It was said that tax had to be paid at the store, but in fact it was not deducted. The restaurant downstairs is a bit messy, with several operators. After running up and down for breakfast, I realized it was the innermost restaurant on the first floor.

The fourth hotel I have stayed in overseas, and the eighth Four Seasons Hotel I have stayed in the world. It is located on the famous Magnificent Kilometer, and is also across the street from the famous Hancock Tower. Four Seasons Hotel cannot be said to be a perfect existence, but it is hard to criticize in terms of comprehensive services. It's very clean and the service is good. It's right in the city center. It's convenient. It's suitable for friends who like to go to scenic spots. But if you drive there, the parking fee is a bit expensive! !

The girl has reserved dinner on the 65th floor of the John Hancock Building 6 minutes on foot. The environment and sanitation are the standards that old hotels should have. Loved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay. Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff! A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table. Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you. This is a must-stay hotel in Chicago. We stayed in a 'Zen Suite One Bedroom' and were very impressed with the amenities in our room. The bathroom was enormous. There is a large stand up shower, as well as a stand-alone tub for soaking, duel sinks with plenty of counter space, and a door separating the toilet from the rest of the bathroom. Extra surprises for us included the heated bathroom floor, Dyson hair dryer, flat iron, comfy robes/slippers, Nespresso machine, Nobu signature bed, and modern décor. Everything feels brand new in this hotel since it only recently opened. We dined at the restaurant one night and the service and food were both top notch. I will always consider Nobu Hotel for any future travel to Chicago, as well as any other Nobu Hotel graced cities!

After a long trip from Hong Kong to Chicago, i always stay a night here. Easy access from ORD with everything. Take the skytrain and you got home. Take a night and start my next journey to next couple cities in US. To me, it is not a hotel but a soul hub to relieve my physical and emotional fatigue.

Friday we got there got to check in early which was great we was on the 8th floor view was great I out the air at 65F bout two clock after hours being gone at 6 clock the room was hot I called down the first desk no problem I’ll have mateinice come right up two hours later nothing I called back down and talk to someone else they insure me that someone will be up an hour I called down and said since no one is coming can I get extra blankets so I can sleep on the floor 450 for a night and they brought the blankets up in no time, very not happy
