Excelente habitación con baño privado en el distrito rojo de amsterdam, se encuentra en el 3er piso asi que recomiendo no llevar demasiado equipaje para poderlo subir las escaleras, mi equipaje era ligero y aun asi goran me ayudo a subirlo. La habitación cuenta con un balcón/terraza privada y una cocina en donde puedes preparar ciertas comidas pero es compartida. Nosotros eramos los únicos hospedados asi que no compartíamos con nadie de hecho no vimos a nadie en días. La habitación es limpiada diario y tienes acceso a cereales, cafe y te incluido en el precio de la habitación . Tanto johnny como goran se preocuparon por nuestra estadía y la verdad es que pasamos unos dias hermosos en amsterdam gracias por todo

Nadia has an excellent location and my room though small turned out to be very quiet. The breakfast room overlooks the street in one direction and a canal in another. It has a couple of small balconies. The breakfast was fresh croissants, bread rolls, various jams, butter and cheese, yogurt, coffee and tea, juice. In other words a standard continental breakfast- but plentiful and of good quality. The good thing about Nadia was the friendly, welcoming attitude of the staff which makes a big difference in one's enjoyment -especially in this era of over-tourism in cities like Amsterdam. Negatives? Well, of course the staircase is pretty steep but clients are forewarned of that by a photo appearing in the hotel listing. So no surprise about that. All in all, a nice place to return to after a day wandering around the city.

The old building decades ago, the original design is good. The sanitation is not bad, the toilet paper is still soft and slippery, but it is too old. Breakfast options are limited, but the taste is ok. It's just that the stairs with the same slope as climbing a mountain are quite scary. Fortunately, there are waiters to help carry luggage.

This time the overall accommodation experience is very wrong! The location of the hotel is first class and the facilities are complete. The most praiseworthy system can use WhatsApp to contact the service team, and the reply is very fast and very convenient. There are a few points that I want to mention after staying in~Friends: The room is deeply cleaned every 7 days. If you need to change towels or clean up the garbage, remember to take the initiative. In addition, if you live in the kitchen to cook, you must have a psychological preparation for the ventilation system is not too good, and the smell will be more difficult to disperse after cooking. It is recommended to cook the soup and eat lightly. Finally, be sure to try the nearby room called ”de deli” - breakfast, really good! Hope the above sharing helps everyone!

Stayed here for 8 days. The hotel is located in the center of the old town where must-see attractions are concentrated. It has convenient transportation and many surrounding bus routes. It is convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. I booked a loft room with a kitchen. The room is large and has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances. It is as convenient as living at home. The disadvantage is that the bedroom is upstairs and you have to climb stairs several times a day. The hotel room can only be booked for more than seven nights, so after 10 days, I went back to Amsterdam and stayed for four days and stayed in other hotels.

Located a bit out of the center, need taxi to the exhibition center south of Amsterdam. Room is very small. Can't walk around the bed once my suitcase is opened. But the bed is good and quiet. It's ok for a short stay for business trip.

This gorgeous ground-level apartment (no stairs) is part of our home in a historic villa located in one of Amsterdam’s most desirable residential areas — the Museum District. Peaceful and private, the apartment sits directly across from the beautiful gardens of the Rijksmuseum and occupies approximately 80 m² / 860 ft².

From the living room window, you can enjoy a lovely view of the Rijksmuseum, and the private city garden/patio (26 m² / 280 ft²) with romantic evening lighting offers a rare oasis in the city center. With 3-meter-high ceilings and the highest monumental status in the Netherlands, this is truly a one-of-a-kind property.

Each bedroom features a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm / 71 × 79 in), making the apartment perfect for families or two couples. On request, we can prepare in the livingroom an extra bed on an air mattress (150 × 200 cm / 59 × 79 in).

There is one full bathroom with a toilet, shower/bathtub, and sink, accessible from the hallway (not through a bedroom), plus an additional half bathroom with a toilet and small sink.

The fully equipped kitchen includes filtered, sparkling, and boiling water directly from the tap, along with complimentary coffee and tea.

On a two-day, one-night whirlwind trip from Paris to Amsterdam, I chose this hotel right by Dam Square. The location is fantastic! It's a 10-minute walk from the train station (we didn't have luggage, so it was quick and easy), and it's super close to both the canal district and tram stops. Plus, the guy at the front desk was really handsome and super friendly. I was also very happy with the room's facilities and amenities. I'd definitely pick this place again next time I visit!

Excellent room, excellent location and atmosphere of the hotel. Staff however, too often, go according to the 'book', and find it hard to think and improvise on the spot. It's as if they are under trained. When checking in there is no need to ask the guest to fill info on the iPad. You have this info, to stay in touch, already. Don't burden the weary traveler with trivial nonsense. If the sun shines, finally after weeks of grey and rain, and a guest sees the patio with tables in the sun, and this guest wants to have tea in the sun outside in the patio, this has to be a possibility. Don't say, well it's not the season so it's closed, it doesn't make sense, you're a top hotel, not the vander Valk. Improvise, think on your feet, explain that he is welcome to sit there and that his tea will be brought out, but it might take a few minutes longer. This way the guest feels listened to and that the moon is even possible. The kitchen is incredible, the food is wonderful. Last evening I had dinner at the Jansz., two ladies working, were very kind, helpful and attentive, they understood the delicate balance between asking how things are going and leaving the guest alone. I want them to know i appreciate them. Please extend my gratitude to them. Also the Asian looking lady who worked during breakfast this morning, was excellent. Please let her know as well. Finally, the staff at the entrance - getting cabs etc. - are great. Some of the male staff are too - in Dutch, popy yoopy. I am your guest and not your friend. That's all, and that's enough. I booked a room on Ctrip that had a large window overlooking the canal and cost over 6000 yuan a night. However, the first picture they showed us revealed a room with two small windows and a large partition in the middle—a far cry from what Ctrip described. When we went to the front desk to complain, they said there were no rooms available. After our strong and angry demands, they changed our room to the one shown in the second picture. In short, this is still bullying and discriminating against Chinese people, so we must fight for our rights.

There are also lots of boutiques and concept stores right outside the hotel, which makes it really convenient for shopping and exploring the area. The room itself looks like it has been recently renovated and is quite modern. However, the sound insulation is really poor. The hotel is on a street with several bars, and the windows don’t block much noise, so it can get pretty loud at night and it was hard to sleep. Check-in was also really slow. Overall, the location is excellent, but the noise at night and the slow check-in could definitely be improved.

The hotel receptionist was incredibly friendly and kind. We arrived early, before 9 AM, expecting to just store our luggage, but to our surprise, the receptionist informed us that our room was already ready for check-in. The room was very clean and tidy, and the king-size bed was super comfortable. All the amenities were readily available, though the only minor flaw was the low water pressure in the shower. The location is fantastic, very close to the Central Station, making it extremely convenient. There are also plenty of convenience stores, pharmacies, department stores, and restaurants nearby.

The room was very clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The toilet and shower room were separate, which was very reasonable for six people as it allowed us to stagger our usage times. The staff at the front desk and the lobby bar were lovely and enthusiastic. You could order food, coffee, and drinks, or simply ask for hot water to make your own instant noodles, coffee, or tea for free. The most unique feature of this youth hostel is the tiered lecture hall from a university located behind the central lobby. You can sit alone at a 'classroom' desk to read, work on your computer, or use your phone, or gather with a few friends. It's truly distinctive! As an old aunt who graduated from university nearly 40 years ago, being here felt like traveling back in time to my youth. ❤️

The hotel has a modern decor, the room was clean, good size and cleaning was provided everyday. Breakfast selection mainly contained scrambled egg, beans, sausage, mushroom pancakes. There were bread, pastries, fruit, cheese and salad too. Staff were friendly throughout the hotel. Location wise very close to Noord metro station and two stops away from Amsterdam Central station. Very happy with this hotel and will recommend to friends.

This is a pretty standard luxury hotel, with no major issues. There's a mini-fridge, but it's not cold enough and doesn't come stocked with anything. However, the umbrella is a high-end carbon fiber one, which is quite rare and a nice touch. The bathroom drain had a bit of a problem, probably a clog from hair that needs to be cleaned promptly. My biggest issue, though, was the front desk – they were incredibly slow! Especially during check-out. I've never seen a hotel where you have to wait in line one by one; usually, you just leave your room card and go.

I’m not sure if we were upgraded, but my family stayed on the 12th floor and the view was absolutely stunning. The room and overall space were wonderful—clean, spacious, and even more beautiful than we expected. My children loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave. Sitting on the sofa and looking out over the river, watching boats pass by, gave me a peaceful feeling that reminded me of my hometown. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel which is beautifully decorated and maintained. The staff were kind enough to check us in early and upgraded our room, however we were woke the next morning by construction. The staff helped us to change rooms but there was no apology for the inconvenience. Our new room was comfortable apart from the noise from upstairs (it’s an old building so that’s expected) and a high pitch whistle coming from the vent near to the windows. As I said, the hotel is decorated beautifully, not just the lobby but also the bar, the lounge and the rooms. Some of the electrics are a little old (hairdryer, no USB plugs) but apart from this, everything is superb. The location is excellent for roaming the city, and the complimentary drinks, cakes and biscuits throughout the day were a lovely touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Hotel was very far from the ferry terminal. This was known when I booked the hotel so no fault of the hotel just that if you are booking here, it will take you 15-20 mins to get to the ferry terminal to take F2 ferry to Amsterdam Centraal. Otherwise take a bus to the metro stop in 10 mins would be faster for exploring the city. Breakfast was basic but included free so nothing to complain about. Room was generally clean. Only small issue that it can get really busy during peak season and lifts take 2-3 mins to arrive. Breakfast if you eat too late spills out of the main dining area. Very crowded. Best to eat breakfast before 8am. Many nice food places and supermarket near hotel.

The location is a bit out of the way; it's about a 7-minute walk to Tram Line 2 and 12 minutes to the metro station. Getting to the city center takes over half an hour. The room was very simple and clean, and the air conditioning worked great. The bathroom had a partial wet/dry separation, but water would still splash into the dry area when showering. The shower gel had a unique scent (like a high-end traditional Chinese medicine). The front desk staff were not very friendly. Both check-in and check-out are self-service, and the staff preferred to chat rather than offer assistance. The employee who handled my luggage storage after check-out was very impatient.
