Loved this homestay! Every room had an amazing sea view, and the ambient design made the place feel cozy and spacious. The duplex layout was perfect, with two extra beds in the upstairs hall — great for our group. A special bonus was the video game setup upstairs, which brought back fun school-day memories for my husband and siblings. Highly recommended!

The overwater bungalow, though a bit dated in its decor, has a lovely vintage charm. The environment is fantastic, and it's super convenient for getting to the beach. The food at the restaurant is really good, highly recommend! And you see protected animals everywhere, which is pretty cool, haha.

The villa was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. The standout feature was the private indoor pool. It was large, pristine, and provided an ideal private space away from the crowds. The room amenities were excellent, with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, featuring separate toilet and shower. The staff were very friendly, and the buggy service made exploring the resort quick and easy. Parking was conveniently located just a few meters from our unit. The public beach was within walking distance of the main building. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. You can choose between indoor or outdoor dining. Overall, it’s highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing retreat with family!

I loved the quiet and chill 🩷🩷 Some staffs require additional and more structured training, there was a confusion with tax payment & simple cash transaction. Check-out staff was not meeting hospitality standards, only administration requirements. I enjoyed the residential style of room/house arrangements! The amenities looks good, but I did not use them

This is not our first time at Admiral Cove Avillion however the first Superior room with Seaview (1501); wow with the setting sun view..Love it! Pleasant experience overall. This hotel is children-friendly with good facilities and amenities around as well as good food though mostly open towards the evening but fast food outlets like mcD and Starbucks etc are a drive away at Waterfront City. Our appreciation goes especially to Amy the guest relations assistant and Dalina with their ever smiling demeanor and kind support while attending to us. Somehow our hp couldn't connect outgoing calls but Amy was ever willing to let us use her hp, kudos Amy! Thank you.

Its a bit old hotel, air cond got issue, only normal air come out. we even cleaned the filter by ourselves. But. Technician also very fast arrive. Within 5 mins. They just restart the aircond again. Maybe can do deep cleaning to the toilet. Also most of the plug loose and got no power. Parking a bit chalenging. Once got parking, dont dare to go out anymore😂

I stayed here on the second day of Raya. Although the check-in time was 3:00 PM, I arrived at 4:30 PM and my room was still not ready. The staff asked me to wait for another 30 minutes, which was quite disappointing. The location is good, as it is near the waterfront area and surrounded by many convenient shops such as ZUS Coffee, McDonald’s, Mr. DIY, and TF Value-Mart. I booked the Premier Suite with one bedroom. Since there was also a queen bed outside the room area, it would be better if the hotel could provide a simple wardrobe or at least a place to hang clothes there. The room itself was clean, but there was a strong smell, similar to pest control spray. It was quite disturbing, and I ended up going to the supermarket in front of the hotel to buy Ambi Pure. Breakfast was just ok. Lift quite slow. On the positive side, the hotel is close to the beach and offers a really nice sunset view.

My family and I recently stayed at Lexis Port Dickson (Lexis PD) on 6-7 June 2026 and encountered several issues that I promptly reported to the manager, Mr. Wan and the front office representative, Ms. Foo, who assured me that improvements would be made and that a follow-up call would be provided. Upon arrival, I found dead cockroaches under the sink cabinet and noticed a urine-like odor in the room; housekeeping only addressed the issue after multiple reminders. The room also had maintenance problems, including a balcony door that could not close properly, a malfunctioning minibar, and later a non-functioning television, although the maintenance team responded promptly and resolved these issues. As we returned to the hotel late in the evening after our activities, we did not request a room change as it would have caused further inconvenience and disruption to our stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to sleep well due to the strong smell of mothballs, possibly from recent pest control treatment, combined with the persistent urine odor. While I appreciate the responsiveness of the maintenance staff and the attention given by Mr. Wan and Ms. Foo, I hope the hotel will improve room cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest comfort to provide a better experience for future guests.

The rooms are big, the hotel is huge and directlyon the beach, the staff is very friendly! but...the hotel is old and run down, the beach has nothing to stay like chairs, few options on food, the pool has 4 wood chairs but we where 7 people, and still didn't manage to stay there as there where 3-4 families with lots of kids. Port Dikson is an old town with lots of stires closed and nothing to do, unfortunately. We had 7 nights payed but stayed only 2 and got back to Kuala Lumpur. We couldn't get the money back for the 5 nights :(
