The Hotel is a true 5 star. Unbeatable location facing the sea. The staff very professional. They are aware of everything but you don't know. Period palace with a new part very well integrated. Decoration with personality. Exceptional value for money. For me, the best in Porto. Excellent breakfast.

I liked the most among European hotels I went to this time on my honeymoon. It's a small but lovely and very pretty hotel. When I was curious, it was said that it was built in 1829, but it is in excellent condition. It was rather antique and very good. When you open the window, the view is so pretty as if it were in a fairy tale. In the plaza in front, they perform performances, and they are gathered right in front of the bar restaurant, so the location is the best. If I go back to Porto, I will definitely stay at this hotel!! (Breakfast is tidy, but there are too few eggplants.)

The hotel itself is a historical building, and every corner is like a work of art! The room is quite large, and I was surprised that they even gave me a small gift bag (eye mask, earplugs, etc.), unlimited free water, but the mini bar needs to be charged, the bedding is very good, and the bathroom is also a local brand, which is very moisturizing. The breakfast options are relatively few compared to 5-star hotels. We stayed for 3 nights and the variety of breakfast did not change. This needs to be improved (because even some 4-star hotels have better products and varieties than this) The room cleaning is not timely. The next day, we even had to call them to change the toiletries, and many equipments took a long time to be delivered. The service is basically very warm and considerate. The location is really super convenient, and you can walk everywhere.

Everything was perfect. If I had to say one thing, it would be that the heating equipment was a bit lacking because the facility is old.

Hotel location is very good, just beside the Douro River, not far from the Louis I Bridge, the hotel service is very good, also helped print the required documents, the check-in and check-out speed at the front desk is very fast, also sent chocolate. Praise

This hotel deserves its 5 stars! location is right smack in the centre of the city, so you can walk to all sights easily. Service was impeccable - from check in (with a welcome drink of port) to our request for a table to be placed at the balcony outside. Also thanks to the hotel for the complimentary sparkling wine and brownie for our anniversary!

Beautiful hotel in a great location, within walking distance of most old town attractions and round the corner from a metro station making it even better!! Staff can't do enough for you and the whole place is welcoming and beautiful. Breakfast set in lovely dining area with plenty of choice from a menu so served to you without having to wait for the toaster! Rooms are luxurious and have everything you may need, including a very comfortable bed!
