Every time I look back on my holi, I think of the hotel and how much I enjoyed staying here, & that I’m so glad we did as at first we weren’t sure as it’s not adults only. I remember the lovely scent when you walk in, cleanliness 10/10, interior is goals, my favourite was lunch time as there’s different food trucks from tacos, burger & chips, ceviche… Some days in the lobby they’ll also put out selection of biscuits/sweet treats to have with a hot drink. The breakfast buffet also amazing!!! I miss having their freshly cooked omelettes & the hashbrowns. They even have an ice cream bar. Quite honestly just enjoyed myself eating. We stumbled across a show once in the hotel as were waiting for a dinner table, took us by surprise as it was so good the entertainers.

The facility is very well equipped and we had so much to do. Personally, I spent a lot of time at the pool and in front of the beach, but also spent time practicing tennis, went to gym, to balance the good amount of eating and drinking there. There’s also a pool table (although I feel it needs better equipment), a club, a cafe, a healthy eating cafe and so much more. We had a good time overall

While there, we want to give shout outs to the following: Luz at Boulangerie--she memorized I liked my Lattes extra-caliente; Juan--took us on an evening hunting-on-the-golf course drive where we saw deer and coati; Carlos at The Grill for his detailed input on menu recommendations and energy even at 9pm dinner for 6; Alfredo & Ramon at the pool bar for lunch at Beach Palace for service and conversation; Delfino & Lupe at the balcony pizza from Gondola--we've had Delfino take care of us since at least 2019...maybe 2017 when we first started taking all 4 kids.

A lot of luxury, very cool, there is no parking, you leave your car on the street, the dishes were not washed well, the use of the sailboat is free, but they charge you 200 pesos for environmental tax and they give you a bracelet that says it is 58 pesos because of this tax and they don't give bracelets to everyone, someone does business there, then the rivers say in the ads that they close at 7, but the staff takes you out at 6, and the main attraction of the water park is still useless. So I would return, the food in the Brazilian restaurant is very good, better than in the oriental one, which is the only one you have to reserve.

This place is perfect relaxing luxury. The Mexican sun, incredibly friendly staff who treat each guest with kindness and humor, choice of 3 restaurants and a little convenience store. The food is good (especially the sportsbar—Baja tacos are amazing!), choice of pools and a whirlpool. It is clean and well-maintained. Be sure to get a massage from Liliana (5stars) on the beach or in the cool indoors. (Thank you Liliana and Claudia…it was amazing!) We had most meals and drinks at tiki hut with Manuel serving drinks and recommending menu items. They will also bring food to your lounge chairs. The activities crew are engaging and fun with Guillermo, Ivan, Ana—we attended the guacamole class, margaritas, ceviche, bingo, name-that-tune, water exercise. Lots of fun without pressure to join. The other guests adopt the tone set by the staff—friendly, welcoming. This has become the vacation I’ll measure all future vacations against. 10/10 would recommend. I will be back!

My family and I spent an amazing week at the Residence at Moon Palace Cancun, we are long time members of Palace Elite but first time staying at the Residence for a special occasion: celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The Residence has everything that you may wish for an unforgettable vacation, it housed all 10 of our family spaciously and confortable with 4 bedrooms, private swimming pool, pool and poker table, movie theater and not to mention a great day at a 64 foot yatch. We want to specially recognize the team who made our staying a memorable one: Thank you to our butlers: Randy and Oswaldo and his manager Erik, they anticipated and covered all our needs giving every day an extra mile. Thanks to the team that takes care of the whole residence specially to Carlos. We were delighted with the private wine tasting experience where sommelier Andres did a fantastic job. As well, another memorable experience was the private dinner where the Chef indulged us with delicious dishes. At Casa Mia, her manager Angelica and Chef Diego prepared for us a wonderful welcome dinner experience. At Caribeno, her manager Carolina and the Chef pamper us during lunch times. At Trattoria, her manager and the Chef prepared a very special dinner for our group. Also, Chef Rafael Calvo continued providing us with memorable experiences through out the years.

Haven’s beaches, location, and staff were amazing. Considering the price, we expected to not have the typical watered down alcohol/ meh food all inclusive experience, which unfortunately proved to be the case. You couldn’t get a buzz from the drinks unless you were injecting it straight into your veins. The only great restaurant was the Italian one. The coffee shop was also fantastic. The pools were beautiful, and there were always beach and pool beds available. The staff are very warm and friendly. Our jacuzzi never worked correctly and it turned out that you had to turn on the outside lights to get it to work, which we were never told. The nightly activities and the club are a bit cheesy, but the staff is doing the best they can. Big shoutouts to Pamela, Alfredo, Eli, and John, who were absolutely too notch staff. The rooms are beautiful and the rain shower is amazing! I think the overall value for experience is overpriced based on the food and beverages.

From first glance the place looks nice and the rooms had very large incredibly comfortable bed, this is where the positive feedback ends unfortunately. Let me begin with the towels. After coming out of the shower I opened up what appeared to be a clean folded towel and low a behold a large brown skid mark or blood stain the size of an average sized forearm was on it. I complained at reception and asked for a new towel but nobody apologised or offered to take away the old towel from our room which seemed a bit odd. Secondly I was over charged on a taxi ride to town and discovered this after paying the driver cash and noticing the driver enter the hotel to hand over commission to the receptionist after they both thought I left in the lift to my room. After I got into the lift I immediately forgot to ask the receptionist for a plate and fork and witnessed this very popular “tourist taxi hustle” which I’ve had enough of duration my stay in Mexico. Secondly the hotel food was on the same par as economy class on board food 15 years ago. The rooms don’t have robes or slippers either and the floors are made of wood so the comfort level lacks a little bit for the price. The flies and mosquitoes were throughout the entire hotel and this began to be very annoying especially when trying to relax in any location throughout the hotel. The cleanliness of the place is below average and this is the finally key point for us. Luckily we only stayed for 2 nights due to Kiwi.com not paying Swiss International and we missed our flights. I high recommend not staying here especially if you’re a couple wanting a relaxing escape. It fitted the purpose for 2 nights only! I highly recommend anyone to go stay in Cozumel and hire an AirBnB. We stayed for 5 months and it’s worth every min. We still love Mexico.

Exceeded our expectations !!!! Amazing new hotel across the street from the airport . We booked four rooms for one night, as we had an early morning flight and had been in Isla Mujeres for a family trip . First and most important, the hotel was very clean. Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. They even gave us vouchers for complimentary cocktails in the hotel bar. We had dinner at the restaurant on site . The fish tacos were the best that we had eaten on our 12 day trip . The room was cold , the bed comfortable and the shower hot . There were complimentary bottles of water in the room . The hotel also offers room service, which some of our group opted for . Unfortunately , we did not take advantage of the large pool area on the 3rd floor, but it did look inviting ! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations close to the airport . The shuttle runs every 30 minutes 24 hours a day .

Everyone at the resort is so nice! Biggest kudos to Ceasar on the Vibe Team who made us feel like we were part of his family. He made our trip and is so good at his job and entertaining the guests! The vibe team was incredible in getting everyone involved and they always remembered our names! David and Goretti were also so welcoming and fun! We left with friendships and memories that will last a lifetime! Alberto in the Hideaway guest services makes the best drinks! If you like a chilled shot, he will hook you up! When we first arrived we did not get a king bed as requested for our anniversary celebration but management was attentive and was able to upgrade our room a day later. It was a beautiful view! We always felt celebrated when telling the restaurant waiters it was our Anniversary! They surprised us with cake!
