The best hotel in the area. I went there during a conference, but I didn't get a suite.

Full marks, new room facilities, friendly service. Good breakfast. Good location. Disadvantages: The door card broke twice, the hotel's meals were too expensive, the premium was too high. The catering cost performance was not good.

How should I put it, I booked a hotel for someone, with breakfast included, but when I went to have breakfast in the morning, I was told that there was no breakfast in the order. I have reported this to customer service, but to no avail so far. Everything else is fine

Very close to the airport with strict security checks upon entering the hotel. Tipping is customary, so it's a good idea to exchange some Birr beforehand if possible. You'll need an ID to pay in Birr or extend your stay online; otherwise, you'll have to pay in USD. Paying in Birr with an ID gets you a better exchange rate.

The room is a bit small, everything else is good, breakfast is average

The hotel is conveniently located for travel, the hotel is fully equipped, you can take a hot shower, the room is clean and hygienic, the berths are comfortable, the sound insulation is good, the dining is hygienic, and the front desk customer service is warm and thoughtful.

The hotel is not in the city center so there is nothing nearby, but it is not far to the city center by taxi. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa, but I didn't try them. The room is also average. If you want to stay, I suggest staying at Hyatt Regency. You won't be disappointed

hotel is quite new and room is very good. breakfast is all Chinese food. Reception is nice too. but the taxi they ordered for me charged me 5 times higher than normal taxi..... the food like bread or cakes in their ground floor are very expensive all restauarant on that street are quite expensive

A beautiful hotel and a great location close to all services. The rooms are spacious and the buffet is very good. The staff are respectful and their treatment is excellent. I will mention a number of them for the reception staff, Teddy + Henok and the new employee Meba. Thank you all. We were happy with you on vacation. I hope to meet you soon, God willing 🙏

It's a standard business hotel, not cheap. The area is safe and bustling, with cafes and restaurants aplenty. It's close to the airport, and there's a free shuttle service. I didn't have a good experience with the airport pickup, but the drop-off was booked in advance and arrived on time without any issues.
