The hotel is actually getting outdated with boring interior with fading colors and stripping off hard materials, they should do something about getting rid of birds that pooping on windows and unpleasant views. Exterior obviously can see lots of cracks all over building. Fayaz the front desk guy check in dunno how to smile when welcoming customers. You are saying it’s luxury collection hotel but something you have to work on it. Otherwise competitor will take over.

The location is perfect, close to OMR, ECR, and easy access to city. The hotel is immaculate with beautiful aroma while entering. The rooms are really large 484ft². If you are smokers, you would need to upgrade to a balcony room as the property is a non-smoking environment. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the sheets are perfect. Each room has a comfortable couch for a work station. The kitchenette is available to use at an additional 3000 inr extra. The dishwasher is available for use. Bathroom is very spacious, and not to mention TAJ Soaps.. Pool, Gymnasium, steam and sauna are complimentary.

It is close to the airport, but if there are a lot of customers visiting the industrial complex, it is quite far.

I had an exceptional stay at The Leela Palace. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. Service is excellent. Staff go out of their way to help and check in on your wellbeing. I will never stay at another hotel in Chennai except Taj! I would to especially thank staff, Venkat, Amit, the COO who accompanied us to immigration to ensure we were safe and the staff in Anise for wonderful hospitality during breakfast. Thank you so much. My only stay in Chennai is your hotel. I must also credit room service staff. They looked into our very need to even arrange footwear on rack, place new bedroom slippers at bedside everyday. My friends and I had an awesome experience!

More indoor games are needed. The spa slots were not available and the staff strength in spa should be increased. We had booked the resort for our anniversary which was mentioned in the booking but there was nothing special offered for this special day

Stayed here with my family for two nights. The service and the staff here are amazing and always willing to help. The only downside is the breakfast variety, thought it would have been better if they had more choices. Otherwise, we had a good time at Hyatt, Chennai.

This is definitely the hotel with the best CP value in Chennai. First of all, because we stayed together for a certain anniversary, the hotel said that they could help prepare and upgrade the room type, which is more than six stars The hotel already had a good price and I was very satisfied with the superior room. This is a very convenient business hotel for the local industrial area. the outside area is a bit dusty butt he hotel inside is excellent. There is a really great bar on the ground floor with pool table.They serve excellent snack food.

We went to a conference in Chennai, we stayed in this hotel before, it is converted located, although the shower was broken, one of kind of 5 star hotels in India.
