Lovely experience. So far, it has been the best hotel stay I have ever experienced. The service was very attentive and basically without faults. The staff created a memory that will last for many years to come and it has been a delightful introduction to the Rosewood brand, so much so that I went out and stayed in Rosewood as well on another recent trip. If one is looking for a luxury hotel in HK, one must book Rosewood.

The room is fascinating as always, the service is excellent! Am a repeater to stay, and the check in staff could even remember my face and my last name.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at Four Season. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

This hotel totally deserves the award for 4th top hotel in the world! What a divine place to stay. If I had stayed one night longer, I would have never left. The service is first class with such friendly and attentive attention. I felt very valued as soon as I walked through the door. The food at Salisterra was outstanding, and dinner and breakfast were a special experience. The room was stunning. I loved every moment in that room. All the facilities were clean, tidy and well-maintained. I couldn't fault a single second of my time at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience something special. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and can't wait for my next staycation there. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made me feel at home in their little corner of paradise in Hong Kong.

We booked for a double bed but they gave us twin beds. We called the reception to change it and they kindly upgrade us to a bigger room on the top room. It’s a minor mistake but they handled it well. The interior design is classy and new. All the electronics in the room can be control by tablets which is very convenient. We had the spa there. The couple spa room is a bit small and the therapists are the best we experienced in HK hotels. Highly recommend the spa there.

It is one of the best hotels in Hong Kong I have visited. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Everything is down to the details. The room is big with a huge bathtub. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was great. Highly recommended.

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

The butler service is very intimate, prepared shower gel with pillow mist. room design is elegant, the most favorite round table corner stay room can sigh for a long day, and open the curtains are very light, the most favorite sun feeling is very comfortable.

1. Room: excellent facility with warm/welcoming staff, helped change room as the side panel got some issues (highlight: perfect mandarin/english, professional service to all guests no matter where she/he is from). 2. Service: room service was excellent. However, the spa staff was in the rush (we could obviously tell that she is running out of time, no pleasant farewell. The spa mean to be a luxurious experience while I feel there is much to improve in terms of presentation). 3. Restaurant: we had lunch at 8th floor restaurant twice, excellent food, outstanding staff and sophisticated service, sparked the stay.
