We returned to our favourite hotel in Gran Canaria again to escape the miserable UK weather and found yet again it is like going home except with sunshine. The staff as usual were attentive and helpful where needed. The only disappoin**ent was the relaxation of dress code in the evening whereby gentlemen are now allowed to wear shorts, this I am told was brought on to RIU by TUI to my mind its a retrograde step in a 5 star hotel, what next vests , football shirts , baseball caps back to front . I will make my feeling know to TUI as this is a slippery slope which only goes one way. We choose this class of hotel to exclude diminishing standards.

Yesterday, I just arrived at the time and I couldn’t decide whether to book this for three days. I originally decided to bring the baby before leaving or to come by myself. Because it takes four hours to fly in Geneva, I am afraid that he will not be able to make it on the plane. [Laughing R] [laughing R]j hotel half bag, Just say that you have to pay for breakfast and have a late lunch. [Like R] Thank you for upgrading my room and allowing me to have a small swimming pool with my own slap. This hotel has two large pools and a children's pool, the hotel is not very green and looks very clean. Three restaurants, buffet, Spanish restaurant and a Fusion restaurant. The buffet is not booked, the other two have to be booked in advance but it is also free. The back door of the hotel can be directly connected to the sea by brushing the room card, or you can go to the seaside. They are restaurants, bars and shops. You can imagine how lively it will be during the peak season. And this street is so long that you can walk 40 ➕ minutes while walking, eating and drinking all the way. The roadside is a five-star hotel. You can see the swimming pool and restaurant of other hotels. You are ready to change to a hotel next time. [Laughing R] c The food is not bad, it is still very cost-effective compared to Switzerland, and the taste is good, I am satisfied [Laughing R] The front desk will give a map when checking-in, It’s quite convenient to want to go to traffic. We felt well truly pampered during our stay. The hotel is tastefully furnished & clean. Our room was a little on small side.(sea view double). Housekeeping was excellent including ample supply of bath beach & poolside towels. Breakfast was good excellent service & setting. Roof top panoramic views. The 3 pools, whirlpool & surrounds were v clean & well maintained. The evenings in the roof top lounge sipping cocktails idyllic

From the base we could not stay in the hotel that we had booked for air-conditioning problems I think I remember , they relocated us in a much better one and with exceptional services both in conditions of the hotel Hotel like staff.

Just returned from a week in these apartments. Having stayed in many different accommodation I must say it was a pleasant to find a real gem as this place. It was great to have a proper double bed with a memory foam mattress which was Uber comfortable. The staff are lovely & polite and the apartment was very clean and could not fault the cleanliness. Breakfast was lovely surprise, it is a continental style left in a bag on your door, but nice as it was I think it would be best if you had option to refuse, to prevent waste. The apartments are very quiet and everyone appears to keep themselves to themselves as there is kilter interaction. During my week very few used the loungers or pool, not sure if it was because the pool area & loungers felt crowded or preference? My only criticism is on my departure day, my flight was very late (21:00) and I had been previously advised I could leave my case etc there, however this was only possible until 14:00 and if I had known I would have booked for an additional day at time of booking. I would recommend and would return again. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Cleanliness is everything and it’s here in abundance! The staff are amazing and a special shout out to Santa and joel at the bar. Yurena, Vanessa on reception are fabulous nothing too much trouble. The rooms are cleaned daily To A very high standard. All in all a magnificent place with maybe a few tweaks needed. No where to dry costumes and towels a little rail Would be amazing or a collapsing airer would look so much better than clothes laid over tables on every veranda, perhaps more aesthetically pleasing to the eye! The restaurant keeps very odd hours and you can’t rely on in being open but the pool bar does do the very basics and they’re quite ok. So peaceful and serene with a very boutique feel.
