This elegant hotel, perfectly situated in the city's heart, offers a sophisticated retreat ideal for both business travelers and tourists. The rooms boast stylish decor, complemented by well-appointed bathrooms and charming terraces—perfect spots for a morning coffee or evening relaxation. The breakfast is a culinary delight, served à la carte with impeccable quality and service that sets a high standard for the day. Equally impressive is the dinner at the Mauka restaurant, where the dishes are exceptional and the service attentive and welcoming. The staff's friendly and attentive approach across all services ensures a stay that is as comfortable as it is memorable.

What a stunning property. having the opportunity to stay here was one of the main highlights of being in Cusco. The staff are incredible from welcome to goodbye! The food is sublime and the rooms are gorgeous. The property itself is an old nunnery preserved to perfection, it has such a deep and beautiful history that has been so well showcased while combined with modern needs. It surpassed every expectation and was loaded with high touch points at every turn. Treat yourself when going to Cusco! There is no other hotel like this.

Awesome experience! The overall daylighting of the hotel is very good, people will feel bright as soon as they enter the hotel! All the details are also in place, including toiletries, bedding, catering, and the environment are great! And we must praise Ctrip! The price of this hotel on Booking is much higher than Ctrip. We stayed for two nights, and the tax-included price on the booking went to more than 7,000. However, the price of Ctrip was more than 5,000 for two nights, and the Ctrip system also reminded that if you book one day and one day separately, the price can be more favorable. Finally, we booked two nights with more than 4,000 tax-included price.

Breakfast is delicious! I also ate a dinner at the hotel, played chants and sang, and also sang songs by myself. The quality of the food is great too ~ The hotel's toiletries, especially the shower gel, are great, and they are a super niche brand in Europe ~ The bed and pillows were also comfortable. I know pillows. Sleeping on the pillows of his house means that he sleeps sweetly ~

Very nice hotel in Cusco. Satisfaction points: The breakfast is rich and delicious; the service is warm. Dissatisfied point: I gave the wrong room type at first, and then negotiated with Ctrip and changed the room. There are two things that make people angry: one is that the front desk is not trained enough and is not familiar with the two categories of hotel room types; the other is that after pointing out that the room type was wrong, they did not admit that they gave a room type that was one grade worse, but quibbled about the same room type. The layout and area of the next room will be different. Lie gave the category we booked at the beginning. This unethical act of lying to pass the buck makes this hotel untrustworthy. The bathroom is a bath tub, which is very small and the water from the shower is easy to spill. Toiletries are also average.

Excellent: delicious breakfast; strong historical atmosphere, strong hotel visibility; good service attitude Missing: carpets should be changed; front desk professionalism is poor and dishonest (some staff are expected to try their best to pass the buck if you lose something at this hotel); bathtub is small and almost slippery; The basic room type seems to be in a very dim side building, can not understand why so design, the suite in the main building, bright hall a lot;

The best hotel experience for me in all of my travel. The saying you get what you paid for is so accurate. Yes, it’s pricey to stay here but boy is it worth it. This hotel is truly a paradise and oasis for your long day of traveling and hiking. First the hotel is beautiful and centrally located. There are so many activities and amenities that the guests can participate in the hotel. We did the hotel tour and interacted with the baby alpaca. Second, the room and the amenities provided in the room were so carefully throughout. The food during breakfast was great and there were varieties. But what truly make this hotel stand out for me is the staff. From the bellboy, to the front desks and the servers.. all the staff treated all the guests with care. We had an issue with our pickup at the train station (no fault of the hotel or us) but they were very apologetically about it and the staff wanted to make sure we were ok which we were. All in all., if you have the money to spend.. stay here. It was such an amazing two nights experience for my husband and I,

Hotel was excellent at first was given a basement room with a view of the incan wall but I did not know it was artificial light. Requested to move rooms even though more expensive for a window on an upper floor but was given a free room change to the 4th floor with a small window but at least had natural light. But this request was only granted on my second try as the first agent who checked me in informed me the hotel was completely booked out even though all sites including their own showed additional rooms with windows. Service was excellent in the hotel and the buffet breakfast was delicious with the omelette station. In the reviews they mentioned there was an alpaca on the hotel grounds but the little animal was never seen except for the old ladies near the front entrance with baby alpacas asking all guests if they would like pictures for a fee.

At this price, the hotel is fine, the service is good, the breakfast is plentiful, and its own courtyard is also very beautiful. The only drawback is that the hotel is built on an uphill road in Cusco at an altitude of 3,500 meters. , It is recommended to consider it when entering the hotel on foot, but the hotel provides free oxygen cylinders, which is still very good

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Cusco for 4 nights total - 3 before our Inca Trail trek with Alpaca Expeditions and 1 night after the trek. We arranged with HGI to store our large luggage while we were gone for the 5 day/4 night trek. Very simple process to do this and all our belongings were kept safe and sound and returned to us in good order. Overall the HGI was a good place to stay. It is is about a 15 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas, uphill all the way. We didn't mind so much since that helped get us ready for our trek. It's in a quiet area. The Plaza is quite busy and noisy, and was especially the night a political rally was being held. I was glad our hotel was not right on the plaza that night. Rooms were a nice size. Our first room was a king-size bed with a view of Cusco. The second room had a view of the courtyard. Both had hot showers, room safe, blow-dryer, and toiletries. One thing to note is that the hotel floors are reversed from the norm. You enter the lobby at street level and then go DOWN to floors 1,2,3, and 4. Ask for a room on Floor 2 or below. Floor 1 is right underneath the lobby and we were kept awake by the sounds of walking, chairs scraping, etc. until quite late at night after we returned for one night after the trek. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered quite a variety of choices. The main reason we give this HGI only 4 stars is for the laundry issue. After a week in Peru, we needed to do laundry when we arrived at HGI. Yes, there are laundry facilities in the hotel. However, you can't just put in a few soles, add your own soap, and wash a load. Noooo, they have it fixed so that you MUST purchase a packet of tokens, detergent, and softener from them for a whopping 52 soles!! That's outrageous and taking advantage of a ”captive audience.” Well, not these guests. We simply bagged up our laundry and dropped it off at one of the dozens of laundry shops on the street right around the corner. It cost us 36 soles AND we supported a local, family-run business. Win-win. And boo on HGI for boasting about laundry facilities they actually charge an arm and a leg to use.

After 4 days of hiking the Inca Tail, we arrived to the hotel at 730pm and were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. We were exhausted and the check in process was easy and seamless. In the morning, hotel staff was able to arrange and confirm within a couple minutes that a taxi pick would pick us up and take us to the airport, costing 25 soles which we thought was extremely fair. Additionally, we were able to store our bags while we met friends for breakfast before being taken to the airport. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Plaza de Armas, Mercado de San Pedro, and San Blas.

Very close to the scenic area, the service is very good, there is a question and answer, the wifi speed is also ok, the room has heating, very new, the lighting effect is very good, there is a free pick-up, there is a travel agent to facilitate a day trip, but the price is more expensive than the outside point. Breakfast is not too bad, the drink fruit is very rich. However, it is very strange that the price of Ctrip has changed. I decided to place more than 800 orders on the first night. The payment will not move. After half a day, I found that the price has become more than 900, so I changed it to more than 900. pay. Stayed for one night and wanted to continue, the Ctrip price became 1400, and then 1600. Later, I continued to stay at the front desk for the first night of Ctrip. In the next few days, Ctrip is still in this situation. It has changed and the hotel has been giving me a fixed price. I don't understand why Ctrip is doing this at this hotel.

The hotel is located 15 minutes walking distance away from the main square. It is quiet and peaceful but provides excellent approach to the historic city. The restaurant brought out an impressive breakfast every morning, and it even has a local artisan selling crafts and trinkets. This is a beautiful building in a great location. The doormen and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with most amenities. I was however quite shocked to find paper cups in the room to drink tea from. I’ve never come across that before! I had to put one inside another so’s it didn’t bend when I picked it up. The bed was large and comfortable although it was quite noisy from very early in the morning as breakfast starts at 4.30. Breakfast was adequate although we found it hard to get orange juice. Papaya was the juice on offer . The bar and restaurant were very good. A great hotel in a great location to explore Cusco.

The staff is attentive and friendly, and will introduce you to the attractions and famous restaurants in the area. The one he introduced to me is really good. The furnishings in the room are practical and simple, with ethnic style. The bathroom is clean and spacious, the view from the 4th floor window is open, and the air in the room is fresh and fresh. Thank you for all you have done during this difficult time. I will forever remember this wonderful staff and the hospitality. In a time where we needed to come together the most, the staff extended their arms and made us feel like family. Forever grateful. #YoMeQuedoEnCasa For future travelers: This hotel is affordable but doesn’t skimp on the amenities, the 360 Sky Bar is amazing and offers the best view of Cusco. It’s breathtaking! The staff is so wonderful. (Please treat them well!) They make you feel like family! Food is delicious and has a good mix of traditional Peruvian food with choices for everyone. The bar has excellent drinks. I suggest you try some traditional ones. The room is comfortable with hot water, and ample channel choices for all. The WiFi is the best that I had at any hotel in Peru. We stayed 5 nights at the Tierra Viva Cusco Centro and was pleased with our accommodations. I am not going to lie when you pull up to the front of the hotel, it is a busy street and not much to look at. Once you go in, it has a beautiful courtyard and you no longer hear the sounds of the street or city. Our room was spacious for 2 people and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The front staff were always helpful and accommodating with our requests and questions about Cusco and where to find certain things. They assisted us with several taxis, which made transportation easy. I would highly recommend this hotel.
