The hotel location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk from the train station, the hotel is on the edge of a bridge, under the bridge is a large street garden. The Roman Baths and Bath Cathedral are very close and within walking distance. But the hotel is a long time ago, there is no elevator, you need to walk upstairs by yourself, it should not be difficult if you do not mention the large suitcase. The triple room we ordered was three beds, estimated to be 80-90 cm wide. It was relatively small. The room was rudimentary, but it was clean and the bathroom was large. It was basically about the size of a triple room with a bathtub. Spencer always thought of taking a bath, and the hotel thoughtfully thought about it. Breakfast was good too.

The location is really convenient. The meeting point of the train station and the tour group is close. It is a very old hotel, so the facilities are relatively old, but at the same time very sensational. There is no elevator in the hotel, so if the elderly travel, you need to consider various factors. In short, there is no problem in all other aspects. The only thing is that because it is an old house facing the street, there is a bar downstairs, so it is really noisy in the middle of the night (the nightlife of the British). The store is estimated to know this and therefore provides earplugs. Therefore, people with poor sleep quality must be cautious.

This beautifully interior designed town house is found in Princes Street, in the very heart of Georgian Bath. Built nearly 300 years ago. Circa. 1734. The house today provides guests with an historic stay whilst enjoying the luxury of modern living. Having recently being renovated from top to bottom. It is designed in a traditional/modern/chic style, very much in keeping with the period of the property. The space is designed to enhance guests experience of staying in our very special City.

The house offers five double bedrooms and three large bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 guests. This is not a party house, however well behaved hen and stag parties are welcome. The building is in a residential area, so all guests need to be respectful to both the space and neighbours.

All bedding is 100% cotton French linen. Complementary organic bathroom toiletries are provided. Free WiFi.

We have a good selection of children toys, board games, puzzles, books, dvd's to accommodate your evenings. Travel cot and high chair are available on request.

At the moment we have no parking available on premisses. You can always stop on double yellow lines for 5-10 mins right outside the house to unload/load your luggage.
The closest car park is around 5-10 minutes walk - Charlotte Street Car Park. It’s one of the cheapest options as well. Sold as a 5 star hotel and although it did look good from the outside,the inside was very dated and lacking tlc.the bathroom had what looked like black mould around the wall furniture and the sink had been covered in a wrap which was torn and some of the metal fixtures where corroded.the breakfast took over an hour as they seemed to take precedents over vips in the dining room who got food very quickly.from sitting down to receiving our breakfast took an hour both days.the staff where very apologetic but that does t make up for poor service and the quality was average.The Spa was also dated and the Gym was small with very little in it for a proper workout.

The waiting area for check-in is very British and beautiful. We booked a classic room, which requires us to walk through the main building, pass the garden, and come to the second floor of a stable. The room is clean and the toilet is relatively large. But the location is a bit disappointing. The high price and high positioning of the hotel make us automatically assume that the view of the room will be particularly good, overlooking the city of Bath. The actual situation is disappointing. Looking out is the street view on the other side, and I dare not open the window. The pure British white old man helps you carry the luggage, making you feel embarrassed not to tip. The restaurant is very delicious, and the cauliflower is especially delicious. In this place, you have to keep communicating and making requests. They can do better.

First of all, hotels are very difficult to find. Apple's own navigation is wrong. Secondly, the bathroom in the store is extremely small, and there is still water noise in the sewer at night. There is a problem that hot water cannot be supplied in the room No. 3, which was notified too late and cannot be resolved by itself. Finally, the parking lot is small. Although the parking lots in Bath are very small, this is the only hotel in the UK that has charged me 15 pounds a night. Seriously not recommended.

This hotel boasts an excellent location right by Putney Bridge, making it super convenient to get around. There's a Waitrose supermarket next door and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is quite new, with a clean and minimalist decor – not luxurious, but very comfortable. I'd give full marks to the service in the ground floor restaurant; the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and accommodating, and the food was plentiful and delicious. My only slight complaint is that the shower stall was a bit narrow. Even for someone who isn't particularly big, turning around felt quite awkward; I'd estimate it's only about 60-70 cm wide. Everything else was perfect, though! I had a wonderful three days here.

First, the pros: The hotel's location is excellent, with most major attractions within walking distance. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the breakfast quality is good. However, there are a few practical experiences I need to share for others' awareness: 1. Significant Room Discrepancy for Same Type: We booked two rooms of the same type. One was located at a corner of the building, and the elevator didn't go directly to it. We had to carry our luggage up and down stairs, and the room was noticeably smaller than the other. 2. Recommendation: If you're traveling with large luggage or have mobility issues, I suggest calling the hotel in advance after booking to request a room accessible by elevator.

The location was amazing and easy by walking in town, meet the hotel standards on cleanliness, service and location. staff is very friendly with smile especially on the breakfast time, they are really helpful. However I have booked for 2 nights with the city view queen bed room, but It’s no city view at all. Also, this room is on the upper ground floor and nearby the storage cleaning room is not the good idea for customer especially on the early morning time. The problem is the room always has a terrible noise all the time which make me terrible and can’t sleep well when I am being on the room. I have requested the room which away from elevators and good view before booking but not get anything at all.

The refrigerator and mini bar in the room provide a variety of free drinks and candies and biscuits, which is very considerate. The only thing that needs to be improved is that the room is quite large, enough to choose a wider bed.
