Rachel was very accommodating and helped us when we arrived early. very knowledgeable about the area. the unit was very convenient and just minutes walk away from the waterfront, and Canada Place and downtown Vancouver. coffee shops and sushi place around the building. smooth and easy checking in and out. the rooms has their own washrooms. spacious living room. we would come back next time we’re in Vancity. highly recommended! 👍👍

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It was very convenient to reach the city centre and many popular tourist attractions. We especially appreciated the early check-in, which made our arrival much easier. Thank you for your hospitality and for providing such a wonderful place to stay. We would gladly stay here again.

The facilities are exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was satisfactory; the cleanliness, facilities, and beds were all great. Due to my flight arrival time, I arrived about 3 hours early, but they let me store my luggage and even allowed me to check in about 2 hours early. However, because it is located at the intersection of two main roads, there is some noise from passing ambulances at night. Those who are light sleepers should keep this in mind.

beautiful, clean apartment. Everything you need for a great stay in Vancouver. Location was superb, easy public buses, and an easy walk to the train. Very interesting and safe area,on a main street. The apartment is so homey, bright, clean, spacious, coffee and water provided. I would definitely stay again, one of the best places, and areas ro stay whilst visiting Vancouver.

The apartment was easy to find, all be the taxi driver had to park on a side street, with easy access to the local restaurants, close to the science Center and a skyway train station. Once settled I loved the stay and once onto the local transport easy to travel around.

I stayed at this hotel during the World Cup. The pictures I took show both night and day views. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the staff are attentive and enthusiastic. Downstairs, there's a variety of restaurants, from fast food to full-service dining. A 7-Eleven is just a few hundred meters away, as is the boat station by the sea. Its location is so convenient that you barely need a car; everything is within walking distance. I usually check out at noon, but even during the World Cup, I was able to extend my checkout to 1 PM by speaking with the front desk. This is truly perfect service. Plus, the hotel facilities are quite new. Vancouver has a few classic, older five-star hotels with more dated facilities. On my next visit, I'll definitely choose this hotel again, perhaps a different room type.

I stayed for two nights in a Stanley Park View room. I really enjoy relaxing at my accommodation when I travel, so I was glad I chose this room with such a great view! With a west-facing window, the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. During the day, I never got bored watching what looked like propeller planes taking off and large ferries docking. There are also many great cafes nearby, so I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The cleaning staff and front desk personnel were all very kind, and the room itself was exceptionally clean.

The hotel is located in a very nice location, we got a great view from our room. We were not very happy with the service though, as we arrived at the hotel, we weren’t greeted even though there were 3 people working at the valet nobody directed us where to park. I made eye contact with them but they just continued on chatting. Parking is also quite expensive ($45/ night for self-parking).

Let's start with the positives: the bedding is very comfortable, and the amenities are complete. The housekeepers are thorough, and they even prepared the bed for me in the evening. When they saw I had bought yogurt, they proactively offered a can of ice. The surrounding environment is good; there are luxury stores downstairs, and it's close to the Pacific Centre, the Art Gallery, the Public Library, and Gastown, making dining and shopping convenient. Now for the negatives: it's close to several streets, so it's a bit noisy, and I don't know why, but police sirens are constantly blaring through Vancouver's streets. The front desk service is inconsistent; one older staff member was very professional and enthusiastic, but a young girl who checked me in late at night, and an Asian girl in the restaurant, were not so great; their attitudes were quite ordinary. Overall, it's good, but because I booked last minute, the price was a bit high. It would be better to book earlier.

From the station, you can also easily reach Save-On Foods, which is open until 10 PM, making it convenient to grab something on your way back in the evening. 2. The room was a bit small, but it did have a bathtub. Toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be requested from the front desk in advance. Other items like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap seemed to be from a brand called 'Dufin' and were quite decent. 3. The refrigerator in the room was excellent, with very good cooling performance. 4. The two queen beds were very comfortable, and although the air conditioning was a bit old, it cooled the room sufficiently.

1. The location is super convenient! It's within walking distance to attractions like the Steam Clock and Chinatown, plus you can easily walk to Costco, T&T Supermarket, and the SkyTrain station. Taxis drop you right at the hotel entrance, and it's also very close to the Hertz downtown car rental location. 2. The suite has a double sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic facilities, so you can cook your own meals. The soundproofing in the room is excellent; it's very quiet. 3. The room rate included four complimentary breakfasts, which had a good variety and quality. Several floors in the hotel also provide drinking water, so you can fill your own bottles and save on buying water. 4. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. During our stay, we accidentally broke a bottle cap, and when we informed them, they said we didn't need to pay for it. 5. The hotel is also very close to the 2026 World Cup stadium, making it an excellent choice for tourists looking to explore the city center.

Really enjoyed staying at Residence Inn by Marriott Vancouver Downtown ✨ The room was very spacious and came with a kitchen, which made the stay super comfortable, especially for longer trips. I think I arrived during a game event or something so there are a lot of people from outside sitting in the lobby, running around and they r not even staying in that hotel.No privacy and those people occupied all the seats/sofa in the lobby for 3-4 hrs. The next day the hotel took away all the seats out of nowhere. Such a weird thing
