The hotel is very beautiful and convenient for travel. The breakfast is good in the local area, with a lot of fruits. Before leaving on the last day, I asked the service if I could take some fruits away, and they gladly accepted it. It was great. There were mosquitoes and flies in the room.

I stayed with my husband at this hotel last week. I have to say it’s by far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in. We were greeted on arrival by charming staff offered complementary drinks and shown our room. The room was spotlessly clean with full amenities, comfortable bed alongside excellent much needed air conditioning in Seville’s hot weather. Breakfast was beyond amazing with absolutely everything one could want- pastries, cheeses, meats, full English, pancakes, omelettes, fruit, yogurts - the choices and again excellent service was second to none. We ate one evening meal in the hotel which we would not normally do but as it was such a lovely place we decided to eat in - we were not disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble for any staff member we met. Pool area was again relaxing with attentive staff. This is how hotels should be run. Sorry for long review but well deserved.

Located in the middle of Sevilla, this is a well run hotel. Management is on top of every detail and it shows. Since arrival, the check-in personnel is attentive, cordial and well trained. They take the time to explain every detail and offer valuable information to the guest regarding the location of the hotel in reference to the important sites of the city, places to visit, restaurants etc. They take you to your room and show you all the amenities and details of it. The rooms are very good, bed is excellent and they offer a menu of pillows to choose from. Bathroom toiletries are Molton Brown and towels are soft. The bar (Luis and Samuel) take good care of their clients and receive requests which are out of menu without hesitation, making the gust feel very comfortable and welcome. Overall this hotel is a great experience and it's worth the price.

We stayed in the two bedroom/2 bath unit for 3 nights. Communication with the staff prior to and upon check in was wonderful - friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the layout and amenities of the apartment. It was modern, clean, and minimal, and A/C was strong. The view of the cathedral was stunning, and we enjoyed the rooftop in the evenings once the sun had dipped. The street below was very busy and touristic during the day but we couldn't hear any noise from the apartment. Very centrally located - we could reach everything we wanted to see by foot, and taxi stand for airport was on the corner of the block. Sadly there was one aspect that marred our experience. The first evening we returned to the apartment and noticed a strong smell of sewage. I notified the staff, who were very responsive and said they would send someone while we were out in the afternoon. It was a bit better once we returned, but continued to wax and wane over the course of our stay - intrusive to the point that our clothes had the odor when we opened our suitcases. I hope that something can be done to solve this issue, because the property is 5 stars otherwise.

I didn't expect it to be the first review of this hotel, this hotel really don't be too good! There are art cells, love clean and thoughtful service! The pictures are all direct shots of the original pictures. It is worthy of being the design list ranking hotel. It is really beautiful. Even the wallpaper is not good. The hotel alone can definitely make films, and it is clean and tidy. The equipment is easy to use. The service is very intimate, enter the door for small snacks, there will be good morning chocolate and water every day, so the details are full, I think this is the most satisfactory hotel for this trip. The living room and dining room on the first floor are also very beautiful. In short, it is absolutely right to like beauty. Location is walking to the Cathedral of the Seville Palace, ten minutes, very good to visit along the street

Positives: 1) Reception very professional. 2) Perfect location for both old town and shopping district. 3) Junior Suite nice size considering size of building. Bed very cosy and gorgeous bathroom with one of the best showers I’ve experienced at a 5 star and plus level. 4) Hotel spotlessly clean. Negatives: 1) The welcome drinks should be provided as in all 5 star and plus establishments upon arrival. At UNUK, you are provided with a key which you are to present during your stay. This is just a cheap scam to force customers who are paying 5 star plus prices to stay in the hotel band then pay more for extra drinks and maybe even food. I just handed the key back upon departure, very poor start and disappointing end. 2) The service at breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. a) Except day 1 on Wednesday 15th, we were left at the breakfast entrance, despite the staff walking around an empty restaurant. On the other 3 occasions, we were rescued by one of the kind gentlemen on reception, who took our number and allowed us in. b) On Friday 17th we were abruptly told twice by the blonde lady to wait as we were ordering, seemed to be a connectivity issue, but we were never told. c) I then received a cup with a crack. Staff in a 5 star plus restaurant and the hotel management should ensure this is an absolute no no. d) On Saturday 18th we had to ask for service for the cooked food order, that’s unforgivable service. Then it got worse, The lady with the dark hair who was working the early shift, despite me showing her the menu had no idea what we were ordering. So instead of clarifying or asking a colleague just walked off and I received my breakfast, but my wife did not. Absolutely not 5 star plus, hence my 2 star rating. We will be returning to Seville, but not to Hotel UNUK.

We loved our stay. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and tastefully decorated. As important, the staff—from front desk to concierge to restaurant—are incredibly attentive and helpful at any time we needed them. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is also incredibly close to the main attractions, while still on a more quiet side street that gave us a sense of peace when we returned every evening. I highly recommend this hotel when in Sevilla and would definitely return.

The hotel remains a good choice on the Upper West Side. The rooms are a good size and comfortable. Likewise, the staff is helpful and friendly. There ar plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from and the subway is just a few blocks away
