One bedroom, three suites and one single room are spacious and well equipped, with good living functions, convenient transportation, and good hygiene. Kitchen utensils are all available! The only place that is not in the United States and China is not well drained in the bathroom!

The hotel's location is excellent; it's convenient to get anywhere in Silom and very close to the BTS Skytrain. There are large shopping malls, restaurants, massage places, and parks nearby, making it super convenient. We stayed on the 29th floor, and the view was fantastic; we could see what I call the 'Key Building.' The breakfast was plentiful, with delicious rice noodle soup, a great selection of salads, and a wide variety of egg dishes with an à la carte menu right on the table. The 25 Degrees Burger on the ground floor is fantastic, with vegan options, and the fact that it's open 24 hours is super convenient. Just a few steps away is a Mother Cow, which has tasty, non-fishy drinks and sugar-free options. The front desk and concierge staff were polite and attentive. The rooftop restaurant has a dress code. I loved the swings next to the elevators in the lobby. There's a self-service laundry nearby, very close, with new machines, and you can get everything done in an hour. The lady who cleaned our room was lovely. It was a pleasant stay.

I checked in around 7 pm (8/oct)Thursday. Unfortunately, the staff member working at the front desk that evening was not very welcoming. When we arrived, there was nobody at the counter, so we waited for a while , then calling out for assistance. A staff member eventually came out from the back while eating something in her mouth , but there was no apology for keeping us waiting, and the check-in experience felt quite unfriendly. We also had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. When we asked for help, the staff member took my phone without much explanation and showed us what to do in a rather abrupt manner. The way they handled the situation made us feel uncomfortable, so our first impression of the accommodation was not great. Thankfully, the staff working the following morning and afternoon were both friendly and helpful, which made the rest of our stay much more pleasant. Perhaps we were just unlucky with the staff member on our first evening. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. We did notice a few ants inside the accommodation, around three in total, but otherwise, the stay was acceptable for the price. Overall, I wouldn’t consider this a five-star accommodation, but it offers reasonable value for money. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in a convenient location and don’t expect luxury-level service, it’s still worth considering.

Ups: The beds were soft and good, theres water dispenser if you finished the bottled water. The Gym is amazing and so is the pool! Love the location the most - right smacked in the middle of Yaowarat and it is so accessible to the nearest train station. Windowless room- they made effort to create a fake window scene so thumbs up for the effoort. The aircon works super well too, only that controls could be repaired as the temp can only go lower not higher. Downs: Room has flies- see photos - quite yucked out by it and toothbrushes are given only upon requests.

The hotel is located in the Sukhumvit area. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. During my first stay, the room was nice and well equipped with everything I needed, including large bottles of shampoo and body wash, a hair dryer, a kettle, tea and coffee, a wardrobe, and a small working area. However, my experience during my second stay was not quite as good. There was a small hole in the door, which made me feel a little uncomfortable, although it was not possible to see through it from outside. The sink was also clogged. The staff were very helpful and immediately sent someone to fix it. When it could not be repaired, they kindly upgraded me to a family room. Despite the issues with the room, I was very impressed with how the staff handled the situation and took care of me. The location is also convenient, with a 7-Eleven and several restaurants nearby. I would stay here again if I needed to attend a meeting in this area. The only downside is that the surrounding area can feel a little unsafe or uncomfortable when walking alone at night.

The happy hour drinks by the pool were buy-one-get-one-free, and they even had free Thai costume try-ons with a wide selection of accessories. This is my second time staying here. The location is very convenient, less than a 10-minute walk to Phra Khanong BTS, with a 7-Eleven next door and a shopping mall nearby. Parking is available, and the price is great for the value. The only downsides were a slightly musty smell in the room and weak air conditioning. Overall, I’m still happy with my stay and would definitely come back on my next trip to Bangkok!

The hotel is not far from Nana station, about an 8-minute walk. Taxis can drop you right at the entrance. Downstairs is a bustling bar street, which gets very lively and congested after 11 PM. There are 7-Eleven convenience stores at both ends of the street and in the middle. I stayed in a room facing the back of the hotel, and it was very quiet! The front desk staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the grout in the shower stall had black mold, likely due to using the wrong material.

Everything was great, and the environment was good. Although it's a bit tucked away in an alley, there's a shuttle bus to the alley entrance, which is quite convenient! There's only one thing that wasn't so good: the soundproofing is really terrible. I'm not someone who's overly sensitive to noise, but the sound insulation is genuinely very poor! On the first night, I could hear the people in the next room chatting very loudly, and they continued until past 5 AM, making it impossible to sleep, so I left early! When I returned to the room on the second day, there were two Korean guys next door, making a lot of noise all night, constantly ”****” (explicit word removed), again until 5 or 6 AM. It was only on the last night that it finally quieted down. Besides the soundproofing, everything else was basically good, and the hotel staff were very friendly! If they could improve the sound insulation, it would truly be a great hotel! I would definitely be willing to stay again!

I stumbled upon 130 Hotel & Residence Bangkok by chance, and the lobby gave a great first impression, displaying many awards. The room, bathroom, small balcony, and pantry were all well-laid out and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast restaurant was a pleasant surprise; it had a wonderful atmosphere, and the milk was 100% fresh, tasting delicious. The menu changed daily, which felt like excellent value. To the left and right of the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven and a Lotus's, plus a local supermarket for shopping – incredibly convenient, just a three-minute walk. There's also a laundry shop. Stepping out of the hotel, to the left, there are many restaurants that are both affordable and delicious. A few minutes' walk to the alley's end, and you can catch a bus to Bangkapi Mall. The second floor of 'Happy Land' (a place nearby) offers massages for 180 baht an hour, which was another delightful surprise. This is truly a hidden gem of a hotel, and I will definitely be staying here again.
