Highly recommended! Good value for money! A super hotel. We were on a business trip and brought our kids here for a long weekend. The first choice is that the hotel staff is super nice and attentive, very friendly! They remind you of things you didn't expect. They also help you entertain your kids when you are busy 😎✌️Secondly, the hotel's spa is a big highlight. The experience is super good. It is provided to hotel guests twice a day for free in the morning and evening. The spa was renovated 4/5 years ago 🧖♀️ Finally, the hotel's breakfast is super good. There are many choices. As long as you make a request within the normal range, the kitchen will make it for you if it is not on the menu 🍽️. We also experienced the hotel's dinner. The dishes were well presented. The only thing is that it is completely Michelin-sized. I feel like I ate a lot but I am not full 😂😂

Booked for one night paid at least double the normal rate because of a concert in the city. I needed a twin but was given a double, the receptionist could not care less. She walked away. I asked for an extra blanket to sleep on the floor and she said housekeeping didn’t like it when they asked for things. Mentioned she might have a cot but could see my son was 14 and 6ft. Generally the hotel is ok but it has a feel of hiding behind sustainability as a way to reduce cost and amenities. There is no bathroom supplies for a hotel like this - toothbrush or cotton pads etc. The shampoo is nailed to the wall which is always odd. Pool area staff are nice and friendly the area is fine for a quick swim and steam but you have to book a 45 min slot which is weird for a paying guest. Anyway it was somewhere to sleep.

The location is great. Just a min or less walk from Glasgow Queens Street Station and the bunchhan Street Subway. Also quite near to the bus stop where we took the airport Express to the airport. A basic and clean room with a complimentary mini bar. And is near to the shopping area.

I like the service very much in a purely British hotel. I have to check out at 11 o'clock because the flight is still early. I negotiated with the hotel for a late checkout. The hotel originally said that it would charge 15 pounds for every hour of delay. Later, the hotel paid the delay fee. It’s worth recommending if you don’t need it.

It’s a tremendous hotel positioned on a hill top. The hotel is fantastic and particularly suitable for tourists to enjoy this nice looking castle hotel. The breakfast is great and this is the best hotel so far in this trip. Certainly, we will introduce to our friends and if we come again, this is our priority choice.

The room is a bit dark. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to city centre.

This is a great hotel. The front desk staff were very warm and patient, and the room was quite spacious. The location is excellent, within a 20-minute walk to both Glasgow city center and the train station. The hotel's dinner was very good, offering great value for money, and the pizza was especially delicious – the kids loved it. We accidentally left a backpack in the lobby when we checked out, and the staff were incredibly responsible, keeping in contact with us repeatedly until they helped us arrange for it to be picked up. Glasgow is a truly magical city, with its blend of medieval architecture and modern office buildings lining the streets, always giving you a sense of transcending time. The occasional seagulls soaring overhead even give you the illusion of flying on a broomstick. It’s a wonderful city, and we'll definitely be back, and we’ll stay at Radisson again.

For the first time ever I phoned reception to complain about the noise. There was a function going on downstairs that was so obnoxious. When I called reception the guy who answered just sighed, told me that he'd had several complaints and the music would continue until 12.45... The corridor was SO noisy. All the doors are set to slam closed. And slam they do.... I was travelling with my 10 year old daughter. We both had a terrible night's sleep. Staff didn't ask how my stay was or how I'd slept when checking out. As a frequent traveller I think that's the first time this has happened. Probably just as well as I'd have told them.... The room was clean but there was no shampoo in the container in the bathroom. Very basic. Saving grace was the swimming pool. Especially with a 10 year old. We were allowed to swim in the morning which really cheered her up.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — close to many restaurants, shops, and local attractions, which made exploring the area so convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Staff were friendly and always ready to help, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
