Reviews From Real Travelers
Although the hotel is a bit old, the decoration style is very classical, the room is relatively large, very suitable for family travel, buffet breakfast is available, the fruit is very rich, there are not many breads, but there are many types, which can meet the needs of eating and drinking, and balanced nutrition. The hotel is located in Downtown, close to the sea. You can walk to the beach and the Parker market, not far from Chinatown, Chinese food and Japanese food perfectly connect the Chinese stomach, behind the hotel is the Columbia Building, you can climb to the top to see the city scenery, light rail at the hotel entrance, airport and main attractions, travel is very convenient, it is recommended!

A rustic hotel with a unique ambience. It's conveniently located near Pioneer Square in Downtown Seattle within walking or short car or bus ride of many sights and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is good and the lounge sometimes has excellent live music.

Reviews From Real Travelers
Hotel overall is a great location and you are certainly paying for that. The lobby, waiting area, etc. are super nice. The rooms on the other hand while clean have dated/pull out couches that are not great. The bed was clean and comfortable enough but I wouldn't say any better than your standard travel lodge hotel. The closet shelf barely head the weight of the room safe on it and the safe door wouldn't stay closed so that was poorly placed.
My biggest gripe is the bathroom for a 175+ dollars a night i'm expecting a spotless nicely kept up bathroom. The bathroom vent didn't work at all nor had any way of turning it on. The ceiling was very low and crappy office type paneling and had a fire sprinkler over the tub! The flooring, counter top and shower walls are marble which is nice but I don't think the staffing knows how to properly take care of marble because my room, and two of my other friends' bathrooms were all the same the marble had a yellow/green tinge to it like it needed a heavy duty steam clean or scrubbing. The shower head was also horrible and needed replacing too.
Overall you're paying for location as you're walking distance to Pike market place and other down town stuff but for the price the hotel commands not sure its worth it. Not a horrible place by any means and it worked and was clean just expected more of the room accommodations.
- Guest User
The American-style hotel is quite good; the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Located in the heart of downtown, it's within walking distance of several of Seattle's popular attractions, and the price is very reasonable. A very good choice.

Location, Location, LOCATION!
Many of our guests are conference attendees. Everyone was pleasantly surprised by how close we are from the Convention Center. It's literally across the street! Many guests enjoyed sneaking out in between meetings and coming back for a quick nap or bathroom break.
We have a whopping walk score of 98 and transit score of 100! Within a 1-mile radius, you can easily walk to famous tourist attractions such as the Pike Market and Amazon Spheres, or to vibrant neighborhoods like Capitol Hill and Chinatown.
To get around, we are easily accessible via bus and light trail (Westlake station). For car drivers, we are very close to both north and south exits of I-5 freeway. There is a Hertz rental inside the Convention Center just 1 block away (and you can park the rental car there for free). Young folks also like to rent a Bird scooter to zoom between the downtown skyscrapers.

Noise
Given that the building sits directly across the street from the Convention Center, freeway noise can be heard in the open air. (FYI, I-5 goes right underneath the Convention Center.) A historic hotel with a large enough room, divided into two areas: living room and bedroom. The location is also convenient, and you can walk to the famous Pike Place Market and its surroundings. The front desk service is also very good. We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon, and normally check in at 4 pm, but when we asked about parking, we were arranged to check in as there was a room available. The experience was very good and it will be my first choice next time I go to Seattle.FromPLN 1,147

The hotel is in a prime location with a beautiful environment. It is close to Pike Place, the ferry terminal, and the coastal sightseeing road. The rooms are well-equipped, with good views, and the service is warm and thoughtful. In particular, the handsome waiter can speak a few words in Chinese. He enthusiastically introduced the hotel and the surroundings to us. When he saw us buying a bouquet of flowers, he immediately gave us a vase for us to put in. This hotel is worth recommending.FromPLN 2,087

Location is unbeatable - nearby Westlake Station (Exit A) of Link Light Rail, and Seattle Convention Centre. Walking distance to attractions (e.g., Pike Place Market, Space Needle)
Very helpful & friendly staff: It was my first time to stay at a hotel with all staff (front desk, room service & other staff met in the hotel) are very warm and make me feel to be welcomed.

We had a fantastic stay at the SpringHill Suites Seattle South Lake Union ☺️ The room was very nice, clean and modern, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the large shower was a great bonus.
The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the busy downtown areas, which made it the perfect location to explore the city while still enjoying a quieter atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!FromPLN 701

I like how it is right in the centre. The self check in was so efficient however there was no information about where to get the breakfast- for what time etc. same for other amenities too. I booked with breakfast included the guy at the front desk maybe in early 30s to mid 40s told us that the breakfast will be the room across the reception but when we went there they were still charging customers even from the hotel so the information about breakfast is misleading.
We ended up not having breakfast despite paying for it on top of that 30 mins before our official check out the key card stopped working.
The misleading information was very frustrating as I paid for the service and didnt even get it.FromPLN 600

The room was spotless and the bedding was comfortable, plus the room layout was excellent! The front desk offers complimentary water and soda, and there's a TV in the lobby where you can watch the World Cup.
The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower, and the fact that it was a fixed showerhead, which was quite inconvenient.
The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the fish market, and directly across the street is the US team's residence!FromPLN 820

I had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle.
I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need.
The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.FromPLN 652

Sheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in. The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall.
The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit. Maybe because most people spend their $20 credits on Starbucks, the line was very long in the morning (~20 minutes). I would suggest going earlier or later to avoid the long line.FromPLN 900

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, so you'll need to find food on your own.
The hotel doesn't have a parking lot, so they recommended a partner parking garage. It was incredibly expensive, $30 overnight, and even worse than the open-air parking garage across the street.
I think the doorman suggested it because I didn't have Valet Parking...FromPLN 525
