The hotel was renovated in 2026, and the rooms are very clean and new. The rooms are spacious with ample lighting. Each room has a kitchen, induction cooker, basic cooking utensils, and a dining table and chairs for easy cooking. The sheets and towels are very clean and white. However, shampoo and shower gel are not provided. The hotel's location is also very convenient; a supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.

Newly renovated and very clean. The location is also excellent, just a few hundred meters from Ganden Monastery and a 2-minute walk from the main street. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, so you won't be disturbed by motorcycles. Mongolians don't eat breakfast, so having a tea and snack area is a lifesaver.

I booked a fantastic 1-bedroom apartment on Trip.com, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent, situated within a convenient 15-minute walk to Narantuul Market, 20 minutes to the National Sports Stadium, and 30 minutes to Sukhbaatar Square. Having handy convenience shops right downstairs and several malls nearby made grocery runs and shopping effortless. Inside, the apartment is remarkably spacious, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally well-maintained. The Queen-size bed is incredibly comfortable, and the pillows provided excellent support. Furthermore, the host is very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire stay, making sure all my questions were answered. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped for cooking daily meals easily, and it even has a full-size refrigerator. I appreciated the generous amenities like extra pillows, blankets, towels, paper towels and toilet paper. Thoughtful little extras such as cotton balls, floss sticks, cotton buds, quality toiletries, variety of tea bags, and bottled mineral water were a wonderful, welcoming touch. I absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend this property!

Don't be fooled by the worn exterior; the inside was clean and cozy. The owner was friendly and quick to respond, which was a big plus. The location is about a 15-minute walk from Sukhbaatar Square, making it very convenient for solo backpackers. However, be aware that traffic is always congested, so factor that in. Other than that, this accommodation takes care of most things, so if you're looking for good value for money, book here!

This was one of the best apartments I have stayed in in Ulaanbaatar and I have booked places all over the city. It is clean and well-furnished with new kitchen equipment. It is also centrally located - only a brief walk to Sukhbaatar square and near many shops and restaurants. The owner is very responsive and helpful with any questions. The only downside is that it is a 5th floor walkup with no elevator so if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage you might want to consider this. Otherwise it is a great find.

This hotel is conveniently located, just three stops from Genghis Khan Square. You can pay for transportation with local currency. Major attractions like the Blue Sky Tower, the museum, and the theater are all near the square, where you can also catch the airport shuttle. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and has a pleasant environment. The front desk staff were particularly warm, friendly, and patiently guided us on how to get around and find a nearby supermarket. We had a very enjoyable three-night stay.

Has a CU located just in front. Cons: bathroom water wasn’t ho, felt cold taking a shower and definitely was not hot enough to actually have a bath, bathroom smelt like sewage, there’s lots of construction around so it’s dusty, the breakfast buffet was not good for a 5 star hotel, lack of variety. Forgot to take photos of the room, attached was the hotpot dinner at the attached restaurant which was nice.

Though everything is great, I was unable to rest at all due to outdoor noise. The windows are not double glazed nor are there ear buds! The city never sleeps and its noisy which is wonderful and that's what I wanted to experience but could not rest. TV would not connect which could have helped cancel the traffic noise. Otherwise, great comfort and service.

The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff were diligent. However, the hotel's liaison for Trip.com customers provided very poor service. They did not address or act on my request to adjust the check-in date, even though it was still a month away, which significantly impacted my overall experience. Similarly, the Trip.com liaison for this matter was also very poor, offering only robotic responses and showing no effort to advocate for the customer. When I return to Ulaanbaatar in the future, I will not choose this hotel again. The prices are comparable to five-star hotels like Kempinski, but the service is far from it.

A really excellent hotel! The reception staff are so friendly and professional, and they speak very good English. They helped give me directions to nearby ATMs and also called a taxi service for me to go to the airport on my last day. The room was always very clean and the bed was comfortable. They have a laundry service that is quite cheap, and it was very convenient - you just have to put your dirty clothes in a bag and give it to reception, and they will return it to your room (usually on the same day). The breakfast was also delicious - a combination of a cooked breakfast, fruits, yoghurts, salad, cereals and cakes, along with tea, coffee and juice. I really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely come back!

The bathroom ventilation was broken, making it very stuffy. The hotel is located in a sketchy area, and I was disturbed by drunkards yelling outside at night. The room was quite large. It's a Soviet-style hotel. The mini-fridge was packed with drinks and alcohol for purchase, making it unusable. Those who need a fridge should choose carefully.

Fantastic. Got in late and met a guy from New Zealand who helped me out. Met connections from Australia completely by accident which hope will lead to job interviews. Close to city centre. Staff were very friendly. Rooms are not 5 star but suited needs and the staff do everything to make you comfortable. I took advantage of the gym and the sauna and also used the breakfast restaurant. Very good. Beer was also on tap and service was appreciated. Will definatly stay here again and highly recommended.
