The staff are very Nice, we are very close to the place where we used to work in the past, because we don’t say that Burmese communicates with local logistics. After the situation is shown to the front desk, we are also very enthusiastic to help to call and communicate with the logistics; The dishes are also very good. Every day, people clean up the room and make up the mineral water. The fly in the ointment is that the room has no wifi, it is difficult to connect. When I booked this hotel, I was looking at the room and there was wifi. The result was still very rubbish. Every day was connected. Hot work, so it is recommended to buy more traffic when buying a phone card, just in case, there is no place to dry clothes in the room, if it is hanging in the closet, it is basically difficult to do; and this hotel is originally from the city The area is relatively far away. If you go out to the city, you should play taxi at least 5000 kyats.

We stayed at this hotel for more than 10 days. When I extended my stay for one more night, I was told that I needed to change rooms and that the staff would call me with the details. I waited all day, but no one contacted me. In the evening, my key card suddenly stopped working, and I couldn’t get into my room. It was only after 8:30 p.m. that I was finally told I had to change rooms. The room change itself was not the problem. The lack of communication and poor handling of the situation caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience. This experience also left me wondering whether guests who book through a third-party platform are treated differently. I hope that was not the case, but after staying for more than 10 days, I expected much better service.

This is a very good and, most importantly, safe hotel with delicious restaurants. However, for Myanmar, the prices are insane. The cost of food in the hotel's restaurants is comparable to what you'd find in the US or Moscow, with an average bill of $70. The pool is great, and there are excellent sports activities like dance, yoga, a gym, and tennis. The hotel is super, I recommend it.

Excellent attention at every moment, whether from the housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, concierge, or the gym/spa/pool staff. PS: Please note the $200 USD security deposit required for some reservations. This should be anticipated, although it is payable by credit card (check if this option is worth according to your bank's terms and conditions applied for transaction in Myanmar). ENVIRONMENT Quiet and safe neighborhood. Elegant and comfortable hotel. Harmonious and high-quality layout. Impeccable maintenance. ROOM Superior King Bed Room: Perfect for one person, with a desk area and a small sitting area. Bright. Well laid out. Comfortable. Very good quality bedding. Clean, high-quality linens. Spacious and clean bathroom. Hot water with good pressure. Very good Wi-Fi. Conveniently placed electrical outlets. Excellent lighting. Luggage storage available (for one bag). Pleasant city view. Central air conditioning system. It worked perfectly, but I didn't find the adjustments very user-friendly. BREAKFAST Large dining room. Well-spaced buffet area, open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Elegant dining room. I preferred the back of the room for its quietness, privacy, and comfort. Attentive and courteous staff. A well-stocked and varied buffet. Yet, there was a noticeable difference in quality between the buffet, the kitchen staff, and the buffet presentation between weekdays and weekends. Some of the glass-fronted areas in the dining room were not clean at all: cobwebs, long-standing dust, and general grime. This needs improvement, as it's not what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The buffet occupied most of my mornings; however, I'm not sure I would have wanted to pay an additional $20 USD for it if it wasn't already included in the reservation. FACILITIES *The hotel has all the facilities one would expect for a hotel of this standard. In conclusion, I benefited from a very good price offer through Trip.com, which accurately reflected the hotel's value for money. I was truly delighted with my stay and will keep the PARKROYAL on my list of favorites for a future trip.

Chatruim Lake View Hotel was a superb experience - I stayed here twice for about 8 days in total. The process from Check in to check out was second to none. We loved the hotel grounds, big rooms with a lake view, the breakfast was great too with a good selection of food.  The service from the bellboy to reception I can't really complain as they responded to all our requests. We checked out early for a flight to Mandalay and they provided us with a packed lunch. The pool facilities were great - alhough I think the water needs a bit of chlorine for cleaning as it was a bit musky - The hotel was nice and quiet with not too many guest, but service was still there. I'd like to mention the receptionist who is always smiling and so kind and welcoming and listening to our travel stories and requests - La Min and Mr Simon were so helpful, but I can't remember the other names. One thing to note- if you don't have a car, then it's not that central to the center of the city, however, you can easily take a Grab to Shwedagon Pagoda or the center, you can also walk to Kandagwyi Lake Graden and enjoy the sunset - which is only a 15 min walk and there is a mall there, too with a great supermarket. If you need to change money - the hotel recommended 126 Grocery Store - great rates no passport needed just new crisp USD notes. It's near Myanmar Plaza. I will definitely stay there again. We stayed in the Lake View but if you prefer the morning sun on your balcony then you can take the Pagoda view.  There is a presendential suite if you have the cash which I was told has a good overall top floor view. I hope you enjoy your stay. This was definitely much better than the Chatruim in Bangkok

The hotel's location is close to downtown. The room was alright, but not very soundproof. You could hear the cleaning staff in the next room. The bathroom didn't separate the wet and dry areas, and the floor in the shower area was slippery; I had to wear flip-flops to avoid slipping. When I checked in, I noticed the toilet paper was almost out, but they didn't replace it with a new roll, leaving the old one that was nearly finished after just one use. One of the towels was old and looked dirty, and the bath mat was old and dark. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast tasted good with a decent variety.

The room is of moderate size but very dark. There is no light. The window cannot be closed tightly. There is a portable air conditioner but the window cannot be closed. Fortunately, there are no mosquito bites. The hotel staff is enthusiastic. When checking in, someone will hand over drinks. Breakfast is selected one day in advance. It is not a buffet, but the taste is good and rich. After eating, they will take the initiative to ask how it tastes and what drinks are needed. The empty plates will be collected in time. The hotel is in a good location. It is within walking distance of the Shwedagon Pagoda. It also passes the zoo in the middle. The zoo ticket is cheap and very close to the animals

If you have asthma, heart conditions, or allergies, do not stay here. I am an open-heart surgery survivor and PDA patient. Despite requesting a non-smoking room on Trip.com, Lotte Hotel Yangon forced us onto a smoking floor. They explicitly told us that because we didn't book directly, they would not accommodate us unless we paid a $20 USD per day extra charges to get a non smoking room. Exploiting a guest's medical need for clean air to extract extra money is abusive. And hotel breakfast is done at 9:30 am

The hotel is a bit old, but it's so clean you wouldn't know it. The 24-hour convenience store inside the hotel is incredibly handy. We also enjoyed a lovely meal by Inya Lake. The only drawback? You absolutely need a taxi to get anywhere. That said, it's probably the same no matter which hotel you stay at in Yangon during the rainy season.

It's a true journey through time, an enchan**ent that takes you to a ship from the year 1920. Several original details, such as a clock, the minibar inside a barrel, the bluetooth speaker that imitates a record player, all the leather furniture. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it, without a doubt, it was a beautiful experience. The only point of the location is at night, as there is a night market that doesn't seem so safe and, despite being vintage, some small details lack maintenance such as the carpet in the room, for example
