The hotel is beautiful, with artistic details in the hallways and corridors. The receptionist there spoke Chinese and was very welcoming and friendly! The rooms were also very new, and the king-size bed I chose was more spacious and comfortable than the twin beds! The rooftop bar is definitely worth trying! The food and views were great, and the snacks were delicious too!

The suite I stayed in, the room was large, the view was good, and there was a garage in the ground. Maybe the room is not new enough, but it is well maintained. Vicci Consulado de Bilbao has a fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s perfect for exploring Bilbao on foot.
The room itself was stylish and clean, though quite compact. If you’re traveling light, it’s fine, but space is definitely tight. One funny (and slightly painful) moment: I actually fell off the bed! It’s positioned close to the wall and a bit narrow, so maybe not ideal if you toss and turn at night.
Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was modern and welcoming. I’d recommend it for solo travelers or couples who don’t mind a snug space and want to be in the middle of the action.FromUS$124

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and enthusiastic when we checked in, asking if we needed a map and briefly explaining the surrounding routes.
The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, and switching between the showerhead settings required some guesswork.
Breakfast had a decent variety of choices.
It's only about a ten-minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum and the airport bus stop. It would have been better if they had provided information about the airport bus service being suspended on May 1st, as we checked out on Labor Day and waited at the bus stop for over half an hour for nothing.FromUS$111

I stayed here once many years ago, and the overall feeling this time was pretty good. The location is of course quite convenient. You can walk to the central commercial street, Guggenheim, and the old town. You can also taste the delicious restaurants and pintxos around. The room was clean and sufficient, and a full set of toiletries was provided. The procedures were also quick. Maybe the food around was too delicious, so the breakfast felt inferior to my memory. There will definitely be noise along the street, but fortunately it is not a big problem, because the air conditioning felt a bit stuffy and I opened the window a little, so the noise did not affect my sleep.FromUS$95

Nice hotel with ample parking. Excellent location for exploring the city. You can walk to Casco Viejo in 15 minutes, and the metro stop is also nearby. The breakfast buffet is very good and extensive, with a huge selection. The only downside was the strict rules around the pool, which is also part of a sports club.
