The Lagoon Pad -FULLY REMODELED in January 2023. A Modern luxurious, beach front and full lagoon view apartment with ocean views from the balcony and bedrooms. Enjoy the sunrise/sunsets overlooking the Condado Lagoon. The 30 feet long water view will leave you breathless. Enjoy the 70"tv, have a glass of wine or cup of coffee made from the Keurig coffee machine, and feel your stress melt away. We have a X Box and for the ladies a lighted makeup table. Luxury, fun, and wonderful views await.

My newly remodeled apartment is located in the heart of Condado. This apartment is located right across the beach. The views are the best in Puerto Rico. Unobstructed, full view of the Condado Lagoon and ocean views from balcony and both bedrooms.

The home is 1038 sq feet of space and is a full 2-bedroom apartment. The living room has a leather sofa bed, a bar with wine glasses, a 70" television with NETFLIX, DISNEY PLUS, HBO MAX, AMAZON PRIME INCLUDED. I also have a Microsoft X-Box with monthly gaming pass.

Master bedroom features a king bed, that has a comfortable, 12" memory foam mattress. There is a 55" flat screen tv. Also has a lighted makeup table with chair for the ladies.

Guest bedroom features a queen bed, that has a comfortable, 12" memory foam mattress. There is a 55" flat screen tv.

We also have a queen sofa bed available with memory foam.

The modern bathroom features European fixtures and sink. We have a clothes washer/dryer to use. We also provide memory foam pillows for your comfort.

The kitchen is a new European style with quartz countertops. Inside the kitchen we provide you with a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, hot water kettle heater. As well as silverware, pots, pans and plates to pretend like you are going to cook yourself dinner from scratch :-)

In term of amenities, we have got you covered. You will have access to small, yet important things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels soap, napkins, oxygen, and ocean breeze.

Come and enjoy this small unit but big enough to relax and enjoy your vacations! It also have a nice patio with a table, chairs and a BBQ , where you can make some of your meals. This unit is very well located. We are in the extended Condado área, called Ocean Park, steps to the trendy Ocean Park beach and Calle Loiza. At calle Loiza is where the action is, and you will find all kinds of stores, a great variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Everything is near and walking distance!!!
The unit is also equipped with 2 kitchen burners, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker & toaster.
And if you rent a car (not so big) you can park it inside.

Our area is cheaper than Condado where all the hotels are. Located in one of the best and safest areas in Condado, you can walk to the beach in only 5 minutes. Includes one private parking spot. This touristic area is frequently patrolled. The apartment is about 15 minutes away from Old San Juan and San Juan Airport (SJU). Juice bar next to the building, and across the street a nice cafeteria and bakery. Within walking distance, you'll find various restaurants, cafés, bars, also shops, pharmacies, grocery stores, a casino, and one of the best hospitals.

The space
Very spacious, comfortable, and bright apartment equipped with all the basic items and appliances. The living and dining room floors are in marble. It also has a balcony with 2 chairs. All 3 bedrooms and the living room have their own AC unit. Towels, 2 beach chairs and a cooler are provided for use during your stay. We allow one dog at no additional cost.

Guest access
The apartment is on the 7th floor of a small building, with only 2 apartments per floor and a private key for the elevator, so that this floor can only be accessed by those staying in it.

We provide one set of keys and a gate remote. If lost or missing, we will charge $200 for the keys and $100 for the gate remote. Please make sure you don't lose the keys or gate remote, and return everything before departure.

This condo is located at 1302 Ashford (Ashford Imperial Condominium) on the 4th floor and offers a cozy, quiet, and extremely clean space ideal for business travelers and couples. It features a queen-size bed, large couch, private balcony, air conditioning, TV with Roku, and one full bathroom.

Complimentary, password-protected Wi-Fi is included, with internet speeds of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, making it suitable for remote work and streaming. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Fresh sheets and towels are always provided.
