I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. I wouldn’t have seen the best of Cairo without the help of their amazing navigator named Abdo. He was very helpful in every way!!! Thumbs up Abdo and thank you so much! Looking forward to visiting your hotel soon.

Excellent treatment , the staff in all places pay attention to every detail , Of course, I would like to thank all those responsible , Especially Mr. Kyrollos in the reception, because he is courteous and respectful, and he stays with me until the last time and checks on the room completely.

My wife and I had a quick, 24-hour layover in Cairo and wanted to see the pyramids and sphinx and relax before a long trip home. The Four Seasons delivered in all possible ways. Concierge arranged to pick us up at the airport (flying in from Sharm El Sheikh) and then checked us in to our room, all before 9:30 am. We then had time to freshen up, enjoy a relaxed breakfast, and then meet our driver and tour guide for a trip to the sites. Our driver for the tour and also for the round trip to and from the airport was Mohsen Ahmed, and he was wonderful. Our tour guide, Ash Saad Saghloul, was also outstanding. Both gents took very good care of us, didn't rush at any point, and left any additional side trips (for shopping) completely up to us. Had us back to the hotel early in the afternoon so we could relax. We then had an early dinner at 8, which was as good as reviews have made it out to be (and, yes, we had dim sum and Chinese food overlooking the Nile as our farewell dinner to Egypt). Our room was very comfortable and the views of the Nile and the Pyramids from our balcony made it all feel very special. All said, it was a perfect 24 hours in Cairo and just what we wanted. Thanks to all at the Four Seasons for making that happen and making it so easy and comfortable.

The hotel and staff were phenomenal. The reason I took one smile away for facility, was I wanted to get a pedicure and they gave a referral in the mall that was terrible. They should not refer anyone there; it was uncomfortably juvenile in the environment. I ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes listening to workers talk, argue, show pictures on each other's phones. Other than that, it was an incredible experience. Khaled Abdelkhalek with the concierge was outstanding. He was taking care of every need. I booked 2 tours thru 4 Seasons with Marwa, she is on an entirely different universe, so intelligent, kind, intuitive, and I could keep going with praise. If you ever need a tour, she is the one for you!! I also had Mohammed as the driver, between Marwa and Mohommed, they are the dynamic duo. I feel so fortunate and honored to have met and been able to spend time with them. I had several hours to wait for my flight, so I sat in the lobby and had something to eat and drink, they were so accommodating. I do not recall if her name was Daliah or Liza but she was great. Took care of me and was very kind. I travel a lot alone, and it can be tricky sometimes, but the people at the 4 Seasons made it seamless and like home!

What an amazing and luxurious hotel it is. We enjoyed our one week stay and had one of the best experiences ever in Cairo. It all started with meeting Nabil the doorman with his beautiful smile and then with Yousef at the reception desk who helped us with our check in. Mostafa and Arafa from the house keeping, made our stay amazing with paying attention to details with their beautiful smile and attitude. Also Ibrahim as well made it a pleasant experience. To top it up Hashem the house keeping supervisor also made sure our needs are met and everything is to our liking. Abdullah El Sayed, ohhh ohhh what an amazing guy he is. Every morning made sure we are taken care off from our coffee, juices to making sure I have my specialty Egyptian breakfast made up to my likings. Fresh Iskandarani fool, taameya and to top it up feeteer meshaltet with 3assal. WOWWWW. Abdullah made sure to remember my type of coffee without asking (decaf coffee). Also Amr did an amazing job taking care of us when Abdullah is serving other tables. Sayed Farouk the lounge supervisor also made sure to receive our feedback with a great attitude and smile and we really enjoyed our conversation with him. Ayman, with his amazing smile and shisha, always made sure we are hooked the whole evening and with our couple visits to the restaurant. The pool team were unbelievable from Mohamad to Ayman with all the time amazing smile to Sameh at the aqua restaurant. These guys made our stay at the pool so great with paying attention to everything we need. The spa team were also amazing from Lobna to captain Hassan. The service was more than we asked for. Sameh Mahrous, what an amazing person he is with his beautiful smile and great talk we had. He is always there every afternoon at the lobby taking care of the customers and their needs. To top it up, we also received a follow up phone call from the hotel after 2 days to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The Nile Ritz-Carlton Cairo is an amazing hotel with top notch service. Keep it up team and I hope to see you all again very soon.

I had the pleasure of being able to stay at this hotel as part of a package with a Nile Cruise. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very easy to navigate. The views are incredible from the rooms and restaurants. The staff was even more impressive. Everyone I encountered was more than willing to help in any way possible. I wish I had written down everyone’s names so they could be recognized including the receptionists at the spa, and one of the young ladies at the breakfast buffet but one that stood out for me was Heba who checked me in when I first arrived in Cairo. She was beyond kind and answered all my questions, pointed out the highlights of the hotel, and gave me a few pieces of advice about the city. Each person I interacted with was always asking how they could help and how my day and stay was. If I am able to visit the city/country again I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel.

Incredible service throughout the entire stay. The Deluxe King Room that I stayed in was even larger than I expected. The staff were always on hand to help with any requests that I had and my sessions at the Iridium Spa were second to none. One of the best hotels I've stayed it & well deserving of its 5-star rating.

I used points to upgrade to the presidential suite. The room type is very good. Especially the breakfast is an unexpected surprise. It is delicious. It is better than going out to find a restaurant.

When I went to Cairo to stay, I chose the Marriott Mena Palace without hesitation. This place has been planted in my heart for a long time. This is the place where Chiang Kai-shek, Churchill, and Roosevelt signed the Cairo Declaration. It was Chiang Kai-shek who brought Soong Meiling all the way here on a military plane. It was the first stop China made in the world after World War II. That photo of the Big Three taking a group photo should be seen by every Chinese in history textbooks. So I chose this hotel without hesitation. Security is very good. Every time you enter the hotel gate, there will be police and police dogs walking around the car. Because it is very close to the pyramids, there are many tourists visiting the pyramids, and all kinds of Egyptian scammers gather here, but I feel very safe in the hotel. This hotel is very large, with beautiful gardens, a beautiful swimming pool, and the breakfast room can face the pyramid. There are many choices for breakfast, but the Arabic food here is really not what we are used to. But the beautiful scenery here, whether it's the sunrise or the beautiful sunset of the fire clouds, is so fascinating, and the service is very good. It is cleaned very clean every day. Although the furniture is relatively old, neither the building nor the weather are good. , but everything is so flavorful.
- Meimei
It's like a paradise in Cairo, dirty and messy outside, quiet and beautiful inside, and the security at the door is very strict. The pyramid landscape garden is so beautiful, and there is also an outdoor heated swimming pool, which looks very luxurious in the desert. There are many old photos of the hotel where celebrities have stayed. The service was very good and the room was comfortable. The disadvantage is that the water is not hot enough and the water is not large enough. In addition, it is a bit far to take a taxi from the city. Sometimes the taxi you get does not know that the hotel needs to drive in, so you need to call the driver and ask the hotel security to help communicate.

If you ever get the privilege to stay at the four seasons DO IT! THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! I haven't checked in to my hotel because I was in luxor all day and I messaged them through their app to see about room service being there before I make it in. They delivered my meal already as I said it was okay knowing time wise I would be in late and assume that service ends at some point of the evening. I've only had lunch today I haven't been in a bed in the last 48hours, they set ny room up and delivered my food with out me checking in! Theyer amazing they set my spa time for tomorrow evening as well. They also able to offer massage in your room, their guest services is top notch. It's pricey but they absolutely take care if you! I've been to the one in Maui as well, absolutely not disappointed!

We recently had an Amazing 4 night stay at the Waldorf Astoria, Cairo and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience from start to finish. This is a stunning property with world class facilities & amenities. From Doormen to concierge, house keeping and the restaurant team, we were made to feel special every time we came across. Amazing breakfast, nicely laid out buffet with huge selection of items including pastries, hot food, fresh fruits & healthy choices. Dinner in Brasserie Ayda was sensational and It exceeded our expectations in every way! The dishes were well presented , creative and delicious with full of flavours. Chef Ilias and his team were amazing! Thank you all!

My wife and I stayed at the Waldorf for a full 11 days while our own flat was being renovated. The experience was nothing short of superb! The staff, service, attention to detail is unmistakable. I can honestly say that every single person we interacted with was pleasant without exception. I wanted to specifically highlight a few individuals by name. Janna (front desk) , Mohammed Abdelaziz and Jessica went out of their way to remember us by name and even knew our preferences. We always stay at the Hilton right next door. They are literally attached by a hallway. While the Hilton is nice, it is simply no comparison to the Waldorf at Heliopolis. I would HIGHLY recommend it.

On the banks of the Nile River, since it was a temporary reservation, the house prices in Cairo were really not cheap. When checking in, the front desk was trying hard to sell, which was a bit annoying. The lobby is super small, and it feels like the InterContinental Hotel next door is bigger. But it might be warmer here. The highlight is that the hotel feels very cozy and there is a golden retriever cabin at the door. The pool bar on the rooftop has a good view (there are relatively few seats), and the breakfast is also good. It feels more like an executive lounge. The quality of guest room supplies is average, the tissue box is peeling off, and the disposable slippers are broken.

Stunningly beautiful hotel in well kept gardens. Truly was so stunning. I had booked a basic single room however my room was gorgeous. Lovely and bright with a balcony overlooking the gardens. The swimming pool was so lovely albeit cold as not heated. I took off a few points for amenities only because it was Ramadan so the swimming pool was surrounded by couches and access to the pool was difficult. In the morning staff were limited as they were probably up all night due to Ramadan. The cinema wasn't open and I had booked the hotel to go to the cinema. Overall I had a wonderful few days in the hotel and would live to experience this hotel outside of Ramadan. I paid extra for breakfast which was adequate, nothing special and I bought sandwiches at the bakery. I didn't actually eat in any of the restaurants.

One of the best stays. The service is amazing. The gym has the most amazing view of the Nile river. The staff is very attentive and make sure you have a luxurious stay. Our room had the Nile view and was on the 14th floor. The hotel gets busy in the evenings. The hotel has the best food and also it has a lot of food joints opposite the road which requires 20 EP.

+ Very good location, very clean, modern room, nice heated pool, very good selection of breakfast items, very friendly staff + they gave late check out for free till 4 pm when requested in the morning, very helpful as our outbound flight was in the evening - The directions at airport could have been better to take the trolley to the airport walk bridge (not hotel's fault). -The queue at checkout was long, so keep spare time aside to reach the airport check-in on time. - The key card stopped working at 12pm even though a late checkout was offered. I had to go to the reception to get it reactivated

pro: +10: Invincible river view +10: Excellent room size and comfortable in-room facilities +10: The bedding and bathroom supplies are very good +5: Excellent service team +5: Good laundry room con: -50: Is that breakfast or human feed? ! The salad bar has four sides of Taiquan™ vegetable leaves, four pots for hot dishes and only one meat dish. The sausages are real starchy sausages that would be disgusted by children even if they sold grilled sausages at the entrance of an elementary school. The juice is packaged, the bread is dry, and the pancakes are average. Between being incompetent and not doing it well, the fruits purchased by Guoqie seem to be deliberately smashing the Egyptian agricultural sign (to be honest, how do you buy non-sweet watermelons in Egypt? Huh?), all the things that can be eaten in the breakfast room Just cereal, milk, coffee, boiled eggs and fried eggs I know that your restaurant on the M floor cannot be opened, but the unusual products are a bit too much. If I learn from your airport store, I will not deduct two points for service.

I stayed at Tolip Golden Plaza for some nights during my business trip to Cairo. The hotel is located in a busy area, close to a big mall and some restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, but the furniture was a bit old and worn out. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft for my liking. The bathroom was decent, but the water pressure was low and the towels were not very soft. The WiFi was free, but slow and unreliable. The breakfast buffet was good, but not very varied. The staff were polite and helpful, but not very attentive. The pool was nice, but small and crowded. The fitness center was well-equipped, but the massage services were expensive. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay at Tolip Golden Plaza, but I think there are better options in Cairo for the same price range.

Facilities: InterContinental after all, everything is fine Hygiene: very clean Environment: We stayed in a room by the pool. There is a small balcony in the room, and the view is very good. Service: The hotel service is good, but the front desk is not very effective. I don’t know if it’s Ctrip’s problem or the hotel’s problem. The room was booked one day in advance, but the front desk here couldn’t find our order, so we insisted on waiting at the front desk for one Hour. I think it is because of Ctrip's problem that the order relationship has not been confirmed with the other hotel! This experience is very poor, and the waiting time is too long.

This is a great hotel for proximity to Cairo International Airport and good value for a 4 star. They supply a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to and from the airport that is only a 5-10 minute ride. The condition of the mini-bus was somewhat tired but it does the job. I used this hotel on my outbound journey whilst transferring flights and again on this inbound one. It is very good for its category level and has a very decent pool in a spacious courtyard area. For both my visits, all the staff were really amazing and accommodated my requests, in particular Noor on reception, who was a credit to the Accor brand.

This hotel was better than expected. We didnt stay at our usual hotel as the prices for Cairo currently are very high so this was the first time at this hotel. The location is really good - pharmacies, restaurants, kiosks and a Metro market all with 30 seconds walk of the hotel and of course Zamalek is really central so a good hub for Uber and getting around the city. Prior reviews are pretty bad but we found the hotel incredibly clean, the side nile view room we had was large, well appointed, the furniture was certainly not tired and we were pleased with the room from a comfort and business perspective. WIFI worked well, a desk in the room and settee and the bed was GREAT. They really dont have any facilities and there is no gym which is an issue for us but we knew this before booking but there are many gyms close by so dont let this be an issue - just GOOGLE! The breakfast by Egyptian standards was alright. The big plus is the omlette/egg station and they also do morning crepes. Fruit, hot food section, breads,, salads etc and frankly it does the job. Egyptians do breakfast really well so although this is a bit below par on an Egyptian level - on a European level it is very good compared to your travelodges and Holiday Inn Express's in the UK. The staff as always are friendly, attentive and yes you need to tip but this is the same in all Egypt - average tip is 20 EGP. Leave something to housekeeping and you will get lot of extras eg extra coffee etc. I liked the hotel, the other reviewers I think may have been there as tourists expecting something different but frankly this is a good tourist class hotel and its always a good sign when you see Egyptians staying which there were.

The room was very beautiful. The hotel is situated in old buildings andhas old furniture but thats whats giving it its special spirit. The pool is avarage size-not big, not small and the deep is around 165cm. The water needs to be cleaned. But its very good for kids and also for adults. In the night there were swimming courses for kids from outside the hotel, which made the garden area very crowded and noisy. Our big thanks belongs to Mai from reception. She was very proffesional, helpfull and made our stay comfortable.

We arrived to Cairo to stay at the marriot hotel, a former beautiful palace. Unfortunately and even though we were given a really nice garden view room, we had some problems (noises) with the bathroom pipes during the night. Nevertheless the following day we explained the problem and we were not only changed without any question but offered an even better room! Thanks Qamar for all your help!
