We stayed 4 nights at the Walliserhof. The first room assigned to us overlooked a construction site and we asked to change. We were placed in another room, quiet but on the ground floor, so a bit dark but spacious and quiet. The gym and the SPA pool area were nice. We only had breakfast, and it was not up to par with a 5-star hotel. Every morning, the same things, especially for bread, little choice and anemic pre-cooked sandwiches. For the rest, a plateau of cheeses, cold cuts and products that we do not eat for breakfast (smoked salmon and fish fillets), good yogurt and wholemeal crisps. Not an optimal quality/price ratio. High tourist tax CHF 7 per day but allows you to take advantage of free transport (buses and cable cars in the region

Unforgettable Stay with Outstanding Service!
it was hands down one of the best experiences of my life. The service was beyond amazing—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.
The facilities were top-notch, from the impeccably maintained rooms to the luxurious amenities available throughout the property. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort.
Breakfast was a highlight of the trip—delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes. It was the perfect start to every morning.
