Fabulous hotel in an unbeatable location. This hotel was obviously built a while ago judging by the exterior, but you wouldn’t know it based on the inside. It has been very extensively renovated to a high standard. The location can’t be beaten and it’s worth the extra money for the beach view rooms.
The only thing that was a slight let down was the breakfast quality. It was a little on the basic side for a hotel of this standard, but it’s a minor point overall. I would definitely recommend as the place to stay in Haeundae, you just can’t beat being able to walk up off the beach and head right back into your room.FromPKR 89,021

When I booked, I mentioned it was my child's birthday on the check-in day. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a small cake and a birthday hat. The staff even came up to take photos and gave us a polaroid. There's a side gate that leads to the beach. The weather was quite gloomy during our stay, and it even thundered and rained on the second day, so we didn't get any good photos, but it was nice and cool. 【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury.
Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist.
Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night!
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.

This really looks like a resort hotel. The front desk staff's English isn't great, and the location is a bit out of the way – there aren't even any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. It's quite close to the Dongbusan outlet mall though.
The entire hotel complex is very fancy and huge. The parking lot is massive and luxurious, but there are so many cars... Check-in is on the 10th floor, and there were no bellhops or any signs to guide us.
After checking in, no one told us where our room was, they just gave me a map... It took us half an hour to find it, circling around the hotel. I didn't see any staff during that time, and I was getting pretty annoyed.
The room itself is quite large, but both the room and public areas show clear signs of wear and tear (lots of dirty marks on the walls, poorly maintained).
The view is great though; you can see the ocean from the balcony and even catch the sunrise, although the angle is a bit off :)
What I found most unacceptable was that the body wash/shampoo was just soap. It lathered up incredibly slowly and barely produced any suds. With my normal length but somewhat thick hair, just getting it to lather took me 15 minutes! It seriously prolonged my shower time. A truly awful experience.
If you don't mind these things or bring your own toiletries and just care about the view, then this place is for you – the scenery is unbeatable. But all in all, I don't think it's worth the price. It's a hotel that's all style and no substance.FromPKR 139,216

This Toyoko Inn is really a mixed bag.
The good points are that it's very close to the beach and the room rate is cheap. A single room for just over 300 [currency unit] and you can walk to the beach in five minutes. Downstairs, they offer free combs, facial cleanser, makeup remover, and lotion.
The downsides are that it's extremely crowded. When I checked in, it was fully booked. The elevators are incredibly slow – there are 4 elevators for 22 floors, and they seem to stop on almost every floor. The breakfast was the worst out of all the Toyoko Inns I've stayed at! There's hardly anything to eat, and it's incredibly noisy because of the crowds. I'd recommend skipping it and finding something to eat outside. The cleanliness wasn't great either; I found a hair on the toilet when I checked in.
This time I encountered heavy rain in Busan. Luckily, I didn't spend a fortune on the hotel, otherwise, I'd be heartbroken about paying for a sea view room.FromPKR 20,603

This hotel is centrally located and next to metro station. We stayed here for 2 nights. Our stay coincide with the Busan Sand Festival. The event is within walking distance from our hotel. There are amazing large scale sand sculptures by international artists. There are many restaurants to choose from.
The only setback with this hotel is there are only 4 lifts serving 42 floors. The waiting time can be more than 5 minutes.
Suggest the hotel reprogram the lifts such that 2 lifts to serve 1 to 22nd floors and the other 2 lifts to serve certain lower floors and 23 to 42nd floors to reduce waiting time.FromPKR 25,693

Location is great, staff very friendly, the hotel is clean. I would recommend to stay here. It's comfortable, our room was spacious. The bed was definitely okay. We didn't spend a lot of time here because it's so conviently close to the metro and bus station!
My minor complaint is that the bathroom faucet is too close to the sink, leaving you no room to actually use the water without touching the edge of the sink or making a mess. I love the open concept - bathtub (especially best for couples) and family. It will be awkward if stay with friends or parents.
The room is spacious and clean. It also has a standing corner where you can bath behind close door.
The reception staff do not really know English. So u need to do some homework before travel to Korea.
We find the breakfast is fine with us though not much choices. V simple.
