Great for guests who want to have slow life and relax during their stay. Usually it is quiet on weekdays. Dinner is also available for guests with reasonable price. Breakfast is included. Staffs are attentive and friendly. One note - 4,000 THB cash deposit is required. Not by credit/debit card guarantee.

The hotel is nice. Room is very big with massive balcony. Very privacy. Each floor has only 3 rooms. However, I expected better hospitality and service from this hotel based on the price I paid. I arrived 1:30pm, and was told the room was not ready yet which fine for me. However, I came back at 2pm and room was still not done yet. Wasting another 30 mins at the lobby. The room includes free 6 bottles of water but others are chargeable. Additional bottle of water is also chargeable. Again, hotel at this price is just stingy. I also felt all staffs were not really proactive nor attentive. This is my second stay, and I felt the same. Other facilities are ok. The property is very vast. Bicycle for rent is available. Golf club is inside the property. Others were ok, except service and staff attitude need to be improved.

Had a 3d2n in this resort. The room itself was very big and we were amazed by the private pool, rooftop Terrance and the onsen. We were able to do the check in at the room itself. Their services provided were very good. You can also have your own bbq at the rooftop however you might really need to tell them you want have the bbq your own. If not they will helped you cooked the food and served to your room. The quality of the bbq food I would say was average only. Could have been better. I like that we can get to choose in room dinning for our breakfast and there’s quite a few options for the breakfast. As for the location wise, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place doesn’t have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Have to take note of the parking place as you need to park on a down slope 😅. Other than that it was still a good experience staying there!

Hotel room and facilities were amazing. Great view of Khao Yai with private pool and large balconies. I will definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — jThe room was spotless and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of variety. Definitely a place I would return to — highly recommended!
