Good front desk service, poor breakfast service! I have been to Germany on business several times, and I have never seen such a waiter. I would video with my family in the morning. I used headphones and talked for a while. A male waiter nodded my arm and called me quiet! Because I am alone and abroad, I don't want to have any security risks. I endured it and hung up the video. By the way, the restaurant is not very big. The top few foreigners diagonally across from me are also talking, and I can hear them. Two people at the table next to me are also talking. My voice is about the same height as theirs. I am a Chinese, so call me quiet? Really the first time I met! Stayed for two nights, I didn't eat breakfast here the next day, really a very poor waiter. Of course most of the foreigners I met are still very friendly!

The room is good. The car parked directly at the door, very convenient and safe.

Overall, the service staff is still very enthusiastic, but there will always be a general accommodation feeling, next time I will basically not consider living here. The price is also very poor, breakfast and dinner are very expensive. 1) First of all, the room facilities are very simple, old, the furniture is very simple, the shower conditions are very poor, the room is small, and the living is very depressed. 2) The hotel has no elevator, very old stairs, two large boxes are moving, I suspect life. The carpet is dirty, and the corridor needs to be manually turned on the lights. I feel very backward. 3) The location is also very remote, in a bunch of residential areas, I need to walk out to find supermarket restaurants 4) Poor price/performance ratio. A breakfast 19.5 euros, dinner 4 of us spent 193 euros, the key is that this hotel is located in a small town, it should not be so expensive. The place worthy of praise is the enthusiasm of customer service, especially the little girl. The decoration of the restaurant is very distinctive, the decoration of the wooden structure, the lighting matching, the flowers are embellished, and the Lanhof Hotel at night is very popular.

The overall feeling in the small and medium-sized German city is not bad, the environment is quiet, there is a Dortmund Memorial Hall and Dortmund Football Club main stadium nearby, and it is a minute's drive from the station and downtown 7-8. Due to environmental protection, the hotel's free personal hygiene products are relatively limited. What is more unexpected is that the two bottles of bubble water at the room bar are also charged. If you don't tell the front desk, there is no free water. Breakfast is quite satisfactory and dessert is nice.

A Home from home room, and the first ”hotel” I've stayed in with a dishwasher in the room. Room was clean and well presented. It was a strange mix, of a self catering unit and a conventional hotel room. Decor was modern and the bathroom was one of the best I've seen and as large as the rest of the room. Only downside was the shower drain was partially blocked so excess water built up on the floor and turned the room into a swimming pool. Reported it to reception whom arranged maintenance to attend to it.

Can I say that this hotel is simply too good! First of all, the location is great. Turn left from the train station and walk for 6-10 minutes. The red sign is easy to find. As soon as you come in, you can feel all kinds of avant-garde lights, and the screen is also beautiful. The bathroom is downstairs, and it is free without a room card. Then there are all kinds of free tea and coffee next to the front desk that you can take away. The front desk service is also good. A reminder that if you check in early, you will be charged 30 euros. Luggage storage is also very convenient. There is a large breakfast table with at least three kinds of cakes, fried seasonal vegetables, roasted potatoes with skins, fried eggs, etc. There are also many types of cheese and cold ham, and there are many choices of pickles, and there are 6 kinds of yogurt. There are many Japanese living here, and they can also clean every day. It is much better than the deserted hotel I stayed in in Carmen before, and the price-performance ratio is really high

The only small regret is that the parking fee is slightly higher, but the overall does not affect my five-star praise, come back next time! 2. Hotel service is too intimate! The rooms are warmly furnished and the facilities are all available. There are many choices for breakfast, both Chinese and Western, and the food is super satisfying. It is perfect if the parking fee can be more favorable, and it is generally recommended! 3. Must praise this hotel! The room was clean and tidy and comfortable. The breakfast ingredients are fresh, the cooking is delicious, and the food is super happy. Although the parking fee is a bit expensive, the service and environment can completely make up for it, it is worth coming again!

Perfect location to visit the Christmas Market. Online check in possibility is convenient but only if the machine to give out the key card works properly. We had to go to the receptionist after errors on the screen so it did not save us time. There was no water cooker in the room but this was solved by the reception. Be careful though when pouring it tends to leak heavily and I got boiling water on my leg. In the room above us were children running around and screaming which made the experience less enjoyable but this is not something the hotel can be held responsible for and is lack of supervision by the parents.

The location is excellent. It's right across from a pedestrian street, so finding places to eat is incredibly convenient. It's also just a short walk from the main train station. Plus, with the subway station directly opposite, getting anywhere is a breeze.
