Facilities: Equipped with a bathtub and smart toilet, all other amenities are complete and high-end. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Quiet and comfortable. There are also many restaurants, supermarkets, and even bars near the hotel to choose from. Service: Excellent! On the first day, I felt a bit hot by the window during breakfast. After I gave feedback to the staff, they immediately brought a floor fan to improve ventilation. Besides that, the breakfast was also very rich, and the staff even remembered guests' preferences (see pictures for details), which truly surprised me!

I stayed in room 2201. When I took a shower, the shower stall wasn't fully enclosed, so water splashed out and I had to put a towel on the floor. Also, there was no remote for the air conditioner, so it was really inconvenient having to go near the door every time I wanted to use it. These two things were the most inconvenient.

Very beautiful hotel, very attentive design, it is a hotel with a strong artistic atmosphere. Standing on the balcony, you can see the beautiful sea view, and you can appreciate the unique scenery of Guilin on the sea without going out. I placed an order more than half a month in advance, and the order required to arrange a high floor as much as possible. The hotel also accepted my application in the order. But when I checked in and got the room card, not only did I not arrange a room on a high floor, (this is understandable, because sometimes there are relatively many guests, and it may not be satisfied.) And the two rooms I booked were arranged on different floors for me, and then I disagreed and protested before I was transferred back. In other words, it was arranged very casually on the premise that there were rooms on the same floor, and the convenience of the guests was not considered at all. The two rooms are on two different floors. I believe it should not be very convenient for all guests. For a hotel of such a high grade, this service is not considered for customers at all, and such service does not match its positioning, so the service rating can only be average.

Great stay at Sheraton Hai Phong Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the location was convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The gym and swimming pool were excellent, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The service staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. The front desk and bell staff were also very professional and courteous. Overall, it met the standard I would expect from a Marriott hotel, and I was not disappointed. One small area for improvement is the bathroom ventilation. The exhaust fan was not very strong, and sometimes there was a slight smell in the bathroom when the air conditioning was not on.

Checked in in the afternoon. The front desk staff were very friendly and even brought us welcome drinks. Took the kids to the pool; it was a bit chilly and completely empty except for us. The lifeguard was quick to respond, handing over large bath towels and swim rings. Since it was in the shade and a bit cold, we just played in the water for a little bit and came back up. We enjoyed some baguettes on the hotel room balcony while watching the sunset.

For this price, the room should have performed even better, but upon entering, I found an empty beverage can left by a previous guest on the balcony. Then, the following night, I heard continuous banging on the wall 😱. I deduced it was the neighbor's guest doing *that*, clearly indicating the bed's design was unstable, a serious violation of my privacy and disturbing the neighbor. I took a shower late that night and found the shower gel was gone. While I let it go because it was late, this shouldn't happen in a hotel of this standard; housekeeping staff should check daily. On the bright side, the location is excellent, convenient for Haiphong city center and shopping, and the breakfast selection is plentiful and delicious 😋

This is the first 5-star hotel I have ever seen that does not provide complimentary drinking water at the dinner buffet and instead charges guests for it. I find this unacceptable and very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to Japanese travelers or anyone expecting a true 5-star experience.

This hotel is one island and one hotel. It is located on the outer island of Cat Ba Island. It is very quiet. There is a boat to pick up and drop off guests in and out of the hotel. You can also save the cost of renting a boat to visit Cat Island. Electricity requires the hotel to generate its own power, so there is a period of electricity supply, and there is air conditioning at night. Only electric fans are available during the day. The restaurant tastes average, and you must book in advance! Hope to improve next time!
