The room I arranged at the beginning was close to the roadside, and the next day I changed to the one next to the strait. It is very good. I will stay in the hotel and restaurant next time. The atmosphere in the evening is very good, and the breakfast is very good. It is as expected and is in charge of us. The butler is very nice, great guy

This is the only hotel I recommend when visiting Turkey. This is my third time here and I've already stayed twice. This hotel offers a warm, safe, and welcoming atmosphere—it's my absolute favorite! My whole family was very satisfied with the experience and said they'd return.

The location is excellent, less than ten minutes' walk to the two major mosques and one minute away from the popular terrace at Seven Hills. The hotel is the best choice in the old town. The service is a little lacking. There were not many guests for dinner and the food was served very slowly. We promised to make an appointment for the Turkish bath, but we were stood up. However, the breakfast was delicious and the concierge service was very good.

Fantastic property right by the waters of Bosphorus. Very friendly staff and amazing facilities. It also has a free transfer to the other Four Seasons in Istanbul at Sultanahmet - great way to explore both amazing properties.

The location of the hotel is excellent for checking in the old town attractions. It is within walking distance to St. Sophia, Blue, Basilica Cistern, Archaeological Museum, Arena Square, Old Palace, and Column of Constantine. It is only a 5-minute walk from the M1 station. It is especially suitable for strolling out and feeling when there are fewer tourists in the morning and evening. The intersection at the entrance of the hotel is just right for cars to drive in for pick-up. There are many breakfast options and fresh ingredients. You can dine while watching St. Sophia and Blue in the restaurant on the 6th floor, and you can check in at the Roofbar on the top floor. When checking in, the front desk introduced the surrounding attractions and cruise ships in detail. If you don't want to use your brain, you can also find the front desk guy, who is very nice. When we left the store, we forgot one of our Airpods on the bed. When we came back to pick up our luggage, the store helped us pack it. Thank you very much! I booked the car for the airport on Ctrip, and the guy kept helping me confirm the location of the car and then sent it to the car. There are 5 rooms on each floor, 01-05, and the area increases successively. Although 01 is slightly better, it has a window facing St. Sophia. The room is small but it is newly renovated and fully equipped. Basic configurations such as hot water and drainage are all good. It is better than many hotels converted from old houses. Because it is close to the mosque, there are two calls to prayer in the morning and early morning. If you mind, you should bring earplugs, otherwise this will affect the whole area. The hotel itself also has lunch and dinner, but I didn't try them because I was always out playing. There are many high-rated restaurants nearby. It is recommended not to just look at Xiaohongshu but also look at Google map. Choose restaurants based on the reviews and high scores. I have never stepped on a bad restaurant.

The booking is that there's a mustard, but unfortunately, it was a normal, and when they needed it, they asked me to review the application, and I had no alternative, the bag-carrying workers spoke their language in front of us, unfortunately, and they were late in our room delivery for more than an hour and a half.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding service, amazing food, and a fantastic location. My stay at Aliee Istanbul was overwhelmingly positive. The hotel itself is stunning — I loved the facilities, the attention to detail, and the artwork throughout. Staff were fantastic, welcoming, and attentive. I was greeted with a welcome drink and even received an upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. The food was exceptional. Breakfast was elaborate and spectacular — exactly the kind of experience I love. I didn’t manage to access the hotel bar due to a private function, which was a minor disappointment, but the coffee shop outside is incredible and definitely worth a visit. The room was beautiful, though initially on a noisy main street. They quickly accommodated my request for a better view. Later, road work at 2 a.m. forced a room change, which was handled immediately, and they provided a new room with a bathtub I had requested. A minor issue with the air conditioning was resolved promptly, and the duty manager offered a free massage as compensation. The concierge service was excellent, providing helpful suggestions. The only minor drawback was the day-trip company they recommended — it didn’t fully meet my itinerary and was a bit overpriced, but the hotel promptly arranged a refund. Overall, Aliee Istanbul combines beautiful design, exceptional food, thoughtful service, and a fantastic location. I would happily stay here again and again.

We had a very unpleasant experience with stuff at the lobby , being there for Christmas Eve , me & my sister decide to eat inside the hotel rather to go out so at 10 pm we came down to the lobby where there is lounge area , for almost 15 minutes we saw that the lounge staff is passing us without asking if we want to order so I called one of the waitress and she came toward us with furious gestures before I start asking she said to me do you have a room in the hotel and I said yes , she continues what’s your room number and I replied , again with the cold face and rude behavior she continues ‘ under the name ?’ And I replied, she turned back to her desk without asking us what we would like to order and From her desk she went straight to reception to verify my information!!! My jaws dropped when I saw this , really rude & unprofessional behavior I was in complete shock that she even went to reception to verify the information, but the worst part was that after she verified and actually saw that we are the guest of the hotel she turned back to her desk and continued ignoring us , I never ever seen in my entire life a waitress permits herself to act like this with 5 star hotel guests, at this point we asked another waitress that if she can took our order , we then asked her if the hotel have another restaurant and she replied yes but the kitchen is closed after 10:30 pm , I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to enjoy the hotel facility, the staff are not guest friendly, the dining section is in some floor but for person like me that wants more easy snacks and chill area wasn’t really good option, not to mention that when we came back to our room we really felt so heavy and frustrated by this behavior, we were supposed to go today to lounge before departing but as for yesterday experience we just decide to check out soon and leave the hotel because we didn’t like to tolerate the attitude of this waitress ( she is the short women with short brown hair ) I suggest the general manager to see the video of yesterday and review their staff!

A female front desk staff was quite rude to us. we requested twin bed when we made the booking but they didn't inform us the twin bed room is not available until we arrived hotel. they could have at least inform us before we check in. they said the next grade has twin bed available with additional cost of €150 per night. then we told them we got jade membership and asked whether we could have upgrade with this. they then said our membership is not eligible for this room upgrade. anyway, they offered a free upgrade to us at the end but told us we couldn't use other benefits from the jade membership , e.g. complimentary breakfast.... not sure how this jade membership works , feels like everything is not eligible and only subject to their mood

A very good hotel, (just don't know why Turkish hotels are so expensive this year). The location is in a relatively high-end shopping street, which is safe and convenient. Rich breakfast. The room is large and has a bathtub. The fruit plate and desserts sent are also real.
