Been to several Iberostar Selection Hotels 5*. In comparison this is disappointing. Accommodation average. Food quality and choice average, geared to their continental clientele. Amenities by comparison average. Evening entertainment good. Location for beach excellent, but to explore rest of island average unless you are a keen cyclist. Finally don’t come here if you don’t have children, there are hundreds of little un’s running around.

Welcoming and professional staff who offer up a free drink on arrival. They’re enthusiasm and job knowledge is a credit to the hotel. Nothing seemed too much bother. The public areas are immaculate with a wonderful refreshing and relaxing fragrance. Our room (103) was lovely. Practical and luxurious! Breakfast was 5-star and exceeded our needs. The pool and sun terrace were ideal for sunbathing and sitting in the shade. We used the spa on the last day and it was immaculate. It needs to be booked, but it feels like your own private area making it more relaxing. The location couldn’t me more central, so ideal for walking around alcudia for meals. We parked our car near the bull ring in a free public car park and it was only a short walk to the hotel. Not the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for.
