I came to this property for a work conference with no real expectations. But holy smokes, this place is amazing! First off the food. We all know what “conference food“ is supposed to taste like. But not here! This is the best food I ever had any conference. Whoever is running the banquet facility should get a raise!! I don’t know how they produced that great food for that many people but I am impressed. The rest of the property is great also. From the sexy mood lighting that greeted our evening arrival in the foyer to one of the best pools I have seen this side of a five-star Caribbean resort. And the beach. Absolutely spectacular. I really enjoyed my stay here and I’m looking forward to next year’s conference already.

The Hot tub was not working.

The hotel is right next to the beach and has free parking. There is a refrigerator and utensils in the room to cook. Ctrip booked very quickly, but the hotel front desk said that they did not receive the money, and recorded my credit card again. I don't know if I will deduct the money.

Very nice stay

This Best Western Hotel is awesome with a capital A! I admit it’s pricey but when I got there , it was worth every penny. Easy access to the beach, a nice covered poolside bar, a huge dining area for breakfast. Not only was the view from the breakfast room an ocean view but it was an actual full breakfast not just continental. Also there are washers and dryers in each floor . If you can get past the price you won’t be disappointed with this very very clean hotel for solo trips or families. Highly recommend.

We had the best bartender at the pool bar whole on vacation. Carrie was so friendly and helpful when we wanted to know about the the drinks, she really made the trip for us! The hotel and park are beautiful, and we had so much fun! What a wonderful, relaxing place to have a fun week.

We make an ”impromptu” stop at this hotel during a side-trip on our summer road trip. It ended up being one of the best parts of our trip...so good that we intended to stay one night, but ended up changing our schedule and stayed two nights. The friendly folks working at the desk to greet you really take this hotel above and beyond. Stephanie at the desk was super, super helpful, and made us feel so welcome and appreciated from the minute we got there. She is a gem! The front desk manager was also so kind and especially accommodating in helping us extend our stay without changing rooms. This is a great hotel--here are the things we LOVED: -Comfortable rooms that are smartly designed --I love the bathrooms at Springhill Suites! -Location! This hotel is located a short and safe walk from a fun entertainment/shopping district called The Wharf. There are several great bars and restaurants here. -WE SAW DOLPHINS FROM OUR HOTEL ROOM WINDOW!! Just amazing! You can also hop on a dolphin cruise boat right outside the hotel at the marina. *Hotel guests get a discount on tickets too! -The pool area is gorgeous! -The hotel is not on the beach, but we drove to the beach and it was only about 7 minutes away. Beautiful beaches! -The famous Flora-Bama bar is just a short and reasonably priced Uber ride away. We saw several fun bands there--and had some great cocktails at their beach bar. Arrive before 6 pm and there is no cover charge. -The breakfast is pretty good--above average for a hotel breakfast. Great coffee! We travel quite a lot, and we love Springhill Suites, but this particular location goes above and beyond to make guest comfortable. We HIGHLY recommend this location and we will definitely be back--for a longer stay this time!
