This is a brand new property in the Holiday Inn Express lineup, in which we have great trust. Checking in on 9-14-19, however, we had a minor cleanliness issue. We called the front desk, who immediately offered to move us to another room. We declined, as it really was a minor issue easily remedied. The Housekeeping Supervisor, Ashley, arrived within minutes, and with her assistant, made short, efficient work of fixing the problem.... then came back later with a ”goodie bag” of bottled waters and fruit, and a handwritten note apologizing for our inconvenience.

I stay at this hotel often for business. This is truly is a great clean friendly hotel to stay at. They are very accommodating to my schedule and always offer the best service. They even packed me a to go breakfast as needed. My only single complaint would be that the room key cards do not work 70% of the time. Every time I’ve stayed here I’ve had to go up and down the elevators/stairs to get new cards to get in my room. I know about magnets and cell phones and stuff like that but it becomes super annoying when none of those things happened and you are still up and down the elevators/stairs just trying to get in your room and sleep. This isn’t a new issue so please fix it.
