Greatest hotel experience in Santo Domingo. Good vibes starts from the check in with Jacinto and Jarlin which receive people with a nice welcome smile and kindness, they were very helpful with my requests. Breakfast area with all guys is amazing: Jessica, Franger, Henger, Rafaela, Julio Cesar, etc treat guest with a unique behavior. They really know the definition of customer care and service! And what about dinner at the restaurante,?Ramon and Luis give the best attention to customers, they are very kind and amazing person. STUNNING STAFF!!!

Prior to my booking, they said they provided courtesy currency exchange of $100. US per day to their guests. For three days they had no Dominican pesos. I stopped asking. I had to visit an outside ATM machine. They were very cheap with the drinks and ”real” snacks they serve daily from 530 to 730 pm. On one night's courtesy snacks and two drinks, the employee told me the bar ran out of Vodka. Zero Vodka. The kitchen has a microwave, small refrigerator and a sink. No dishes, no stove. Only cups.
