Located at a very centralise location in the city. Service is okay. Security is good and tight. More selection of restaurants/bars will be good. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great atmosphere and tasty food. Walking into the property with its lush green gives you a sense of zen and the restaurant by the water follows the same vibe. Loved the shells curtains and the sand lounge area. Food was simple but tasty and service was great. We went for dinner but very impressed with the grounds and will consider staying there next time.

We enjoyed our stay at the Serena Hotel. The lobby alone is beautiful, and a great place to sit and people-watch. There are multiple places to grab a snack or meal, including full-service restaurants as well as a sports bar and a coffee bar. The employees, from the bellhops to the waitstaff, are all phenomenal. We learned on this trip that when it comes to hospitality, Tanzanians are the best. On the morning we were to check out, our flight did not depart Dar es Salaam until midnight. The staff went above and beyond, allowing us to remain in our rooms several hours after the regular checkout time, for which we were extremely grateful. We especially appreciate Rozina for making that happen! Overall, we had a great stay.

Great place for relaxation

Amazing food amazing views 40min drive from the airport. Peaceful

Everything else is good, the location is invincible, in front of you is the beautiful view of the port! The facilities are relatively new and easy to enter and exit. Especially the pork ribs on the 8th floor are the best ever! There is a problem with the bathroom service. I asked for a toothbrush 3 times before giving it, and I only gave one if I asked for two! The bath towels were gone after the first day of use! Disposable slippers are also used for the first time and will not be replaced with new ones! One time becomes permanent! Another disadvantage is that the wifi speed is too slow, and the blue clock displayed under the TV is too dazzling.

Great location with the possibility of enjoying the room but also go out and do some shopping on a terrace with a great vibe. Rooms are very comfortable, big and very clean. AC is working perfectly and is very silent. Excellent pressure of water for a great shower. Good interent. Friendly staff. Excellent management. Very good value for money I can strongly reccomend it both for tourists and business stay
