The head of the front desk (male) is very mean. - I asked about the meeting room opening time, can you borrow it to hold a video conference for me. As a result, he said that he was calculating the account and asked me to ask again at 8 o'clock tomorrow morning. May I ask if the opening time is very delaying your calculation? - I booked a double bed room. He repeatedly confirmed that there is no third person staying. I am speechless. Where does the third person live and live in the bathtub? - Every day the room card must be activated at the front desk to use it! Every night, dragging the tired body to the front desk to activate the room card! - Breakfast was served at my request!

The view from the balcony is amazing, and it's a 3 min walk to a lovely beach. The flat could be massively improved by having Internet WiFi. Aircon would also help. The location is fabulous.

We arrived at the hotel which on first impressions was lovely. The receptionist offered to guide us around the hotel which was fine until we got to our room. We were informed that the air conditioning system was not functioning! We were advised to leave the patio door open all night and also offered a desk top fan. Unfortunately this resulted in 3 terrible nights sleep. We both failed to get anything more than 2 hours due to the room being so hot. Bearing in mind the hotel is 5* and not cheap, no offer of compensation was forthcoming. There was a bottle of tap water placed in our room which was replenished every night, unfortunately this made us both ill with a tummy upset. Memories of this hotel will always relate to poor sleep and as a result has tarnished what should have been a wonderful stay in an iconic art deco hotel. Very disappointing!

Enjoyed the stay in this hotel a lot. I stayed in an one bedroom suite, and it's absolutely lovely. The hotel is right by the sea and the room is super spacious. It's also within 5 mins walk from the iconic old town of Antibes where Picaso Museum is. There are plenty of really nice restaurants nearby including the only Michillen restaurant in the city, and the restaurant that Jeff Bezos went to this summer. The spa in the hotel is also a nice addition, I can't help using it a couple times a week. I'll highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antibes.

It was our 7th or 8th time at this hotel since 2017, but highly likely the worst. We got a ground floor studio right in front of the garage entrance (meaning the cars were going in and out). People were walking dogs and some guy in the morning was doing smth with his motorbike right in front of us. Nice. But the most disturbing thing was the fridge which was broken. We had a bag of food. Once approached with this issue the reception visibly didn`t want to help. Only after I have come to them with a bag, they let us use the fridge in a separate vacant room. But the next day we found there NOTHING. The cleaning ladies might have though that it was a free gift from the guests - they threw away all opened packages BUT kept the new ones (only by sheer luck we saw our bag far away standing on top of the housekeeper's` cart). Wonderful! What can I say? I really love this place and would love to be back. And they fixed the fridge next day. But, please, do something wit the staff. And the ground floor rooms should be somehow shielded from the surroundings.

This was probably the best hotel I stayed in Europe on my 2 month trip. Great price relative to what you get and in comparison to other hotels and airbnb in Europe. Outside of a main area of attraction, but a 15 minute walk gets you to what you want to see. I highly recommend Best Western anywhere in the world, and if trying to find something of high quality and a fair price, this would be my suggestion for Antibes. The breakfast is a bit pricey and the options are limited to breads. Seems like they should have more selection. The carpark is nice, but again, pricey but better than alternatives. It's just Europe I suppose. High price for substandard quality, but thankfully, the hotel itself is worth it.
