The technique of the masseurs should be improved. Also, the air-conditioner in the massage room is broken. Not worth to have any SPA treatment there.

Enjoyed my 3 day stay at this resort. Nice room with a balcony and sea view. Daily breakfast included , and has plenty of options, buffet style , from local food to eggs your way , fruit , bread and the best of all - prata. Restaurant on site offers delicious food. Vegetarian options available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunrise you can watch from the beach. Hotel allows to rent a kayak. Overall , very calm place to relax for a quick holiday. Good value for money , recommend, and will be back again.

Biru is the villa area of Nawan Garden. The environment is very good. The waiter sent us to the door of the room with great enthusiasm. The single bed in the bedroom is a bit small and can only sleep one adult. If there are many people, you can put the two single beds together. The bathroom is a bit simplistic, if you need a comb toothbrush you can call. The overall feeling in Bintan is that people are very good. Even if the communication is not too smooth, they will not bother to explain. My request is to know one or two keywords. The only regret is that I saw a mini zoo in Nawan, I wanted to take the children to the waiter and told me that I was gone.

Everything was great but please learn to delivery ”no” message to your customer instead of stalling tactic. We requested for early checkin as the ferry disembarked at close to 12pm. The concierge told us it was subjected to availability. They will try to clean up room quickly. We waited close to 3hrs, 15mins before official check in time to get the room. But we noticed neighboring units were empty.. and due to low occupancy, the breakfast was ala-carte instead of buffet.

We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

A beautiful place and a relaxed atmosphere. The property is beautiful with a lovely pool, all in Indonesian style. It's a shame about the food pricing policy, which doesn't make you feel welcome. The property is isolated, with very few nearby dining options, and the hotel charges very high food prices compared to the average for the area. Breakfast and food in general are good.

Stayed in the private pool ocean view villa, and it was one of the best villas I’ve ever visited! 😍 The villa itself was beautiful: * 🚽 Japanese/Korean heated toilet * 🚿 Large shower * 🛀 Large bathtub * 🪞 Couple’s sink with plenty of space * 🛏️ Big, comfortable bed The ocean is clear and unpolluted, and each villa comes with an inflatable paddle—high tide was so fun, and low tide lets you spot little fishes. It felt like a private beach —perfect for fun and amazing photos with no photo bombers.✨The pool was perfect too, cleaned daily, and the resort was very private and peaceful. 💡 If I were to share my advice 🤿 Go snorkeling! My biggest regret was not going 🥺. If the water in front of the villa is already this clear and full of fish, I can only imagine the snorkeling spots. 🐠 🍽️ The Ocean Restaurant was excellent—fresh local fish and seafood noodles for 385k IDR. A true hidden gem—100% worth visiting! 🌊💙 ❤️ Huge thank you to the manager and team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. Everyone was friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more memorable.
