This is probably one of the most prestigious hotels in Helsinki. The location is great. The staff is professional and helpful. The breakfast is varied and well serviced. The room and bathroom are clean. The bedding on the bed is very comfortable.

The location is not far from the city and very quiet; The attitude of the staff is definitely very good; The hotel rooms are also very good, combining classic and modern styles, and the service is first-class; Everything is good, but the price is not very affordable, but it's a comfortable stay just for fun.

The room is very big, even with an extra bed, it is more than enough; the sanitation is also very clean and tidy, the hotel is very attentive to send welcome gifts and cards; it is very close to the train station and major attractions and business districts; the only thing I am not satisfied with is the breakfast, there are too few varieties, the taste is also very ordinary, it does not match the room quality at all

The hotel is in an excellent location, more than 300 meters from the central railway station (direct access to the airport), and the Helsinki Central Library and Concert Hall are within walking distance; the front desk and staff are very friendly; the hotel is an old building, all on the 5th floor, but not on the same level, but the sign system is very well done, and guests are not easily lost; the breakfast is very rich, buffet + a la carte, the taste is very good, breakfast starts at 7:00, the hotel prepared a simple breakfast for early risers at 4:00, which is heartwarming; the hotel has a sauna and Finnish bath, which are really refreshing when you return to the hotel in the evening; there are steps at the front entrance of the hotel, but there is a special elevator at the back door of the hotel that can directly lead to the road ground; the details are considered very thoughtfully and are satisfactory; the only shortcoming is that there is no traditional wardrobe.

A clean and conveniently located hotel within minutes walk from Old Market Hall and Tram station. Staff were very friendly and professional, and the larger queen room was spacious. The hotel has a 24 hour gym, sauna, bar and luggage storage facilities. The room also has a kettle and ironing board. The only thing that was missing, was refilling of some of the body lotion/shampoo, as it wasn't full when we arrived. Otherwise, a great hotel and will come back again in the future.

The bed in the room is very high, the mattress is very comfortable, the room is also very large, and there is a sofa bed. The overall feeling is homely, free late check-out until 2 pm, and a rich variety of breakfast.

Winter wonderland. This hotel has a warm and loving ambience from the moment you enter reception. Lovely and patient staff that make you feel very welcome. The room was super cosy and the shower was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The hotel's location is very convenient and easy to walk to all major attractions. I will definitely be back.

The hotel is located in the city center. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel rooms are relatively large in Europe. The overall facilities are very new. The hygiene and management are good.

Beyond my expectation. Hotel was super clean and amenities is beyond (honey, sweets, ear plugs, slippers, you name it you got it) and up to par with big chain hotels. If there’s insufficient amenities,, you can pick it up from the hotel lobby. Breakfast selection was great and super yummy! Their sausages was and bacon was so good! Location is just a 10 min walk to the central train station. The staff was totally excellent and so very helpful in every way. Will definitely be back if I’m ever in Helsinki!

The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Helsinki Railway Station. The location is bustling, it is convenient to go to the shopping pedestrian street and various tram stations. The hotel is an old European-style building, the lobby is beautifully decorated, especially the old-fashioned elevator is very interesting. The front desk staff of the hotel is also very nice. The room is small, the Nordic minimalist decoration is clean and exquisite.
