More indoor games are needed. The spa slots were not available and the staff strength in spa should be increased. We had booked the resort for our anniversary which was mentioned in the booking but there was nothing special offered for this special day

It is close to the airport, but if there are a lot of customers visiting the industrial complex, it is quite far.

This is definitely the hotel with the best CP value in Chennai. First of all, because we stayed together for a certain anniversary, the hotel said that they could help prepare and upgrade the room type, which is more than six stars The hotel already had a good price and I was very satisfied with the superior room. Later I found that the swimming pool was perfect, not too deep, the water was clean, and there was no odor in the changing room, which was a big plus The breakfast options are also diverse and the food is delicious By the way, the hotel also has a piano that can be provided for guests to play. We also played two songs. It was really a big surprise in India where pianos are hard to find.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service in which we had dinner. Food was good, and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The Taj Cormandel was a fantastic hotel and stay for us on our recent trip to Chennai. We were made welcome from the minute we stepped out of the cab. All staff are very helpful and friendly but Amit from the Chipstead deserves a special mention for his outstanding customer service and welcoming manner. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Housekeeping and services were top notch, plentiful large towels and hot water, plus some housekeeping surprises we enjoyed on our stay. Breakfasts were buffet style with lots of choice and culinary types, service was very well organised and any special breakfast requests delivered to your table.   Choice of restaurants for having dinner and a lounge for drinks and cocktails.  Swimming pool with outside loungers and fitness room are on the lower ground area of the hotel. Towels provided. Would recommend a stay here.

I had an exceptional stay at The Leela Palace. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The Hotel room was spacious, service was good, staff was good, location was excellent, breakfast was excellent and Internet was fast.

The concern here the hotel is heavily booked for events to individual parties so the cars coming to the hotel venue gets very decisively packed. So, we were told drop outside the hotel making us walk up the slope and walk to the hotel. We stay in the hotel for 7 nights and breakfast menu never got changed for 7 days!!! We can understand the normal fruits, bread and normal breakfast range is there but not the chicken curry throughout the 7 days. I am sure the chef can change the style of the chicken from curry to other varieties. No complaints in terms service best we can ask for. Thank You

Like this hotel, it is a very convenient location, beside Chennai silk, a short walk to McD, Grand Square mall, Adyar A2B, and shopping, foot reflexology.. And short drive to Phoneix Mall. Very new hotel so.everything very well maintained, pls continue to keep it that way. They served with welcome snacks and fruit platter, nice gesture. I like everything about this hotel except for the services, everything after also very slow. Asked for a dental kit, but it never came until housekeeping. Staff generally need to improve, especially at their only restaurant.. The fitness centre and pool are good. My only nice encounter at the hotel was Nithilan. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Definitely will highly recommended for all who come to at Chennai.. always there have have someone who welcomes you with smiling face .. apart from you paid and stay .. definitely this is beyond that all .. warm welcome.. Helping staff … Always check your needs ( managers & staffs ) Nvr said NO to anything you asked.. 10/10 Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family.. and will continue my journey to stay here ..
