The staff are very hospitable and the service is excellent . They go out of their way to satisfy clients and help if you are in need of something . Special shout out to marjona of the breakfast buffet restaurant , she even offered us a coffee to take away and even offered a welcome drink while
the one who checked us in offered some advice in touring the city and the bellboy who even offered us a juice while waiting for our yandex car to the airport . The service is like ritz Carlton but a fraction of the price. If i come back in tashkent i will definitely stay again at this hotel.

My stay at InterContinental was wonderful, largely thanks to the warm hospitality of Turakhon who introduced me about every aspect Uzibekistan like encyclopedia. Our two-hour chat was a highlight to my trip, offering a personal touch that truly set this place apart. Highly recommend this place, and remember to seek for a glass of wine with Turakhon. The room is really nice and new. It's very quiet. It's very comfortable to walk by the river. You can see the mosque opposite. The only thing that's not comfortable is that there is a sofa in the room, which feels a bit crowded.

The hotel is newly opened, and the overall environment is of five-star standard. The interior decoration of the hotel is very good, but the appearance, such as the entrance, needs to be improved. The swimming pool, gym and sauna room on the underground first floor of the hotel are great. We did not buy breakfast when we made the reservation. We went to the restaurant 185 in the morning for one person. The breakfast was quite good, with many sashimi and meats. The beef was very fresh with colorful patterns. It was really great to encounter such fresh beef.

We had a pleasant 6N/7D stay at the hotel. The staff service level was exceptionally good especially the housekeeping staff, Dilnoza, the concierge, the staff of Khiva restaurant where we had our daily breakfast and also the front office staff. The breakfast buffet offered a wide spread of choices and healthy conscious. Should we come again to Tashkent, we will definitely consider again Hyatt Regency!

Enjoyed our 2 night stay, the staff were very friendly from the start, the room and hotel was modern and clean and in a nice location just next to Tashkent city park, the included breakfast was really nice too and also offered us one to go when we checked out early which was nice, would definitely stay here again highly recommend!

Hotel is in the heart of Tashkent where you can access to the Central Park in front of the hotel. Overall is satisfied but could be better if the hotel would have a pool. Reception staff at check in looks so confused in finding our booking

The hotel is not bad, after all, it is a Radisson Blu hotel. But the heating was turned off so early, and it was a bit cold at night. But now that the temperature has risen, it doesn't have much of an impact. Overall, it's still quite comfortable.

The breakfast is very nice and the restaurant environment is also nice.
The room is very clean and the service team will change the bed sheet regularly and the bed is very comfortable for sleeping.
The only point I should say is that when I open the cabinet in the room the air smells terrible, maybe the room just finished the decorations, I need to open the window to fresh the air in the room.

It’s a beautiful hotel, but location was not good. I encountered a problem with a dishonest employee in the reception/ concierge. I asked the employee to help me book a trip by train from Tashkent to Samarkand. He started searching on his mobile for a ticket for a trip on Saturday 14 June. He told me it would cost me UZS650,000. I was able to open the Uzbek railway website to discover the ticket prices is UZS 141,000 for a single ticket. When I confronted him he said he was trying to book me a suite for two people. I checked the price for the suite and found it UZS 500,000 only. Then I told him to buy me a single ticket which he did and paid for it using his credit card. When I try to pay him UZS 141,000. He asked me to pay him UZS 200,000 and asked him why and he said it’s for his efforts. Anyway, I paid him UZS 200,000.FromKRW 122,394

I'm sorry that I can't recommend this hotel.
The location is great and the service was nice.
However the room facility is too poor. I don't have any air conditioner or heater in my room while I had to wear more clothes when sleep even with th extra blankets provided. The wifi signal is very shitty, disconnected very often.
I booked the hotel after my visit to Samarkand in my original plan but decided to change to another hotel after my first stay here before leaving Tashkent to Samarkand.

I stayed at the Wyndham Tashkent for 6 nights on a business trip, and I had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is well-located, and the room I stayed in offered a nice view, which made the mornings especially enjoyable.

Close to the airport and there are Chinese restaurants and marts next to the hotel. The price is cheap. The service was unfriendly and the staff didn't speak English when I went. Cleanliness is just enough to sleep. There was a shaved hair left in the toilet sink and dryer cup. Also the end room doesn't burst wifi and it keeps hanging in the middle. And it's cold.
