The room is starting to show its age, but it remains very well maintained, functional, and thoughtfully equipped. Everything worked as expected, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. In-room dining was on the expensive side, but the portions were surprisingly generous and good for sharing. The only downside was the road construction right next to the hotel. The noise continued throughout the day and sometimes into the night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. This is obviously not the hotel’s fault, but it did affect the overall experience. Other than that, everything was great and I would happily stay again.

We had a very good stay at the Perle d'orient. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind, and spoke fairly good English. The room was big and with all services provided. Plenty of facilities, including several swimming pools and spa area. The hotel is slightly away from the city centre, and we had to walk in a non illuminated street for about 20mins to get to the village centre, as there were some roadworks. The hotel called a paid electric car shuttle twice, but found the drivers to be quite rude, and we ended up preferring to walk. Finally, there is a public beach next to the resort. Unfortunately, be prepared to be disappointed, as the amount of trash and pollution in the water and on the beaches in Cat Ba and in the bays is significant (it was the same for the four days when we stayed there). This was a real shame, as if the island was well maintained it would be a paradise.

The room is clean, spacious, tidy and has a balcony that can be opened to connect with the outside. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served with fresh fruits and vegetables, and the surrounding environment was very pleasant. It is close to the supermarket VInmart.

Everything is good. The room is spacious. The facilities are not good. It is relatively old. The worst thing is that the room has a strong musty smell. The smell in the closet is very, very musty. It is very stinking. The location is relatively convenient.

Check-in fast. The apartment is large. An entire room with division of the sleeping area with glass door and curtain. Quiet apartment. There are 2 double beds. With a slightly too firm mattress. The living area is excellent for eating a meal for 2 or 3 people. The kitchen area is equipped to eat for 2 people. With microwave and large refrigerator. There are also pans and a pot, but they are useless because there are no stoves for cooking. A few hundred meters away there is a shopping center. And many shops within walking distance. Excellent apartment with very affordable price.

This hotel is one island and one hotel. It is located on the outer island of Cat Ba Island. It is very quiet. There is a boat to pick up and drop off guests in and out of the hotel. You can also save the cost of renting a boat to visit Cat Island. Electricity requires the hotel to generate its own power, so there is a period of electricity supply, and there is air conditioning at night. Only electric fans are available during the day. The restaurant tastes average, and you must book in advance! Hope to improve next time!
