Far from the chaos of the city, the village is part of the Madonie park and overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Uncrowded beaches and crystal clear sea are ideal for a relaxing holiday.
In the village you can find all the necessary services: a tavern overlooking the belvedere (a few steps from the house), a bar / tobacconist, a minimarket and a pizzeria located in the central square.
Space:
The house consists of a large kitchen-living room fully equipped with everything you need including a comfortable double sofa bed. Bathroom with shower adjacent to the master bedroom, all finely furnished.
Outside is the private garden consisting of a stone patio and a courtyard guarded by fragrant jasmine trees, used as a relaxation area with a sitting area, a hammock and a barbecue that you can use.

Situated in an authentic untouched paradise, Oasi delle Salinelle is an old family property of about 26 000 sqm where you will find the Carrob tree Cottage, the Mulberry Cottage, the Vine’s Cottages and the big and old Wistera house.

This delicious house of about 45 sqm plus mansard is constructed in rustic style and with typical Sicilian materials, it offers everything you might need for a great holiday in beautiful Sicily.
From the house you can hear the waves from the sea and in only 2 minutes by foot you will reach the beach by a short path inside the country.
Situated only 5 minutes by car from the wonderful village of Cefalu, here you find yourselves immersed in the peacefulness of the country and at the same time you are just by the beach…it is a very special place rare to find these days, an oasis filled with green where you will find out what it means to live in close contact with nature in a place preserved with it’s original beauty.
The cottage is perfectly maintained and is in very good condition. It has a cool living room with a fully equipped kitchen and in the same room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two persons that allow you to sleep comfortable if you are numerous. On the same floor there is one double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Through a stair you reach the mansard, a night zone with a dipping roof, where there are two single beds that can either be used as a double bed or singles.
The cottage is cool and light with a big porch in front of the house where you can eat and relax.
There is a big vine pergola immersed in the lush vegetation which this place offers: olive trees, pine trees, Indian fig, oleanders, palms and many other plants characteristic of our beautiful island. Outside you will have a barbecue, an outside shower which is useful coming back from the beach.
In the garden there’s a table, chairs and sun-chairs allowing an holiday in close contact with nature. There isn’t air conditioning but being in a place this close to the sea with the typical coolness in the coastal areas and the shadow from the trees there will hardly be needed.
Also pets are allowed as long as they are friendly with other people and with my dogs and cats that are present in the property.
An Internet Wi Fi connection and a satellite TV are available.
The area with the beach and sea is perfect for practicing water sports like windsurf, kitesurf and sailing as there are constant thermal winds and that makes the Salinelle beach like a paradise for those who like this. Just by the beach, inside the private gate, is available for those experienced, a small sailing boat, two canoes and surfing boards so you can make the most of the sea.

Villa del Glicine is an ancient country house 200 meters from the sea, set in a very beautiful estate of 26. 000 m² where there is so much green, olive trees, citrus, pine and cypress trees.
The Villa is composed of:
On the ground floor there is a large rustic-style lounge with a dining table, an antique fireplace, a double sofa bed, a well-stocked library and a large satellite TV.
A beautiful masonry kitchen, livable, entirely built in terracotta, wood and ceramic with a wood burning stove and oven provided with all the necessary and equipped with exit to the garden.
A bathroom with shower.
From an internal staircase you access the second floor with 3 double bedrooms, another bathroom with shower and a single sofa bed
Two bedrooms access to a large terrace overlooking the countryside and where you can relax or have breakfast all under jute tents and a date palm.
Barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water, table in the surrounding garden complete the amenities.

Villa Giulia is a typical structure of the ancient farms of western Sicily and has recently been totally rebuilt with biological materials, mostly coming from the surrounding areas, located within a private park of 8 hectares in an area protected by naturalistic restrictions. Just 10 minutes drive from the center of Cefalu and its beautiful beaches. The house is built on two levels on the ground floor a living area with kitchen and living room a part of it closes becoming a comfortable bedroom.
Upstairs 2 comfortable bedrooms and a large bathroom. Villa Giulia is surrounded by the nature of the Parco delle Madonie surrounded by ancient olive trees, chestnut trees, carob trees and hazels. Hundreds of Oleandri delimit the boundaries of the building with beautiful flowers of various colors, an ideal place to discover the colors and smells of the local fauna. The terraces about 400 square meters and the 2 large outdoor patios furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs are ideal to spend afternoons and relaxing evenings and have a wonderful view of the valleys around .. The large outdoor kitchen is very inviting to prepare excellent dinners, and not only, with the wood-burning oven you can prepare some good pizzas to you the choice. ..
