The overall atmosphere is quiet, garden care and the rooms are quite good, even though it has been open for many years. We stayed in Garden Pavillion. Living area and bathroom walk through the communal pool a little before reaching this room. Lovely staff and gardener But secretly shocked Upon arrival, check-in at the lobby and reception hall, the atmosphere is gloomy.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had several issues, especially with the bathroom. The water temperature was extremely unstable — it kept switching between very hot and very cold within seconds. It was quite stressful, especially since I have a small child. While bathing, the water suddenly turned scalding hot, which was really worrying. Because of this, we couldn’t even take a proper shower. Aside from the water problem, the room itself was quite small and felt a bit cramped and stuffy. It wasn’t the most comfortable environment overall. I hope the hotel can fix the water temperature system soon, as it really affected your customer!!

I and my father came to Ranong for some errands and wanted to try staying somewhere new for a change. This hotel is located in the city centre, making it very convenient for getting around, and it also offers parking, which is why I decided to stay at The Galla. However, upon check-in, we found that the air conditioner wasn’t working. After putting up with the heat for about half an hour, we decided to inform the staff. The hotel sincerely apologised for the inconvenience and immediately offered to move us to the new room, or provide a full refund if we preferred to move to another place. We were very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they handled the situation. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Ranong

Right sea view room Just it looks like a bit of a retro hotel. The deer room is clean, crunchy, the tone control, the room is beautiful, the room price is 1200 chapter (stay 2 Jan 2022), but the view is very million, the private beach has a wooden bridge stretching out to the middle of the sea. The opposite side is Burma The restaurant looks old. But seafood shrimp Big and super fresh, only 300 baht, mostly people come to eat, the disadvantage is that the wifi signal at 3pm is not good, along with the dtac is too bad at the same time, I don't know if it's only today or not. I can't use the net until I go to bed.

We chose SOOK Hotel for one night in Ranong during our rental car road trip from Bangkok to Phuket, and we were very happy with our choice. The hotel is beautifully designed, making you feel comfortable right from the start. The rooms are very comfortable, with large and very cozy beds. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the rooms are clean with separate wet and dry areas. There's ample parking right in front of the hotel. The location is also very central, with restaurants, cafes, natural hot springs, and attractions all within close proximity. During our stay, the public park, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, in front of the Rattanarangsan Palace (a historical teakwood replica), was beautifully lit up at night. If you're passing through Ranong and looking for good accommodation at a fair price, we can highly recommend SOOK Hotel.

The location is very good, close to food sources. It's a newly opened hotel, so it's very clean and new. There's also a small cafe that serves and they also serve welcome drinks to guests. The room is beautifully decorated and has excellent details. I like that there's an adjustable headboard light. The light switches can be turned on separately. I chose a room with separate beds, which can sleep 3-4 people. It's a corner room, just right, no window, but extremely quiet. I really like it. I will definitely go back to stay again.
